3 Years Later

I'm 15 now and been living in April's apartment for 3 years. My bruises and cuts were mostly gone. I still remember that night when I killed my parents and ran away. But it wasn't my fault. Any of this wasn't my fault. I wasn't allowed in school because I' a mutant wolf. Why? Why this had happened to me? April's dad took care of me while April went to school. I have no other friends besides April. One day April told me she wanted me to meet her 'secret friends'. She became friends with them after when she was kidnapped by this group called the Krangg. That was actually awhile ago. I decided to go ahead to meet them... but then April's dad wouldn't let her go because she might be captured again. She understood and said sorry to me.

"I'm gonna get some pizza." I said one night

"Okay!" April said

I went out the streets of NYC. Hopefully no one will hurt me. Until I was pinned to the wall of an dark alley

"I'VE FINALLY CAUGHT YOU!" Ashley yelled

"LET ME GO!" I yelled back

"YOU'LL PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!" She pulled out a knife and put it close to my throat. "You have ruined this family and you'll be done... forever."

I closed my eyes, ready to be killed and die until... I felt Ashley off of me

She was getting beat up, and she ran away.

I fainted but not in a blackout... because I heard a voice...

"You okay, Jessica?"
