Info: There was a tiny piece of Symbiote goo out of Venom after his defeat thanks to our Friendly Neighborhood Scarlet Spider and it was hidden under Kevin's shoes this whole time since then. This Symbiote is basically a female and she has a major crush on the Arachnid boy. Kevin then meets Anna in his mindscape and he can only speak to her there. Now with the Symbiote on his side, as long as Anna doesn't do rash with him, he can become the Symbiote Scarlet Spider.

-Twilight Sparkle/Light Spider

Info: In an alternate universe of Equestria Girls, Twilight Sparkle is the Light Spider and knows her world's Kevin, who is normal and wasn't bitten by a radioactive spider. She fell in love with him due to having the share traits as him. They are both smart and love science. But she was truly devastated when she find out her crush has been killed from a flaming building and hid herself in her room for quite some time now. But after receiving help from her friends and listened to Kevin's video message he made for her, Twilight continued to live her life and become Canterlot's Friendly Neighborhood Hero: Light Spider.

-Gwen Stacy/Ghost Spider

Info: Gwen Stacy is a Visions Academy student who was bitten by a radioactive spider which granted her superhuman abilities of a spider causing her to become the super-heroine known as Ghost Spider. She would go on to become her city's line of defense against multiple villains including Doctor Octopus and the Vulture. Unfortunately, after failing to save her best friend Kevin in her universe, her guilt for his death had caused her to attempt to distance and isolate herself from others.

-Peni Parker

Info: Peni Parker is a young Japanese-American girl who, with a robot and a spider, protects the inhabitants of New York as SP//dr. The last one who piloted SP/dr was Peni's BFF/Senpai Kevin before he sadly died during a battle with Martin Li aka Mister Negative. Peni was so devastated at watching her "senpai" die and anyone who ever badmouths about him at school, Peni would pin them over to a wall and deathly glares at them, which caused them to stop badmouthing Kevin and just continue on their business. After she grown as a 18th-year-old, Peni began continuing to honor her BFF's legacy of being a SP//dr and carry out the fight for him.

-Gwen Poole/Gwenpool

Info: "Hey, everyone! It's me, your favorite Pink Ghost: Gwenpool! First off, I'm so excited to be a part of my Spidey's Harem in this next story arc. Of course I have to share with him with other gals, but I don't mind, as long as I get to be with my super hottie Spidey~! Well, I better get ready to meet Scarlet in person. Buh-bye, for now."
