After Link defeated Blizzetta and saved the Great Fairy of Courage, the cold that blew through the Graveyard of Kakariko Village and Zora's Domain was gone. Link returned to Zora's Domain and reunited with Ruto and her father.

- "Link! You are back! I don't feel the cold from Snowpeak anymore. I don't know what you did up there, but I thank you for helping us once again. I wish you the best for whatever you are going to do now for the sake of Hyrule."

Link nodded at King Zora and left. Before getting out of the Domain, he encountered with Ruto.

- "Link! I'm glad that you are safe and sound. We are not feeling the cold wind of Snowpeak anymore. The Zoras will be safe now. Thanks for your help Link. Be safe."

Link left the Domain, passed the Zora River and returned to Hyrule Field. Suddenly, the voice of Impa came to Link.

- "Link, is me, Impa. You did a great job gathering two of the Great Fairies. Now there are two more of them that you have to find: the one on the woods at the south, and the other on the desert on the northwest. I think your best choice would be the woods to the south. May you be successful Link."

Link called Epona with the Horse Flute and she ran to him; Link hop on her and got to the south, back to the Lost Woods. Link reached the entrance and entered after leaving Epona behind. Passing through the Lost Woods was not hard for him anymore; He managed to reach Kokiri Forest easily. The place still looked very peaceful and beautiful. Link decided to visit the Great Deku Tree once again.

- "Greetings Link... I expected that you would see me again. You don't need to tell me, I know what you are looking for: the Great Fairy of Wisdom. I know that you need the power of the Great Fairies in order to face Kyriaxis and her power. Now listen to me, there is a sacred place within the Lost Woods that I am very sure you have already visited. Is called the Sacred Grove, and that is where the Great Fairy of Wisdom lies. However, you won't be able to reach her on this timeline."

*Link got confused by the Deku Tree's words*

- "The Great Fairy of Wisdom is in another timeline, which can only be entered through the Sacred Grove. I know that you are a bit confused right now, but you don't have to worry. You already have the key to open the way to that timeline, and is on your back."

Link knew that the Great Deku Tree was talking about the Master Sword. He already was having an idea of how to use it on the Sacred Grove.

- "Yes Link. The Master Sword will open you the way to the Great Fairy of Wisdom. Now go to the Sacred Grove. You'll then know what to do next."

Link nodded at the Great Deku Tree and left.

Link got out of Kokiri Forest to find the Sacred Grove again. He then noticed that the Lost Woods was turning more darker than before, increasing the probabilities of him getting lost. Before he could keep going, he was stopped by someone coming out of the Kokiri Forest.

- "Halt!" Mido said while running to him. "Don't think that I didn't remember you just because you weren't here in a while. You are the man from last time. What makes you think that you can just enter to our forest whenever you feel like it. But do not worry. I, the great Mido, will put an end to this!"

Mido got to the entrance and puts a sign that says:

If you are not a Kokiri, THEN YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER!

- "There. You can read right? Exactly! You can't enter our home from now on. If I ever see you wandering around our here again, then I, the Great Mido, will--"

- "Heeheehee" a laugh interrupted Mido.

Link recognized that laugh: The Skull Kid appeared to Link once again. The Skull Kid was still holding the same lantern that he was holding before. However, he also was holding a trumpet. The Skull Kid blew it, calling four creepy puppets.

- "Iiiaaaaaagh!" Mido yelled.

He ran back to the forest after crashing against the same sign he made, breaking it on the act. The Skull Kid started to float away from Link, who followed him behind, hoping to get to the Sacred Grove. But before that, he fought against the puppets and slayed them.

During the trip around the Lost Woods, the Skull Kid played the trumpet again and summoned four more puppets. it didn't matter how many of them were slayed, the Skull Kid will just keep summoning them. He kept following the Skull Kid while fighting the puppets; he reached the entrance to the Sacred Grove at the end. However, he wouldn't continue forward until he defeated the Skull Kid in a fight against his puppets. The Skull Kid blew the trumpet, and a lot of puppets appeared.

Every puppet flew to attack Link, who had the Master Sword and Hylian Shield ready to fight back. He slayed every single one of the puppets. However, the Skull Kid blew the trumpet again and summoned more puppets to the battleground.

Link fought against the new puppets. Once he defeated them, the Skull Kid tried to blew the trumpet again, but Link moved quickly and got the Hero Bow out. He then fired an arrow at the Skull Kid, stunning it on the act. The Skull Kid felt to the ground and remained there for some seconds. He then got up and reappeared on another place. They kept that rate going until Link surpassed the Skull Kid and his puppets; after that, the Skull Kid left the place.

- "Teeheehee! That was fun. I tell you what. I'll let you to a secret place" The Skull Kid said.

A new path opened, and Link passed through. He found himself on a death end, but he also found a block that he could move. He pushed the block away and opened a new path leading to the Sacred Grove. He ran quickly to the place where he found the Master Sword. Once he got there, he approached to the pedestal to put the sword back. Suddenly, a statue in front of a door dissapeared. Link got the Master Sword back and left the place.

Once he got there, a dark barrier blocked his path, and a portal appeared on the sky. Five Fallen Fairies got out of it, ready to attack Link. He started fighting against the Fallen Fairies and against multiple Keeses that appeared out of nowhere. He defeated them all at the end, and the dark barrier dissapeared. He then got back to where he came from and noticed that the statue in front of the door dissapeared. He decided to open the doors, thinking that he would not find anything. However, he actually saw everything black and white on the other side of the door. He then passed through, and everything around him started to change.

He found himself on some kind of Temple. He also saw the two same statues that were on the Sacred Grove. He then understood what the Great Deku Tree said about the timelines: He traveled through time, and now he can start to search for the Great Fairy of Wisdom.

Link went to the same place of the pedestal. He then got on front of it and strikes the Master Sword in it. Suddenly, many stairs appeared in front of him, leading to a colorful window. Link got the Master Sword out of the pedestal and followed the path of the stairs. Suddenly, the window dissapeared in front of him, revealing an entrance on the act. He then passed through and started looking for the Great Fairy of Wisdom.
