Chang's POV

I don't event know where I'm at now.  All I do know is that I'm currently walking in a mysterious forest to is unknown to me.  As I was walking, I couldn't help but have a feeling that something...or someone is watching me.

???: Chang...

I stopped when I heard the voice. It was deep, but I can tell that it came from a woman.  I look around to see where it came from, but nothing.

Chang: Hello!? Is anybody there!?

There was no answer. Only silence. I continue to walk.

*Twig snaps*

I turn around to see what was behind, but nothing.

Chang: What the-

But I was then cut off from what I'm about to say, as I felt something grab me by the ankle and pulled me down.  I look to see that it was...a long chain?  The chain then started pulling me through the trees.  I tried to reach for the chain and break free, but I was unable to do so, because the mere strength of whatever or whoever is pulling me, and kept hitting every bush or branch along the way.  And before I knew it, I stopped moving, and the chain let's go of my ankle and into the shadows.  Cautious, I slowly backed away from them area a bit, but not too far.  And I was moving, I stopped when I saw something. I look to see...glowing blue eyes...staring right back at me. I quickly got up and tried to run away, but I was stopped by a a large bolder that came from out of nowhere.  I realized that I'm going to have to fight my way out of this, so I turned back around to face the mysterious figure.  Making the first move, I stomped on the ground, causing a chunk of earth to come up, and kick it towards my adversary, but to my shock, the mysterious figure moves out of way.

Chang: *confused* What?

I kept throwing more rocks at her, but for some reason, I don't know why, but every time I do, the person will move with such speed, that it's like it this guy or girl didn't have her take a single step.  The person then appears up close in front of, giving me a good look at those glowing eyes.  This causes me to to back off.  Now with the realization that I don't stand a chance, I turned around and make a run for it.  I ran, and ran, and ran as fast as I could.  But then I felt a familiar presence coming from behind me.  I looked behind, and quickly ducked down, as a whip of water went over me and hit a tree.  I look up to see that the water cuts through the tree like it was nothing. I get up again and continue to run.  This went on for a while until I make a stop at what appears to be the center of the forest, with a bit of light looming over me.  But then I felt a hand on my shoulder.

???: *whispers* Chang...

I gasped when that happened and turned around, and I saw...no one.  I took a deep breath and sighed in relief, thinking that I'd got away from whoever that person was.  But when I turned...the person is now in front of me.  I got a good look, and person in question appears to be...a woman?

I screamed in shock and back away again.

Chang: What are you? Who the hell are you!?

The woman didn't say anything. But instead...she shoots fire at me.

End of dream

No POV

Chang: AHH!!!

Chang, age 15, shots out of the covers, panting while sweating. He appears to be a teenage boy, who is below average height, tan skin, short, black hair, with the sides shaved off, and yellow, along with a visible scar on his right cheek. He places his right hand on his forehead.

Chang: *to himself* It was just a dream.

???: *meow*

Chang looks to his left to see his pet panther puma, Feng, who is tilting her head.

Chang smiles, and pets Feng's head, who purs.

Chang: Don't worry, girl, it was just stupid nightmare.

Later

After cleaning up, Chang changes into in clothes, consisting of a shirt with the Earth Kingdom symbol on the front, black pants, a pair of boots, a pair of fingerless gloves, a green jacket, and a yellow scarf.  He also puts on two earings in his left ear. 

Chang: *smirks* Now...let's see what those rich folks of Republic City have for us today.

Feng: *meow*

Chang then uses earthbending to launch himself into the air and on top of the roof before running towards wherever his legs could take him while Feng follows suit.
