The Woods of Stray Fairies... the place where the Fountain of Greatness is, and also, the place where the Great Fairy Rod must remain. Link, Zelda, and all the Great Fairies went to return the Rod to his original spot; the whole fountain was filled with many Stray Fairies.

The Great Fairies were all surrounding the pedestal where the Great Fairy Rod is supposed to be. Link walked the stairs leading to it while holding the Rod on his hands. Once he reached it, he slowly put it in the middle, leaving it on a safe state. Finally, they all got out, and the Great Fairies closed the door. After that, they all accompanied Link and Zelda out of the woods, where Epona was waiting; they all left them and got back to their fountains. Link and Zelda mounted Epona and got back to Hyrule Castle Town. After passing the long land of the North of Hyrule, they reached the entrance and passed through; they have found Impa and Sahasrahla on the way.

- "Princess Zelda!" Impa shouted with happiness.

- "Is good to see you again Impa." Zelda said after dismounting Epona.

- "Link... I don't know what to say. You... You are truly a great hero." Sahasrahla said, making Link smile.

All four of them started walking around Castle Town, and they ended up walking toward the destroyed Hyrule Castle.

- "Hmmm... It seems pretty obvious, but there were many losses during the fight against Kyriaxis, including the Castle" Impa said.

- "Impa, that is not a problem" Zelda replied. Things like that can be replaced, no matter how much time it takes. Just like the other tribes, we Hylians are going to restore everything and return Hyrule to his former glory... but it all must starts
with ourselves."

- "... You're words are more filled of wisdom as ever princess. Is no wonder that all Hyrule has trust in you" Impa said.

Meanwhile, Sahasrahla was talking to Link on another corner.

- "I must admit, I was scared when I  had that vision of Kyriaxis's return. I thought that Hyrule would be on a worse state, even worse than the one from many years ago. I was relieved when I saw the vision of the next hero of Hyrule. However, that is not a vision anymore... now I am seeing him with my own eyes" Sahasrahla said while looking at Link, who was looking at the horizon.

Link drew he Master Sword and saw the blade itself. He noticed that the Great Fairy power had completely disappeared from it.

- "Oh yeah, I forgot about the Master Sword. The sword of evil's bane has accepted you has his master Link, and it accompanied you until the end. However, just like you did with the Great Fairy Rod, the Master Sword must be put to rest to its original place" Sahasrahla explained to Link. You can return it back to the Sacred Grove now, and I can go with you."

Link and Sahasrahla went back to the Sacred Grove on the Lost Woods to return the Master Sword. Once they reach it, Link stands in front of the pedestal, and with a single strike, he puts the Master Sword back to his place, accomplishing his duty has the Hero of Hyrule.

Some years has passed ever since, and Hyrule returned back to normal again. The gorons of Death Mountain were all living happily, working around and eating their tasty rocks. The kids from Kokiri Forest are enjoying themselves even more, along with their fairies. The Zoras were all swimming on their Domain, and also on Lake Hylia, guarding the two places, and getting their fishes. Princess Ruto was enjoying those two places along with her father, the Zora King. The people from Kakariko Village were all living a normal life. The Kakariko Mart is more successful than ever, on the Village and on Castle Town. Malon was happy with Epona, and her father Talon keeps delivering Milk to Castle Town. Yeto and Yeta of Snowpeak were having fun sliding on the mountains. The Gerudo Tribe were still on their Fortress, still not allowing any men to enter.

Meanwhile, back at the Kokiri Forest, Mido was still mad at Link for trespassing the forest with no permission, and therefore, he spends large amount of time on the forest's entrance, watching if anyone would "dare" enter the forest.

- "Mido, the Great Deku Tree wants to talk to you" a Kokiri said.

Mido left the entrance and ran directly to the Great Deku Tree's place. When he arrived, he saw a tiny plant on the ground. However, Mido was more curious at the Great Deku Tree, who was looking a bit weird.

- "Mido, you finally came" the Great Deku Tree said.

- "I came as soon as I knew you were calling me. What do you want Great Deku Tree?" Mido asked.

- "Oh is nothing important actually. I just though that you should be the first to know of what I have to say."

- "What is it Great Deku Tree?"

- "Mido, my time on this forest, and on Hyrule itself, has come to an end. I have lived during a very long time, but now, it is time for me to depart."

- "What!? You cannot die! What is going to happen to the forest if you are gone? Without you, the Kokiris would be in danger."

- "You don't have to worry about that Mido. That is already under control. In fact, you can see it right under you."

Mido looked at the tiny plant on the ground.

- "... Mido, even though you can have a bad attitude sometimes, I must say that you are truly a brave Kokiri. Please promise me that you will still look for the children of this forest.".

- "I... I will... Great Deku Tree."

The Great Deku Tree felt happy by Mido's words. He then ended whitered. Mido left a tear out of his right eye. Suddenly, the tiny plant got out very fast, startling Mido on the act.

- "Hey there! I am the Great Deku Tree Sprout, and I am the new protector of this land. Hey, why are you crying" The Deku Tree Sprout said, leaving Mido amazed.

Finally, Castle Town has recovered, and Hyrule Castle has been reconstructed for good. A group of guards were entering the castle in a specific formation, and Impa was at the entrance watching them. The Castle's courtyard is been used as a training ground, and Link was in it right now.

- "Link... Princess Zelda is calling you. She is waiting for you in the throne room right now" a guard said.

Link left the courtyard and ran fast to Zelda. Once he got there, princess Zelda was at the end looking at a window. He then got close and caught her attention.

- "Oh, you're finally here Link" she said with an excited tone. "I am sorry for interrupting your training session with the others, but trust me, I wouldn't do it if it weren't for a good reason."

Link put a serious face, thinking that something bad has happened.

- "You see, Impa and I are going to Zora's Domain to take a dinner, and well... I was wondering if... if you could come... and be our bodyguard. And who knows? Maybe you could eat something too."

Link smiled at Zelda and nodded at her.
