Link walked behind Zelda as they walked through the entrance of Kakariko Village. This place had hanging lanterns, circle and square like houses. Link was here a lot during his journey. Trying to acquire materials to fight Ganon, and to talk to people. Zelda ran past the guards at Impa's front gate and slowed down to open the door.

"Zelda, a long time no see." Said Impa as she looked up at her and Link.

"Impa, we need your help. Is there any way for Ganon to return?" Asked Zelda as she sat on the floor, and Link sat next to her.

"Ganon no, but other forms of him, yes. The Ganon Link faced was Calamity and Dark Beast Ganon, but there are much more, even more than you can count." Said Impa.

"Is there any way that someone or something could make another Link?" Asked Zelda.

"Well, that kind of dark magic is not from this world. The person or creature that is making copies of Link must be tampering with Twilight Realm. The place of darkness is full of creatures that have been banished. Ganon might be killed but Ganondorf, his real form, might be alive." Said Impa.

"So Ganondorf might be alive, and is taking power from the Twilight Realm." Said Zelda, a little hesitant.

"Yes, but this is just a theory of what could happen. The only other way you could figure it out for sure would be to head to all three Springs of the goddesses and see what she has to say." Said Impa as she looked at the door. "Someone is here."

Link stood up fast and pulled out his sword. The door opened and the guard that was at the walkway was thrown onto the ground. Link stood there to see another Dark Link, but this one was different. He was circled in much more malice than the last one. Link nudged Zelda to run but they were stuck in the house.

"Link, the Champion of Hyrule. Nice to meet you." Said the figure as it held out its hand to Link.

Link swung his sword and knocked his hand away.

"Not quite the hand shake I was expecting." Said Dark Link as he pulled out a Dark Master Sword. "This might be your death Link. Killed by yourself."

Link held his position strong, Dark Link raised his sword and came down upon Link's head. Link raised his sword and blocked the attack. Link swung a quick counter and sliced Dark Link on the side.

"ERR!" Yelled Dark Link as he put his hand over the small wound.

Dark Link backed up and stood his ground, Link came in with a flurry of attacks. Dark Link was stuck on the defensive, he got a strong clash with Link's sword. Enough to push back on Link's sword and come at him with a strong left swing. Link lost his balance and stumbled backwards. He still was on his feet but Dark Link didn't let him attack anymore. He cut Link on the right leg and hit him in the head with the hilt of his sword. Link was slowly being pushed back.

"This is your end, and I promise you, it will be swift." Said Dark Link as he raised his sword.

As Dark Link was about to let the sword plunge into Link's chest, he felt something pierce through his leg. He let out a scream and still plunged the sword down. Link had moved, but not fast enough. He was stabbed right on his right arm and the blade was stuck there. Link yelled and then said nothing.

"Goodbye Link, it was nice meeting you." Said Dark Link as he pulled the sword out of Link and raised it one more time.

Link quickly moved forward and hopped back onto his feet. He grabbed his blade and rammed it right into Dark Link's left shoulder. Dark Link fell to the floor.

"I will be back. I promise you that, Link, I will be back." Said Dark Link as he dissolved into nothing.

Link stood silently for a few heartbeats, then fell onto the ground. His eyes started to close and the last thing he saw was Zelda running over to him.
