A WEEK AFTER Abu spend the night at my house both of us have been busy and haven't seen each other,I was helping dad in his company which will be mine in the future

I left the company and went inside my car when my phone beeped,it was from Zubeidat

Missing you already,can we see tonight

I roll my eyes,I know what she wants and right now I'm so tired and I can't stop by at her place

I ignored the message and went inside my car,I drove out of the company and stopped at an eatery,I ordered for a cool drink

On my way out my eyes locked with a pretty girl,she smiled seductively at me and I smiled back at her

I signaled her to meet me outside,soon after I went outside she followed me and we entered my car

"You look beautiful"I said trying my one night stand tactics

"Thank you"she smiled sheepishly

"So what should we talk about?"I asked her taking it slow

"Nothing much than you are attractive"she went straight forward"what's your name?"

"Usman"I lied,I don't normally tell my one night stands my real name

"Nice name I'm Wafeeqa"she said

"Wafeeqa"I muttered"a rare and beautiful name"

"Thanks to my parents"she said and we both laughed

We talked more about random things and laughed a lot

"Would you love to stop by for a drink?"she asked and I knew this is it

"I wouldn't mind"I said smiling at her

"I really love your company"

"Ah really?!"I asked amused

"Yeah"

I started the car with her directing me where we should go,five minutes later I parked my car in a gorgeous compound

I never knew she was a kind of lady to live in this kind of beautiful house

"You own it?"I asked her as I look at the duplex

"Yeah,a gift from my dad"she said and I knew she's wealthy too"on my twenty second birthday"she added

"You been here for how many years?"I asked

"Three years"she said as she walk forward to open the door

She's two years older than me,I'm just twenty three and she's twenty five though it doesn't matter because she won't see me again after today

We entered the extravagant sitting room and I look at my surrouding,I love the way she kept everywhere neat

"I will be back"she said after switching on the television

I made myself comfortable and she came minutes later with drinks with her,we talked for awhile while sipping our drinks

Things got heated between us and I had my way with her,after twenty minutes laying quietly with her in her bed I stood up and get dressed

I left as soon as possible to avoid her asking for my contact and luckily enough I succeeded

I started driving back home when my phone started ringing,I picked the call it's from Zubeidat

"I have been waiting for you"she said

"I'm sorry I can't make it today,work have been hectic and I'm seriously tired"I said

"Ok,I will see you on the weekend,right?"she asked

"Yeah,we will see"I said

I arrived at the house and parked my car at the garage,I stepped out and went inside the house to have a shower,I met my step mom with her baby Gani

"Gani!"I called the baby as I squatted trying to hold his hand and he giggles

"Go and take a shower, you stink"my step mom said and I bursted out laughing

"Yes ma'am!"I saluted and she chuckled

I went to my room and showered,my food was served soon after and I had my dinner

I was chatting on my phone when my mom entered my room

"Junior how was work?"she asked, I'm normally called Junior in the house because I bear my father's name,I use to like been called Junior but right now I don't like it, whenever I'm called so I feel like they're referring to a kid

"It was fine"I sigh and relaxed on my bed

"Your father want to see you"she said and I frown raising one of my brow in a questioning way

"I saw him at work"I said

"And now he wants to see you at home"my mom said and stood up leaving the room

I grunt and stood up,I wore my room slippers and went to my dad's room,I gently knocked on the door

"Come in"he said and I opened the door,I went inside

"Sit"he said as he drops the book he is holding removing his eyeglass,I obeyed him and sat on the couch facing his bed were he sat

"I have something for you"my dad said and I remain quiet

My bad boy act ceases as soon as I'm in thesame room with my dad,he intimidates me a lot and I don't want to get on his wrong side,my dad is good at giving the right punishment to any mistake made

"You will be getting married soon"my dad said and I furrowed my brows getting confused

"You are getting married to my friend's daughter,it's much more better than this useless life you are living"my dad said casually taking back his book,my anger broke in

"Getting married at the age of twenty three,I'm too young dad and I have a lot of things I want to achieve"I said angrily I felt like crying

"You can achieve those things when you are married,it doesn't stop you"my dad said still looking at his book and for once I felt like seizing the book from him

"Dad I'm just twenty three,I'm too young to get married"I felt sad and angry at thesame time it felt like it was the end to my world

"But it doesn't stop you from sleeping with different girls around,do you think I don't know what you do around ,you are trying to destroy my name!"my dad yelled angrily and I remain quiet

"Did you think I gave you my name for no reason,I wanted you to walk in my foot steps but instead you want to live a bad life,a worthless life where you sleep with different women because you are handsome and tall,you should also don't forget you get those look from me and that doesn't make me chase after all women I lay my eyes on!"my dad yelled and I knelt down immediately

"I'm so sorry Daddy I realise my mistake now and I promise to change but please don't make me a family man now,I'm not ready for it"I hoped he take my apology

"You are not ready to be a family man now?"my dad asked in disbelief"how are you going to take care of my companies and my thousand workers,the moment you start controlling my company you become a father to all your employees"my dad said and I knew I already lost the battle

My shoulders slumped and for the first time in forever I felt like crying badly

"Get up,that's your punishment you can't say no except you want to cease being my son"my dad said

I stood up and left his room without saying another word because I know if I do I'm going to say something I will regret later

I went inside and yelled angrily throwing my stuffs around,I was beyond angry I thought I was just about to start enjoying my life and my dad brought the issue of marriage that I can't avoid

I took my car key and left my room,I met face to face with my mom,my mom can see how red my eyes are and she felt worried immediately

"What's wrong with you?"she asked

"Mom I'm not in the mood to talk and I'm going to sleep at Abu's house"I said trying to move but my mother stopped me

"Talk to me son"she said looking so worried

"Mom we can do that tomorrow when I'm back,I'm not in the right mood now"I said and walk out of the house

I took my car and drove out of the house and went to Abu's house,I knocked on the gate and he didn't reply

I took my phone and called him he picked the call after several rings

"Do you know what the time is?"Abu asked in a sleepy voice

"Come and open your damn gate"I gritted through my teeth and end the call

Five minutes later I heard the gate opens and I drive my car in,Abu was in his pyjamas and his eyes were begging for sleep

I parked my car and I went inside his room,I sat on his bed he climbed the bed beside me laying down

"What's wrong with you?"he asked yawning

"My dad wants me to get married"I said and his sleeping eyes shot open immediately

"Now or in the future?"he asked with a horrifying expression on his face

"Are you dumb or what?"I rolled my eyes at him angrily"I'm talking about now,he said the girl is his friend's daughter"I said rubbing my temples,I was feeling headache already

"You are too young to get married and moreover you don't even know the girl,what's her name?"he asked

"I don't know,I didn't even bother to ask"

"This is serious"he said not happy about the situation either

"Arrrghhhh"I groan frustratedly"my dad is trying to destroy my life how can I get married to a random girl,I'm not even ready to get married in the next five years"

"Don't work yourself over this,who knows you might fall in love with her later in the future"Abu shrugged and I felt like smacking his head

"Fall in Love? With who?,I can never fall in love with any lady,she will be the one drooling over me"I said confidently

"You can never say"Abu said

"If you ever repeat that statement again I'm going to break your jaws"I said

"Sorry man"he snickered and it angered me the more"what are you going to do now?"he asked

"I don't know,I got no choice in this but the girl will have to bear all the pain,I promise to make me her worst nightmare that she got no choice but to seek for divorce"I said absentmindedly

"What if she doesn't want this too"Abu asked

"I don't care and let me rest so that I can gather my thoughts"he threw me a pillow and I took it

I stood up and went to the other room in the house that's usually empty,I remove my shirt and lay down thinking about how the table had turned
