Yona's POV

I hold onto the rocks in front of, slowly making myself along the pathway. I had to be careful about where I placed my foot otherwise I would slip and if I slipped I would most likely...it doesn't matter I just won't fall.

The mountain shook as another set of waves crashed at the rocks below, I let a small yelp as the path under my feet began to crumble away. Before I knew it I had my hands had slipped and I was falling.

"YONA!"

Someone grabbed my arm, pulling me back up onto the foot path. I look up to find myself looing into purple eyes.

"Jae-ha..."

"Yona"

"T-thanks for saving me but I must carry on, don't help me"

"No way, you just fell what would you have done if I wasn't here?"

I thought of what would have happened If he wasn't there, it caused tears to well in my eyes but I wouldn't allow them to be spilt. I would not cry.

"I know but I must prove myself otherwise your captain won't let me help!"

"I'll talk to her about it, please Yona!"

I shake, I knew for a fact If I went back with nothing I would not be allowed to help. I would not allow that to happen especially now that I had come this far.

"I'm sorry Jae-ha"

I adjust my hands on the rocks in front of me and begin to make my way towards the cove further along. I hadn't made it very far when I realised that Jae-ha was still following me.

"Why are you still here!?"

"I'm protecting you"

"You won't leave will you?"

He shook his head at me, I sigh in reply-great, just GREAT!

Lizzy's POV

I watch as Jae- ha and Yona finally come back, in Yona's hand were the herbs she was told to get. I look up at her face and smile at her sadly, she was in tears.

"Oh Yona"

"L-lizzy, I won't be able to help, I didn't get the herbs on my own...I received helped from Jae-ha"

She sniffled, running into my arms in tears, I wrap my own arms around her a squeeze tightly, running my fingers through her mass of red hair.

"You will be able to help Yona, I'll talk to her if she doesn't allow you to"

"B-but I'm useless"

I squeeze her shoulders and smile at her, shaking my head in denial.

"No Yona, you're not useless, your as helpful as everyone here right now"

She glanced around to look at everyone else who were also now smiling and nodding their heads.

"Now then, should we get back to the ship?"

She nods her head and I turn to face Jae-ha, "Do you think you could take her ahead as she's soaking wet...I don't want her to fall ill"

"Of course" He smiled and scooped Yona into his arms causing her face to turn red, "Now princess, off we go"

*Time skip to when Yona and Jae-ha arrive back at the ship*

"G-gi-gan"

The older woman looked up to see Yona looking at her with tears falling down her face, her eyes then travelled to her clothes, she was soaking wet.

"Goodness child, you are soaked you must get out of those clothes at once or you'll become ill!"

"B-but"

"No buts child"

"Gi-Gan please listen to her" Jae-ha said looking at her a frown on his face.

"I-I got the herbs...b-but I had help...Jae-ha saved me from falling into the sea, I'm sorry for going against your word, I said I'd do it myself please let me help you I'll do it again!"

Gi-gan smiled sympathetically at Yona and beckoned her closer.

"Come closer child"

Yona walked closer to her, wiping away the continuous stream of tears from her eyes.

"Please give me another chance"

"No-

"Oh please"

No child, let me finish, you don't need to re do the test you have proved to me that I should trust you- so welcome aboard"

"Why?"

Gi-gan stroked Yona's red hair a smile on her face, "You told me the truth but you could of just lied to me and said you had no help, to me honesty is something I hold high in anyway, so you passed"

Yona smiled at the woman and ran into her arms, squeezing tightly confusing Gi-Gan for a few seconds before she replied by wrapping her own arms around Yona.

"Now then Yona you must get changed, I don't want that friend of yours barking at me if they get back and find that you have fallen ill because of me"

Yona smiled and nodded her head letting go of her and taking a step back.

"What friend, is it Hak?"

"Oh no it was that young feisty girl, Lizzy was her name I believe"
