Aishah

I CAME BACK from the hospital for my prenatal,I went straight to my room and dropped my bag sighing tiredly suddenly there was a light knock on my door and the door pushed open revealing Ibrahim,I smiled at him but his lips only twitched

"Meet me downstairs"he said and left,I was surprised at his behaviour but shrugged anyways before making my way down to the living room

I met Halimat already sitting down and I wondered what happened,Ibrahim never had the three of us sitting together in the sitting room,I took my seat waiting for Ibrahim to start whatever he wants to do,he cracks his throat earning our attention

"Since this family became a polygamous family,I haven't address the both of you well,I will like you to know that Aishah is the first wife and Halimat the second,there will also be division of labours,Aishah will take care of the house today,cook the meal and I will spend the night with her then the following day Halimat will do thesame"Ibrahim said with his face void of any emotion,I look at Halimat and met her smirking like she knows what's going,I only shrugged and focus back on Ibrahim

"Are you okay with that?"he said to the both of us and we both chorused yes,I stood up and went back to my room

True to Ibrahim's words,he did as he said and I could see he was warming up to Halimat I didn't bother though since she was kind  enough to give me my distant

I was in my seventh month and went to the hospital for scanning and discovered I was pregnant of twins,I was so happy and came back home to tell Ibrahim about it

"Guess what?"I said smiling widely while he look at me like I have grown horns

"Just tell me"he said and I giggled

"Take"I said giving him the result,he read it and look at me

"Twins!"he exclaimed and I laughed nodding,he was so happy that he lifted me up hugging me and I laughed whole heartedly happy for the gift Allah decided to blessed me with

"Thank you so much Aishah"he said and kissed me and I kissed him back

"I'm so happy"I muttered

"So am I"

I went to the market to buy some of my babies stuffs,I enquired for the sex of the children and I was told it is a boy and a girl,I was so happy that I started buying baby stuffs immediately I couldn't wait for the remaining two months I can't wait to become a mother holding my babies in my arms

I was walking around the market buying the necessities and going back to put it in my car, suddenly I felt someone was following me and I quickened my steps tilting my head to look at my back,I sigh happily when I sensed no one was following me and decided to leave the market going back to my house

On opening the car door I felt that something was pull against me on my back,the person lean over whispering into my ear

"Shout and I will kill you,just enter the car quietly"The voice was so cold and I shivered,I was so scared of turning around and I opened the car entering the car,the man entered the car too holding his gun like he was ready to attack any time soon

"Just go wherever I ask you to"The man said and gulped visibly,I started driving with my shaking hands as he direct me,he suddenly asked me to stop when we reached a bushy part,he blindfolded me and push me around not minding my big belly

"I don get am!"The man said and I felt movements as I was dragged to another car I'm sure it's not mine,I started whimpering praying to Almighty Allah to help me I am not ready to face the wrath of kidnappers

The car suddenly stopped and I was dragged out from the car to a building which I can't make out how it looks because of the blindfold,I was sat on a chair and tied

"Please what do you want?"I asked crying,I was so scared and afraid of what they could do to me and my baby

"Shut up you useless thing!"I heard an unfamiliar voice said and I whimpered the more

The room suddenly fell silent and I think maybe they left me alone,after hours of sitting blindfolded,I got really tasty

"Please I want to drink water! Please I'm tasty!"I pleaded but no one answered me

"Please pity me I'm a pregnant woman,I want to drink water!"I yelled and suddenly heard laughter roared out of multiple people,I swallowed nervously panting and praying for Allah's infinite mercy

"You are tasty right?"one of the kidnapper asked and I nodded feeling slightly happy they decided to give me water

"Open your mouth!"That same voice said and I didn't hesitate to open my mouth,I felt something liquid enter my mouth and I gulped it immediately before trying to vomit it out

It was urine! They fed me urine,I started coughing trying to vomit while they all laughed

"You said you are tasty!"another voice said and they all laughed,I got so angry and started crying

What kind of life is this?

I am so tired of the way they have been treating me and I'm sure I didn't offend anyone....

"Princess in distress"I heard Halimat's voice and I gulped definitely I offend one person Halimat who I didn't offend purposely

"Halimat!"I called out to be sure she's the one that kidnapped me

"You can say it again!"she said and they all laughed,I got angry and started trying to free myself

"Calm down princess,you will be released soon"she cooed

"What have I done again?"I asked getting much more angrier,I can't believe she can do this to a pregnant woman

"How dare you get pregnant for Ibrahim not just a baby but babies,I am the one that suppose to give Ibrahim twins not you!"she yelled

"How do....."she cuts me off

"How do I know?!"she laughed maniacally and the kidnappers joined her "of course I did Aishah I heard it when you were telling Ibrahim and I heard how happy he was"she said menacely

"I don't know what's wrong with you Halimat,I'm the one that's supposed to be angry that Ibrahim got married to another woman,I was married first so what's your problem,why can't you let me live in peace!"I cried out angrily and she laughed

"Let you live in peace? When you took what's rightfully mine? Ibrahim was in love with me,so deeply in love with me before you use your witchcraft on him!"she yelled kicking me on the stomach and I groan feeling intensive pain in my stomach

"Let me go please"I muttered

"I'm not yet through with you!"she said "guys finish her up!"

"Please don't kill me,please don't kill me!"I shouted getting so much afraid,I was scared to die and by the look of things Halimat can do anything

"I'm not going to kill you Aishah but I'm so gonna damage you that you will prefer being dead"She said and I heard her footsteps fading

Suddenly I was dragged to the floor and I wondered what they want to do till I suddenly felt my clothe being torn

"Don't rape me! Don't dare rape me! I am a married woman and also pregnant,please don't do this to me"I plead and plead but it fell on deaf ears

I closed my eyes tightly when I felt something inside me,and started crying uncontrollable,I'm a married woman for Allah's sake

The first person finished and release on me then the second,the third and the last I cried so uncontrollably cursing them with my mind,I curse them so much that I don't think I can ever forgive Halimat for what she did to me

I didn't know those men that slept with me heck! I never planned on sleeping with more than one man in my life but now I have sleep with different men including my husband

"Just kill me!"I roared crying terrible when I suddenly felt a stinging pain in my cheek

"Shut up idiot!"I heard one of the kidnapper say

"You will never know peace in your life all of you! For sleeping with a married woman!"I yelled angrily and they a laughed

They started hitting me and I got more weak with all my energy draining from me,I felt something wet in between my legs and I touched it bringing it closer to my nose

"Blood!"I shouted "my babies! My babies!" I cried harder and slowly the voices I heard started fading and I fainted

I woke up feeling everywhere is bright and I close my eyes back immediately,I opened it slowly looking at a white ceiling

"Where am I?"I wondered and look down to see my enlarged stomach gone,I furrowed my brows thinking about what's going on,where's my seven months pregnancy

"Where's my babies!"I shouted at once and started feeling weak

I heard my mom's voice and she shouted doctor doctor

"My babies!"I shouted one more time trying to remove the drip fixed on my right hand,I saw Abdul and he tried holding me down but I tried wiggling out of his hold

"Calm down please"the doctor said as he comes into the room

"My babies! My babies someone should give me my baby!"I shouted again wondering if they were deaf

I was only demanding for something easy but they were treating me like a lunatic,I got angrier and kicked

"Let me go!"I shouted and kicked the doctor trying to free myself from Abdul's hold,I succeeded in freeing one of my hands but Ibrahim was there to hold me right back,I look at my mom and she was crying and I wondered what's making her to cry

Or are my babies dead?

I wondered and kicked once more,I needed to free myself and look for my darling children

"Bring the sedative!"the doctor yelled to the nurse who nodded leaving the room immediately

"You dare not Doctor! You stupid and useless thing just give me my baby I need my baby" I kicked once more and I heard my mom shout

"Ya Allah she's bleeding,my baby is bleeding!"she cried and I look down to see myself in pull of blood but that didn't stop me from trashing looking for my babies

I started feeling weak and my legs couldn't fight anymore suddenly I felt a middle prick on my skin and I look at everyone fading away and my eyes closing and opening till it closes and refuse to open and one thing was on my mind
