Six months later...

          Adrien is glad to have no contact with his parents for the last six months.   It is way better than their rude behavior towards his wife.  He loves Marinette and intends to do what he can to make her happy.  

         Marinette smiles at Adrien!  She is glad to be with him!  She thinks, this is just right.  She is sure that she made the right decision to marry him instead of someone else.  She loves him!  She would not have it any other way!

        "Marinette, I was thinking we should go to see the doctor."  Adrien says.

       "Oh, and why is that darling?"  Marinette ask.

        "To ask about the chances of a baby?   I want to know what our odds are if we try in virto fertilization (IVF). "  Adrien remarks.

      "What?  You really want to do this?  It is expensive! " Marinette remarks.

     "Yes, I know, but I love you!  I think it is worth it so we could still have our very own child." Adrien says.

      "Okay, lets go then!" Marinette says. She grabs his hand. 

         A few hours later, they find themselves at the local doctor's office, which happens to be far off from their home. They walk in together with huge smiles on their faces.

       "Yes, how may I help you?"  The desk clerk, whose badge reads Sabrina Raincomprix, says sweetly.

       "We are here to see    Doctor, Chloe Bougerious."   Adrien answers.

       "Oh, yes you must be the Agreste!  Glad you could make it. Go have a seat, and I will be glad to let Miss Bougerious know you are here!"  Sabrina says. 

     "Thanks, so much!"  Marinette says. She and Adrien sit down in the waiting room.

         Fifteen minutes later, a lady with a bright orange dress that has black stripes across it opens the door and says, "Mr. and Mrs. Adrien Agresete?"

        Adrien and Marinette stand up to follow her to a room.  "Right, this way!" The lady whose name tag says, "Elise Rossi"  on it says kindly.   (*Author's Note: Elise Rossi, in this story is Lila Rossi's  twin sister, only she is much nicer, and does not lie.  She is also a fan made character.)

       The couple follows her into the room.  Elise smiles, as she states simply,  "Doctor Bougerious will be with you both shortly."   She exits the room and closes the door gently behind her.

       True to Elise word, Doctor Bougerious enters the room soon after she left it.  "Hello there, I am Doctor Chloe Bougerious, but you may call me Doctor Chloe!"  She says as soon as she sees the lovely married couple. She shakes hands with Marinette, then Adrien.

        "It is an honor to have you meet with us."  Marinette says.

        "Yes, it sure is Doctor Chloe." Adrien says.

         "Let me see, you both came in here to discuss the IVF  is that right?"  Doctor Chloe ask.  She looks to see what kind of reaction they have now.

         "Yes, that is right!"  Both Adrien and Marinette replies together.

         "Excellent!  I  do believe since Marinette has been here in the past that we already have her health status on file.   I see no reason for this not to work.  In fact, I firmly believe it will be successful!"  Doctor Chloe says.

         "Really?"  Marinette ask.

        "Yes, really!"  Doctor Chole Bougerious states.

          "Wow, this is splendid news!  Right, honey?"  Adrien remarks.

          "Yes, it sure is dear."  Marinette says. She thinks, this whole thing makes me so nervous.

        "Do you have surrogate mother picked out yet?"  Doctor Chloe ask.

         "Yes, actually!"  Adrien says.

         "Well, then lets hear who it is then!"  Doctor Chloe says.

           "I thought about Alya Cesaire the lady who was the lawyer who handled the estate for my sister in the past. Then, Adrien made the suggestion that we have my friend whom I have seen in years, an Alix Kubel do it!"  Marinette says.

         "Oh, I see!  Then, which of these two would you rather have be the one to carry your child for you?"   Doctor Chloe ask.

          "I would have to say Alix!"  Marinette says.

          "I agree with my wife's decision."  Adrien says.

           "Splendid!  Now, what is her number so I might give her a call?" Doctor Chloe responds.

            "Alix number is 779-979-8800."  Marinette says.

          "Good, then I will call here right now for you!"  Doctor Chloe says. She pulls out her phone to all Alix.

      *On the other end of the phone, Alix hears the phone ring. She picks up right away.  

          "Hello?  Is  everything alright with Marinette?"  Alix says.

          "Yes, this is Doctor Chole Bougerious !  It seems your friend, Marinette and her husband, Adrien have chosen you to be the suggorate mother for their baby!"  She says.

           "Wow, this is just well a great honor!  I will be happy to help them!"  Alix squeals so loudly the doctor almost drops the phone.

              "Good, then meet me here at my office in a week!"  Doctor Chloe Bougerious says.

             "Okay, I will!  What time?"  Alix ask.

            "Lets say next Wednesday at 9:00 am!  How is that work for you?"  Doctor Chloe Bougerious says.

         "Sure, thing!" Alix says.

          "Good, see you then, Miss Kubel!"   Doctor Chloe Bougerious says.  She hangs up the phone to tell Adrien and Marinette the good news.

            "Alix Kubel agrees to help you!  She sounds so excited!  Also, she will be here around 9 am next Wednesday!  I suggest you both be here that same day around 8:45 am."  Doctor Chloe Bougerious says.

           "Okay, thanks so much!"  Marinette says.

         "Yes, thank you!" Adrien says.

         "Your welcome!  Hope everything works out and see you next week!  Now, you take this paper and follow all the directions,"  Doctor Chloe Bougerious tells them.

         Adrien and Marinette read the paper. They both blush, but agree to do what it says to do.

          One week later, on Wednesday at the doctor's office, right at 8:45 am Adrien and Marinette arrive!   Alix arrives fifteen minutes later, right on schedule.

        Marinette and Adrien each take turns hugging Alix! She hugs Adrien, then Marinette!  Then, Adrien and Marinette go home!  

     Alix has the special stuff put into her through the typical procedure for this sort of thing.    Now, the intro vetro fertilization process is completed at this time.

          Two weeks later, the results... Alix throws up!  She goes in for a checkup to the same place where the procedure was done and finds out everything was a success!  She is carrying Adrienette's baby!

           Alix calls them with the good news once she gets back home!  

            Adrien and Marinette are thrilled!  

         Three months into the pregnancy Alix finds out the baby is actually twin girls!  She calls Adrienette to tell them!   This time they are all happy to know the babies gender. 

          Adrien turns to Marinette, hugs her,kisses her and says, "Well, my dear things are just the way we want it!"   Marinette returns the hug and kiss. She smiles, as she replies, "I could not agree more, sweetheart!"
