Feeling Sorry for Fictional Characters

While we are on the topic of Tom, here is another trait of his that I find detrimental. In Sonic.exe, three Sonic the Hedgehog characters end up meeting their doom thanks to the titular character: Tails, Knuckles (another good friend of Sonic's and an occasional antagonist), and Dr. Eggman (the main antagonist of most Sonic games). The only problem is Tom seems to have more remorse for them than Kyle. If I could say anything to Tom, I would say, "Seriously, dude? Your friend did everything he could to save your ass from this monster, and you care about a bunch of pixels? Get your priorities straight!"

When you write a Creepypasta protagonist, make sure they're not dumb as hell.
