Leo's POV
I'm glad I performed the Howling. Now their souls can Rest In Peace. But I won't doubt the fact that it hurts, it hurts to know that they are gone from this world. I've made many fond memories with my pack, and now it's all I have left of them. Heh... I remember when Malachi taught me how to fight. I was terrible at fighting, but I was good at camouflage, which was perfect for sneak attacks. I never put that into action though.
I also remember when Kyle wanted me to race him to prove who was the fastest in our pack. I was pretty fast, but that race was kinda rigged. He placed some obstacles to mess with my path, but either way I was close to winning. Still Kyle was always a bit faster than me, I won't forget that goofy grin he had when he won.
Jewel always thought of me as a little brother. Whenever I got a cut or scrape Jewel would always be the first to know and treat it. It's nice because I never had a big sister before. Malachi and Kyle would get jealous that she cared for me more than them. That's why she always messes with them. Just to get them jealous.
I also remember May playing with me. We would always play tag or hide and seek and she always managed to get the pack to play. She was fun to be around, but like me she wasn't mush of a fighter. Maybe that's why I could talk to her more easily than the others. I loved playing with her and the smile she gives was enough to make everyone happy.
All these memories are what I have left of my pack. As a matter of fact it's all I have left of my tribe. Wait... maybe they... I doubt they destroyed it... maybe I can go back? But how am I going to tell Yuki? The best possible way to get back was to go at night, but what if Yuki saw me? I don't know hat to do.

Yuki's POV
(After a long walk to his home)
Finally we're home. Is Mom back yet? I went to the door and began to open it. "Mom? Are you home?" No answer. She must still be the school grading our midterms. Speaking of school Leo doesn't go to school. Maybe I'll ask mom to teach him some things. Then all of a sudden Leo tugged on my shirt. He seemed to be a bit off. He opened his mouth. "Um Yuki. Can I..." what was he going to say? I opened my mouth "What is it Leo?" He seems really nervous. "Um... can I explore the city... alone?" Huh? Why would he want to do that? "Um... are you sure? Won't you get lost?" Leo shook his head "Not if I know your scent." "Wait my scent?"
My face went red. "Yeah... If I smell you I can recognize your scent and follow it back home. That way you won't worry." I not sure if I should let him go. After all Budo Onori could still be out there. I then opened my mouth "I don't know Leo." He spoke out "I'll leave at night, then no one can see me. C'mon please?" He then gave me puppy dog eyes. Ugh. Why do I have to be a sucker for cute things? Wait... cute? I blushed slightly and sighed. "Fine Leo. You can go." He smiled brightly and gave me a hug. "YAY! Thanks Yuki!"
After a bit he let go and told me to stay still. I did what he said and he got close. He then began sniffing me. "Yuki... you smell good." My face turned red. He's so close. "Your scent... its sweet and spicy... it nice and soothing." He then sniffed my neck. "Heheh..." I smiled and chuckled. "Sorry Yuki it may tickle a bit, but hold on okay?" I nodded and he continued sniffing. After a bit more sniffing he stopped. "Alright I got your scent. So can I go now?" I looked at him "I though you said near night time?" "Oh right."

(Time skip to night)

I was waiting in my room reading a book when I heard a door open. I put the book down and opened my door. No one was there. I then went downstairs and saw Leo heading out the door. He was wearing a blue hoodie and some dark colored pants and shoes. "Leo..." I said and he turned around. "Yuki... I'm  just heading out now." I was still worried about him going out since he could still be hunted. "Um... how long are you going to be out?" Leo thought about that and said "Well... maybe a... couple of hours." I looked at the clock. It was 7 o'clock "Alright Leo be back by 9 PM okay? Wait how can you tell time without a watch or phone?" "Well... we Lupis are able to tell time by moon's position, so since tonight is the full moon it'll be much easier to tell time. The only time we can't tell time is during the new moon." That kinda puts my mind at ease. "Alright Leo I'll see you later, be safe okay?" He smiled and nodded and then left the house.

Leo's POV
After I left I immediately followed the scent of the tribe to reach Mt. Haku. I put the hood over my head so hide my ears, my tail is hidden in my clothes as well. Although it's a bit uncomfortable, it has to be done if I'm going outside. I kept following the scent of the tribe, but to be honest I didn't want to go back. It's only been two days since the incident. After a while I managed to reach the mountain. I transformed into my wolf form and began to run up the mountain.

(Time skip)

I finally managed to reach the village. The scent of Lupis blood is still fresh. I believe I'm beginning to hate the smell of blood. I began to find my home and I can tell which one it is. My home is a bit far off from the village like the rest of my pack. After a bit of walking I found my home and I could tells it's mine cause I placed a special mark on it. The mark was shaped like the moon and sun together. I walked into my house and began to look around. I looked at my bed and looked under the hide I use as a blanket. Nothing was there. I then looked at my drawers. I opened one, nothing was inside. I went to they the other drawer. Strange... it's locked.
I tried pulling it more, it still won't budge. Then the moonlight began to shine on it and a message was revealed. It said. To help you from the recent episode, find the key in a one for all abode -MKJM. "One for all abode? What does that mean?" Wait a minute... out pack has a house that we all stay in most of the time. But for the whole time I've been there I never smelled metallic scent. I then left my home and went to the pack home. When I entered I then began to smell something metallic. I followed the scent which lead to under Malachi's blanket hide. I looked under the hide and found a key. "Maybe this is for the locked drawer." I then left the pack home and went back to my home.
I then arrived to my home and headed to the locked drawer. I pulled out the key from my pocket and put in the lock. "It fits perfectly." I then turned the key and the drawer began to unlock. I saw somethings inside and pulled them out one by one. The first one was stuffed version of Jewel in her wolf form. I contained her scent. I then found a letter taped to the doll. It said "Hey Leo I wanted to make this for you. I know you hate being alone so I made this so that way you won't feel that way. It took awoke to make this as I constantly transformed back and forth to make this look exactly like me. But the scent was easy though. I hope you like it." -Jewel. I turned the paper around and found a word that said "You".
Jewel made this. She truly does care about me. I then began rummaging more through the drawer and pulled out something else. I pulled a bag of fur. It was orange and smelled familiar and it a band keeping the fur together. There was a letter stuck to it. It said "Hey Leo it's Kyle. I wanted to give you something to remember me by. So I decided to give you some of my fur. I know you like how soft it felt. I hope you enjoy it. Don't forget about us okay? I'll always be with even if we're apart." -Kyle. I turned the paper around and found the word "Love".
"Kyle... thank you." I pulled out the fur and began to feel it. It's soft as I remember it. I put the fur back in it's bag and kept looking through the drawer. I pulled a shiny rock. I remember this. As the others it came with a letter. "Hey Leo it's May. Remember this rock? We found it near the mountain stream. You gave it me as a gift. That was sweet of you. I don't know how long I'll be gone, so I wanted to give it to you. The best thing about this rock is that it shines like a rainbow in the moonlight. I hope you'll like it. And don't worry we're always connected no matter how apart we are. -May. I turned the page and found the word "Leo".
"May... thank you that's means a lot to me." I grabbed the rock and put in the moonlight. She was right the rock began to shine like a rainbow. "So pretty." I put the rock down and pulled what seemed to be the last object in the drawer. It was a picture frame with a picture of me and the entire pack. I turned the frame around and found another letter. "Leo... you're probably wondering why we did this. We did this in case we left to go somewhere far way or we're dead. We did this so you won't feel alone. We did this cause we care for you. The frame I made myself and the picture was the first picture we took. We kept it in perfect condition since it was so special. We hope you like your gifts. -Malachi.  I turned the paper around and found the word "We".
These gifts are wonderful, but what the words on the back of the paper for? Hold on... the note one drawer had their names in a certain order. M for Malachi, K for Kyle, J for Jewel, and M for May. I put the letter in the order of the names. The words on the back then made a small sentence. "We love you Leo." That's what the paper said.
I felt like I could cry. This makes me so happy. My heart felt warm and I don't feel alone as much anymore. "Thank you guys. I love you too." I grabbed all the stuff and closed the drawer. I then looked at the moon. Crap! It's past 9 PM! I gotta get back home! I then left the village and followed Yuki's scent. After a while I made it back home.
