I stood next to the rest of the villagers.

They worked hard to get the correct amount of credits needed to pay the rest of our fee.

We then heard a motor.

Lucky's gang rode in on their hoverbikes.

Lucky himself came in on a carriage, there was an object behind him, but it was covered by a tarp.

I waited for the perfect moment to strike.

Lucky walked to us.

"Where's my money" He said.

We handed him the credits.

He smiled.

"Thank you all for your kind services...but I'm afraid you're no longer of use to us" Lucky said.

His men pulled their rifles out.

The villagers were scared.

"What did we do wrong" I asked.

"You've all been  giving us shitty crops instead of actual food, so you're all useless to us now" Lucky said.

He turned around and he went to his carriage.

"Maybe you're not so....'Lucky' after all" I said.

He stopped.

"Maybe you're luck has abandoned you, instead of you being lucky and getting good crops, you've been getting shitty crops because you're not lucky anymore....so it really makes you...well nothing" I said.

Lucky turned around in anger.

"You little shit, how dare you insult me" He said.

"What's wrong, do you need a lucky break" I said.

He gritted his teeth.

He went closer to me.

With each step he took his knee slightly limped.

"Why don't you say that to my face" He said.

"And what, hope I get 'lucky'" I said.

He tried to punch me, I grabbed his hand and I flipped him, just like Zero did to me.

Lucky got back up and he tried to hit me, I hit him in his gut.

He stepped back.

"YOU LITTLE SHIT" He shouted.

He went to the carriage and ripped off the tarp, revealing a giant robot.

"ALRIGHT YOU LITTLE SHIT, THIS IS MY GREATEST WEAPON, THE HELLBLITZER, FEAR IT, FOR IT SHALL BE THE LAST THING YOU SEE" Lucky shouted.

He went into it and he began piloting it.

He pointed a gun at me.

Before he could shoot me something shot the gun which exploded it.

I turned to the source, it was Zero, he was holding a large laser cannon.

"You're not playing fair lucky, be a good sport and let the other kids play too" He said.

He then shot the legs of the robot.

Lucky's men tried to shoot Zero, he threw the cannon to them, then he shot it with a hand cannon and it exploded.

Lucky went out from his burning robot and he clenched his fist.

"HOW DARE YOU, I AM LUCKY GORBERTSON, AND I WILL...." He shouted.

"Wait....your name....is Lucky Gorbertson....pfft...how the hell did you get that name" I said.

He got pissed beyond belief.

"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU, YOU LITTLE SHIT" He shouted.

Zero went in front of me.

As Lucky tried to strike Zero did too, Lucky went on his knees and he coughed.

Zero then grabbed his head and he threw him to a wall.

"Tie him up to a chair" Zero ordered.

The villagers did so.

"What will you do to him" I asked.

"I'm going to ask a few questions, then I'll get you all to bring him to the authorities" Zero said.

Lucky, Zero and I were in a dark room with one small light.

Zero was constantly slapping Lucky.

"Lucky, I know you know where the F.R.A.T. is....tell me and I'll let you live, fail to do so, and I kill you" Zero said.

"Why should I tell scum like you" Lucky said.

Zero punched Lucky.

"I'll ask again...WHERE...IS...THE F.R.A.T." Zero asked.

"Fine...I'll tell you...the F.R.A.T. is on a transport ship heading to Saber's HQ on Ghyttra" Lucky said.

"Saber huh....thought so, thank you Lucky, guess it's your lucky day after all, I'm going to let you live" Zero said.

He walked to the door.

"Now can I go" Lucky asked.

"Oh no, you're a criminal, so the authorities on Byto are on their way here, I do hope you enjoy their food, it's delicious" Zero said in a sarcastic tone.

Byto was a planet nearby with a large prison, it's famous for it's security cells and it's shitty slop we call food.

I followed Zero as he left.

"Zero, I didn't get to say thanks for helping me save my home" I said.

"It's alright, I owe this village anyway" Zero said.

"Here, you can have the knife back, I didn't need it" I said.

"Oh no, you can keep it, consider it a gift to this town's savior" Zero said.

I hugged him again.

"Thank you" I said.

"It's all right, let's hope we meet again some day" He said.

I nodded.

I watched him get on a hover bike and he left.

My mother ran to me and hugged me.

"Mom, I'm fine" I said.

"T-thank you for helping our home...I'm sorry you had to do it alone" She cried.

"I didn't do it alone, I had Zero to help me" I said with a smile.

We watched as a large ship came to our village.

Some soldiers made a quick scope of the area, then they lined up.

A man wearing a while general outfit stood in front of the soldiers.

"People of this village, there is no need to worry, we are Saber, we're here to restore peace to the universe" He said.

Some soldiers pulled out Lucky.

"You little shit, you better let me go or I'm going to kill you" Lucky said to me a he was being dragged away.

"I'm sorry Lucky, I did what had to be done" I said.

The general walked to me.

"Were you the one who caught Lucky" He asked.

"Yes I am" I said.

He shook my hand.

"You got some skill then kid, you should join Saber, you'll not only protect your village, but also the universe" He said.

I turned to my mother.

She gave me a smile and nodded.

"Alright, I'll do it" I said.

"I'll return tomorrow morning, so pack your stuff and say your goodbyes, I look forward into fighting with you" He said as he walked to his ship with his soldiers following.

I had packed my things and I went to the village.

My mother hugged me.

"I'm going to miss you" She said.

"I'll miss you too mom, but don't worry, I'll be fine" I said.

"I hope so" She said.

She kissed my cheek.

I then went onto the ship.

We left the planet's atmosphere, then we entered a spacewarp.

My life is going to change, for better.....or for worse.
