Location: SMG4's Room - Peach's Castle - The Mushroom Kingdom

As the chapter starts off at SMG4's Room in Peach's castle, we see the memester just finish his greatest masterpiece after hours of hard work.

SMG4: At last! My masterpiece is complete!

The creation is a life-sized robot of Carl Wheezer, which is very impressive for SMG4 to work on something like that until someone decided to bust down the door to SMG4's room that destroyed the Carl Wheezer Robot as Mario, Luigi, Jeffy and Tails Doll enter the room as it's an emergency as Y/n is currently sick due to a disease that was in his food at a restaurant that was made by a guy with a mustache and wears a sombrero that can't be trusted.

SMG4: God damn it! What is it this time?!

Y/n: (Choking and Gagging)

SMG4: Oh geez! What happen to Y/n?!

Luigi: SMG4 HELP! Y/n ate something really bad!!!

Mario: And it's all that guy with the sombrero's fault!

Tails Doll: And we shot him and dump him in the river!

Jeffy: That bitch had it coming!

SMG4: Yeesh. I bet that guy in the sombrero put something bad in the food that made Y/n got sick. I highly suggest giving that guy a 0 Star review. Plus, why didn't you call in Dr. Healer?!

Then Dr. Healer and Nurse Brooklyn Guy came into the room and out of breath after running into the castle to help out Y/n with the sickness.

Dr. Healer: (Panting) We're here.

Brooklyn Guy: (Panting) Somebody call a doctor.

SMG4: Never mind. Also, I do have a PHD in Memes, which is also the same thing as being a doctor.

Y/n: (Coughing badly)

SMG4: Whoa, Y/n. Are you okay? What the hell did you eat at that restaurant?!

Y/n: I don't know...but it tasted like it's been behind the toilet for 10 years straight...

SMG4: Yuck! No wonder why that guy with the sombrero can't be trusted to own a restaurant that should be shut down immediately. But if we're gonna save Y/n, we're gonna need a couple extra members to join you guys to go inside Y/n and stop the virus before it kills him. Wait here a second.

Then SMG4 went out of the room to find 2 people to help out the gang stop the virus inside Y/n, and it has to be someone that won't screw up inside Y/n's body.

SMG4: (Searching) Now who won't screw this up....(Spots Ember and Saiko) Oh yeah. Those two will definitely help out.

Then back in SMG4's room, SMG4 threw both Ember and Saiko in the room as it's an emergency.

Saiko: SMG4?! What's the big idea?!

Ember: Yeah! Why did you throw us in here?!

Then they both see Y/n coughing badly, which sounds very serious right now.

Saiko: (Gasps) What's wrong with Y/n?!

Ember: Yeah, what's up with him? He doesn't look too good.

SMG4: Y/n's infected with a stomach bug after eating something bad from a guy in a sombrero and you two along with the others are gonna go inside Y/n and take out the virus before it kills him. (Digs inside his chest)

Ember: HUH?!

Saiko: WHY ME?!

SMG4: Because we need a team that can pull this off like a badass punk and a wolfman, a gay guy, a demonic doll, a retard and someone who that knows Y/n well!

Mario: (Chuckles) I always do.

Luigi: BUT WE DON'T KNOW WHAT HIS INSIDES ARE!!!

Dr. Healer: No time for questions! (Brings out Shrink Ray) Prepare to get shrinked!

Dr. Healer then shot a shrink ray at the gang selected to go inside Y/n as they're both transformed into a pill for Y/n to shallow in order for them to get inside Y/n's body to find and kill the virus.

Saiko: What happened?!

Ember: Oh god! Are we inside a pill?!

Jeffy: What the hell is going on here, Uncle Loogi?!

Luigi: (Angry) It's Luigi!

Mario: This is insane?!

Luigi: WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!

Tails Doll: (Chuckles) We're in danger.

Brooklyn Guy: Wow. You guys look really tiny inside that pill. But look, this is serious right now. We shrunk you all into this pill for Y/n to shallow to get you guys safely inside his body and go kill the virus inside him.

SMG4: Are you guys ready to go inside Y/n?!

Saiko: JUST GET IT OVER WITH SMG4!!!

Ember: Guys! I don't feel safe in here!

Dr. Healer: Don't worry, there is nothing to be afraid of. It's only temporary! Now do you want to go in the mouth or in the ass?!

The Gang in the Pill: THE MOUTH!!!!

Dr. Healer: Ok ok! Now in you go!

SMG4: Uh, Dr. Healer? Are you sure this is a good idea?

Dr. Healer: (Chuckles) I HAVE NO IDEA!!

Dr. Healer then helped Y/n swallow the pill and the gang is now going deep inside Y/n's intestines before arriving at the stomach.

Luigi: (Groans) Where are we?

Mario: Oh...my head.

Jeffy: Wow...we're inside daddy's stomach. This place smells like shit.

Saiko: We're in his stomach?!

Ember: Well, it's a good thing that this pill is designed to withstand the stomach acid for a moment. Now where is that virus?

Dr. Healer: (Through Radio) See anything irregular in there??

Mario: Uh...define irregular.

Tails Doll: Guys! There it is!

Then the gang found the poisoned food that got Y/n sick as the rotten food suddenly made Y/n scream in pain from whatever is inside Y/n's stomach right now.

Brooklyn Guy: Uh oh! That's not good!

SMG4: GUYS?! WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THERE?!

Then suddenly, the poisoned food suddenly manifested itself as an evil clone of Y/n as the deadly virus.

Luigi: That must be the virus! We gotta get rid of it!

Mario: Hey you there! Get out of my best friend's body! Stop making him sick!

Saiko: Let's get it before it kills Y/n!

Ember: Ok, but be careful though! That stomach acid will kill us if we fell into it!

Then the gang carefully went after the virus without falling into the stomach acid, but the virus is a tricky bastard as it kept dodging and jumping on their heads before he got close to the fleshy walls of the stomach and slammed a virus made hammer onto the wall, causing Y/n to scream in pain and the acidity of the stomach acid has been increased that will dissolve anything within seconds through digestion.

The gang will have to work fast before they get digested by Y/n's stomach acids.

Luigi: AH! We're being digested!!!!

Virus: (Laughing Evilly)

Then the virus got away into another part of Y/n's body, leaving the gang all alone to deal with the stomach acid situation.

Jeffy: Hey! You get back here you asshole!!!

Mario: WE GOTTA GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE WE ALL DIE IN Y/N'S STOMACH!!!

Ember: I don't wanna die!!!

Luigi: This isn't how I wanted to dieeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

Tails Doll then summoned some rope and gave it to Saiko for her to tie onto Mario and Luigi.

Saiko: Less bitching, more fixing you two!

Mario: Hey! What's the big idea?!

Luigi: Wait a minute?! What are you-

KICK ATTACK!!!

Saiko then kicked both Mario and Luigi to the area where the virus is headed to, but the virus managed to stop them by hitting the two brothers with the virus hammer, preventing the gang from following them to where it's heading over to in Y/n's body as Mario and Luigi are heading into another hole that will lead the gang to another part of Y/n's body.

Ember/Tails Doll/Jeffy: YOU BITCH!!!

Saiko: Grab onto the rope you three, because it looks like we're going with door #2!

They didn't think twice and grab onto the rope and they were all pulled into wherever Mario and Luigi are headed into through the bloodstream and the gang are now inside the area where Y/n's heart is located at. Luckily, the heart is protected in an unbreakable seal that is powered by an unknown energy source that the virus won't be able to break through to kill Y/n.

However, the virus is not going for the heart as he is going for someplace else to kill Y/n as the gang looked around the heart area to be a big place and it also has some houses that proves that someone or something is living in the heart area as the protector of the heart.

Luigi: (Hugs Saiko) Saiko! YOU SAVED OUR LIVES!!

Saiko: HEY! PERSONAL SPACE!!! (Kicks Luigi off of her)

Mario: Alright, where are we now?

Ember: I think we're in someplace where Y/n's heart is located, and it looks very protected by that energy seal.

Jeffy: Wow. This place is huge!

Tails Doll: And beeg!

Luigi: Something tell us that the virus is not going for the heart. I think he's headed for the brain.

Mario: Then let's stop gawking around and go after the virus before he kills Y/n's brain and kill my best bud.

Then the gang started exploring the area, but they are unaware that they're being watched as the gang felt an unwanted presence after the tiny individuals began running around in the area, making the gang feel uncomfortable on what's going on here.

Luigi: (Scared) Guys...I think we're being watched.

Mario: (Looks around until he spots something) Uh...I think we're not alone here. (Points to the thing he spotted) Look!

Mario then pointed to the tiny individual that walked out of the shadows as it revealed itself as a mini version of Y/n dressed in red like a blood cell until more of them showed up as they are surprised to see visitors from the outside world.

Y/n Blood Cell #1: Strangers!

Y/n Blood Cell #2: From the outside!

Y/n Blood Cells: Ooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Luigi: They all look like Y/n!

Ember: And dressed in red!

Mario: Yeah! Like me!

Tails Doll: (Chuckles) They all look adorable like me!

Jeffy: Have we died and gone to hell?

Saiko: I don't think so, Jeffy. But I had to admit, these little mini versions of Y/n do look cute and adorable.

Y/n Blood Cell #1: Welcome to Y/n's Heart! We are his blood cells! We are here to protect Y/n from the virus that he consumed the bad 0-star food. What bring you strangers from the outside world to our home?

Mario: We are here to stop the virus from killing my best friend. Can you help us find this virus before it kills him?

Y/n Blood Cell #3: Oh yeah? If you're telling the truth, give us some proof if you're really Y/n's best friend.

Y/n Blood Cell #4: Don't mind him, some of us are a bit skeptical and paranoid after the virus came in here from the food poisoning.

Mario: You want proof? I'll give you proof! (Pulls out his smartphone and shows the blood cells a picture of Y/n giving Mario the cake that is no longer a lie) This is the photo of me and Y/n after he gave me the cake that is no longer a lie. That moment is how we became best friends, and I won't let my best bud die on my watch after all the adventures we went through together with my brother Luigi and our friends.

Y/n Blood Cells: (Gasps in astonishment)

Y/n Blood Cell #1: Holy cow! He really is his best friend!

Y/n Blood Cell #2: This guy is so amazing!

Y/n Blood Cell #3: Yeah! I take that back about doubting them!

Luigi: Wow. That was quick. Great job on convincing them that we're here to help, Mario.

Mario: It's no big deal. We are here for a reason after all.

Saiko: Well finally. Some recognition.

Saiko then felt something tug on her pant leg as a smaller Y/n Blood Cell is trying to tell Saiko and the gang that he wants to show him something that will lead them to the virus.

Ember: I think that blood cell is trying to show us something. Let's follow it.

Then the gang followed the little blood cell to where it's leading over to as we see the Y/n Blood Cells working really hard to keep the heart healthy and well like transporting blood to keep Y/n alive while keeping the place shiny and clean and feeding the Minecraft Mooshroom cows that is actually friendly blood cows to help out the Y/n Blood Cells develop more blood for Y/n's heart.

Then as they arrive at the heart, they all saw a bunch of White colored Y/n Blood Cells as the white blood cells as they seem to be chanting some indescribable words like they're in some kind of cult with one of them that is the same size as the original Y/n as the leader of the Y/n Blood Cells.

Then with a burst of energy, the white Y/n Blood Cells unleashed a barrage of clean healing energy that absorbed into the heart, making the heart more healthy and powerful as it is slowly healing Y/n's pain from the virus causing trouble.

Little Y/n Blood Cell: (Child Voice) Sir, these nice people are here to help stop the virus.

Leader Y/n Blood Cell: Ah, welcome travelers! I see that you are here to help stop the virus that is here to kill Y/n. This is why we are currently working hard to keep Y/n's body alive and after the virus is destroyed, Y/n will soon be immune to the virus, and it will be instantly destroyed once the virus attempts to try to kill Y/n again.

Saiko: Sorry to be rude, but we're in a real hurry right now. If we don't stop the virus, all of you will dead!

Then all of the Y/n Blood Cells understand what she meant, and they all channeled their energy to create a doorway to the brain that is where the virus is heading right now, giving the gang a chance to catch up to the virus and stop him before it gets its chance to kill Y/n.

Little Y/n Blood Cell: We saw that bad virus that looks like Y/n go up there to the brain. That door shaped portal will lead all you to the virus. Please stop him and save our great leader of the outside world.

Mario: (Pats the little Blood Cell on the head) Don't worry little one. Mario and his pals are all gonna do something very illegal to the virus.

Luigi: Right, Mario! Let's go everyone!

Jeffy: Ok! BITCH WANTS TO DIE!!!

Tails Doll: I'm gonna kill that virus!

Ember: I'm gonna claw out his eyes with my wolf claws when we're done with him.

Saiko: Let's hope this will be worth it cause I will kick SMG4 in the balls once we get out of this!

Then the gang went to the doorway portal that led them to the brain as the Y/n Blood Cells waved the gang goodbye and wished them good luck on defeating the virus once and for all.

Little Y/n Blood Cell: See you next time.

Then with that, the portal closed, leaving the gang by themselves to deal with the virus as Y/n's brain looks so massive like it's like they've just entered a whole new world through the doorway portal as it looks like a library filled with so many memories in the shape of books along with so many machinery and TV Screens and at the center of the area is the brain itself that is being controlled by an Among Us Crewmate that is in Y/n's usual attire in charge of Y/n's brain area.

Jeffy: Wow! We're inside daddy's brain!

Tails Doll: And very BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEG!!!

Luigi: Honestly, I didn't expect Y/n to have this much space in his head.

Mario: That's because it's creative logic to have his brain area like this. It's kinda based on the Disney movie Inside Out or something like that.

Ember: Oh yeah, I watched that movie before.

Saiko: (Walks up to the Y/n Crewmate and grabs him)

Y/n's Brain Worker: GAH! What the?! Who are you people!? What are you doing here?!

Saiko: Relax, buddy. We're here to stop the virus that is going to kill you, so you're gonna help us stop it before everything around here that you worked hard on here will be completely destroyed!!

Y/n's Brain Worker: Ok ok! Just put me down and I'll do my best to you guys out!

Mario: Alright, where is that virus at?

Ember: I can't wait to beat that virus's butt!

Jeffy: (Pulls out his boxing gloves) Me too!

Tails Doll: (Goes into Demon mode) I will make that virus suffer for making my daddy sick!

Luigi: (Scared) G-guys...

Then the gang saw the virus at its deadliest and most powerful form as its body became pitch black while glowing red as he looks down at the gang from on top of a memory bookshelf with its eyes glowing blood red as the gang is ready to go up against the gang in a fight to the death for Y/n's own life.

Saiko: Finally. (Ready to fight) Time to die!

Then the virus suddenly teleported away causing Saiko to be shocked and looks around to know where it's at before she was grabbed by the face as the virus threw her to the wall and slammed her to the wall really hard, causing the gang to be shocked that the virus has gotten a lot stronger since the last time they tried to fight him.

Ember: (Angry) Why you little?!

Ember quickly changed into his wolf form and charged at the virus only to get punched down to the ground and knocked out before he could reach him. Then Jeffy and Tails Doll tried to stop him only to get hit by the virus' own fury of punches that sent the two of them to the wall, knocking the wind out of them.

Luigi: (Scared and shocked) AH! OH MY GOD!

Then the virus teleported behind Luigi.

Virus: I like ya cut G! (Slaps Luigi at the back of the head)

Luigi: (Screams)

Then the virus turned to the Y/n's Brain Crewmate that pulled out a gun to defend himself with as he is now shaking in life as he is about to die at the hands of the deadly virus.

Y/n's Brain Worker: Please don't hurt me desu!

Virus: (Laughs Evilly like Sukuna)

Mario: HEY STINKY!!!

Then the virus stopped to look at Mario, who has a serious look on his face as he is the last remaining hope for Y/n's life to stand up against the virus as he is not gonna let the virus win on his watch.

Mario: You hurt my friends and my brother! I will not allow this to happen! I am going to rip you in half!!!

Virus: (Silent for a moment before laughing at his attempt to stop him)

Mario: Oh, laugh at me, eh? (Sighs) Fine. I warned you about this! (Serious Mode) This looks like it's up to me to stop you! And I know the one move I'd never done before that will be enough to stop you from killing my own best friend.

Then Mario suddenly did the unexpected thing that he'd never did before to stop the virus as he did a finger pose that will activate a domain expansion, which Mario will use this newfound power that he'd never had before in his life as he says the magic words to activate his domain expansion.

Mario: Domain Expansion: Mario's Tunnel of Doom!

Then suddenly, the area around him and the virus changed to a scary version of the world in the Super Mario Bros. game for the NES as the virus' expression changed to a confused expression.

Virus: (Confused) What the hell is this piece of shit?

Then Mario loomed over him in a different form as he now has 4 arms and tentacles on his back with a crazy looking cappy on his hat as the virus looked back in a shocked expression on his face to see Mario in a much scarier form.

Mario(?): Looks like you f***ed up, you evil virus! You're in my domain now!

Then Mario did the same domain expansion finger pose with his with 4 arms before putting them together to activate the domain's execution ability as a bunch of eyes with an evil looking power star as the pupil appear all over the domain before a bunch of metal chains appeared out of nowhere and chained up the virus in a bind.

The virus tried to struggle its way out of the chains, but it's too weak to break out of the chains as the virus is about to die at the hands of Y/n's own best friend.

Mario(?): Any last words?

Virus: (Growls) F*** you! (Spits at Mario(?))

Mario(?): Big mistake! Now...YOU DIE!!!

Then without warning, Mario snaps his fingers, and the virus soon got a jolt of painful, yet powerful burst of energy, thus killing the virus as he screamed in pain before it vanished into thin air.

YOU ARE DEAD! NO BIG SURPRISE!

With that, Mario killed the virus, saved his best friend from death and the nightmare is over as everything went back to normal after Mario defeated the virus as everyone got up from the ground to see Mario still standing as he managed to save his own best friend's life from the virus.

Luigi: Mario? You did it! You killed the virus!

Mario: Yep. I sure did! I won't let some deadly viruses kill my own best friend on Mario's watch.

Saiko: (Shocked and Impressed) Oh my god....he...he actually defeated the virus....

Ember: THAT WAS TOTALLY WICKED!!!!

Tails Doll: WHOOOOOOOO!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! WE DID IT!!! WE DID IT!!! WE SAVED DADDY FROM THE EVIL VIRUS!!

Jeffy: Ha ha! Freaking R.I.P! Now that guy in the sombrero will be sued and sent to jail. Hope he doesn't drop that soap.

Luigi: And how!

Y/n's Brain Worker: Thank you so much for stopping the virus. Now Y/n will all better and healthier as ever.

-Outside of Y/n-

After Mario successfully killed the virus, Y/n is now a million times better as he jumped up in joy now, he is cured from the virus.

Y/n: HEYYY! I FEEL ALL BETTER NOW!!!

Brooklyn Guy: Wow. They did it! Those crazy kids actually did it!

Dr. Healer: Yes! Another successful procedure!

Mario: So, how do we get out of here?

(Record Scratch)

SMG4: Oh yeah...I forgot about that.

Dr. Healer: (Groans) Well, this is not good.

Brooklyn Guy: I guess we didn't think this through.

Y/n's Brain Worker: Don't worry, I have a solution.

Then Y/n's Brain Worker typed in a few keys on the keyboard before another doorway appeared that shows a super fun looking slide inside that will lead the gang back to the real world after completing the mission.

Y/n's Brain Worker: This doorway will take you back to the real world and it comes with a super fun happy slide.

Mario: Well, that was easy.

Luigi: And less gross too.

Saiko: I'm out of here! (Runs to the doorway and slides down)

Ember: HEY! Wait for us! (Runs to the doorway and slides down)

Then with no time to lose, the gang soon head over to the doorway and slid down the slide to get out of Y/n's body and into the real world after the virus is dealt with and as for the guy in the sombrero that caused all of this and made Y/n sick with the virus, he is soon sentenced to jail and lose his business license to own a restaurant for food poisoning.

After all that, everything turned out great in the end.
