Me and the rest of the flock flew to a school. We flew to the playground to get some food. We ended up with some salt, taffy, and some water, which formed into a puddle under the water fountain.

We flew away from the school just before the kids got out for recess. We flew to a large house's backyard. My brother, Ridge, tapped on the glass screen door with his beak. A little girl, whose name was Crissy, came to the door. She opened it. "It's the pigeons!" she said. Her older brother, Andrew, her older sister, Ruby, and her younger brother, Kai, came to the door. Crissy ran to the living room, and returned with a white bowl that was filled with potato chips.

          "I saved these from movie night." she said, crushing the chips. She then set the bowl down. We all tried it.

        "Like it?" asked Crissy, smiling very widely.

        "Yes" we all said. If you are wondering how we can speak to humans, it's because we drank water that was mixed with a potion.

          "I'm glad." she said, picking up the bowl and taking us to our Pigeon Exercise room. It was filled with perches. I grabbed a small piece of fish from the "pond" in the room. I flew over to a small bed in the corner, where my friend Birdie was. Birdie had broken his wing a week ago.

          "Hey friend." I said. "I thought you could use this." I said, sliding the fish toward him.

          "Thanks. I really appreciate it." said Birdie, eating the piece of fish. I then flew away, and snuggled in my bed, that was just beneath Birdie's bed. It was the end of another very good day. I wondered what tomorrow would bring, as I drifted off to sleep.
