So, today, my parents were invited to a work dinner with some people from the S. African Embassy, and they let my brothers stay but dragged me and my two year old sister along. So, anyway, I was sitting with two girls around my age in the living room, and one of them, the host, switched the TV on and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire came on. And I was happy because it looked like my afternoon wasn't going to be a total waste (and it wasn't, with the movie and awesome nachos) but then the other girl who was visiting says, "I love Harry Potter!"
And I suddenly forget about my social awkwardness and say, "Me too!" And then I remember, and I add, "You've read the books, right?"
And she looks confused and shakes her head and then guess what the host says? Guess on this paragraph (HONESTLY. IF YOU COMMENT STH YOU'RE SWEARING ON THE RIVER STYX THAT YOU DIDN'T PEEK).
