Lucy P.O.V

Everything was just as I remembered it was.

The village was still old-fashioned with it's clay huts and lack of technology. The area was as green as it could ever be with not a single hint of polution, unlike the normal human city. My heart felt warmer when I saw little kids playing around the village. Music was filling the air like it did before the attack that night. It was true.

I was home.

"Whoa," Happy sighed. "this village is so pretty!"

"Why are there so many people here when you're the last Dragonite?" Natsu asked.

"This village was the village of hybrids; three main ones: Dragonites, Sephoras, and ShikunesSephoras are half-human half-fairy. Shikunes are half-human half-pheonix." We continued to walk through the village until I spotted something that was sparking up my memories. It was a butcher shop that went by the name of "Bojo's Meats." I wonder, I thought in my head. I guided Natsu and Happy to the little shop. There was a desk with a mallet and a bell for service. Oh, I remember this, I thought with glee. I grabbed the mallet and rang the bell. "Alright, alright!" A deep voice called out from the kitchen. "I'm coming, I'm coming!" A fairly large man with long white hair appeared wearing an apren covered in what looked like blood. "Welcome to Bojo's Meats, how may I..."

He stared at me for a long time from head to toe. I smiled politely, waiting for him to recognize me. His eyes widened and he stuttered, "L-L-Lucilia?"

I smiled. "It's good to see you again, Bojo." Tears errupted from his eyes. He hopped over the the counter and gave me a giant hug. I could hear him wail past my bones being crushed. "Lucilia! Lucilia! Oh, for the love of the gods, I thought for sure you were in Ksneeal!"

"Wow Bojo," I squeaked, trying to speak but was unable to because of him crushing my lungs, "you sure haven't changed." He released me from his death hug and continued to stare at me from head to toe. "But...But how? We thought the Dragonites have been erratacated from exsistance! We were positive you died along with your father and brothers!"

I shook my head. "Mother helped me escape. She sealed off my Dragonite essence, keeping me safe from the Shlavek."

Bojo smiled and placed his hand on my cheek. "I mourned for so many years. You were so young..." His eyes wandered to behind me, and his friend eyes turned cold. "Who are these people, Lucilia?"

"Ah, I almost forgot!" I joined Natsu and Happy and introduced them. "Natsu, Happy, this is Bojo Cornelius, my father's best friend and a Sephora. Bojo, these are my..." I wanted to say friends, but by the way Natsu has been acting, I was beginning to doubt it. "...they're members of the guild I work at in the human world. They've been taking care of me for a while."

Bojo bowed with respect and said, "Thank you for taking care of Lucilia. You have no idea how much she means to this village."

"Eh...no problem," Natsu muttered.

"Aye!" Happy said.

"So...How's Shira?" I asked, my voice beginning to feel a little shaky. Bojo smiled, resting a hand on my shoulder. "Don't worry, Lucilia. She has missed you greatly. "

"Really?" I asked. He nodded. I bowed with thanks and the three of us left the butcher shop. Happy flew over to my side and plopped down in my hands. I knew sometimes Happy could be a pain, but sometimes he could be the greatest thing to hold. "Lucy, the village is so cool!" Happy exclaimed.

"Did I forget to mention that this village contains the best fish in the whole world."

Dead silence. "I think I'm in heaven," Happy sighed. I laughed and gave him a loving squeeze. I sheepishly looked over at Natsu and asked. "What about you, Natsu? How are you liking the village?"

No answer. I sighed. It was worth trying. We walked in silence for about a few minutes until we found my hut. While Natsu and Happy continued forward, I stopped. Natsu and Happy and looked at me with confusion. I was simply scared. Bojo said my sister missed me, but what if she secretly despised me? I wouldn't be able to handle it. "Come on, Lucy," Natsu complained. "stop acting like this! Just go inside, say hello to your sister, and finish the job!"

At this point, I've had enough. "Natsu, please!" I begged. "I'm tired of all this! I've been trying to connect with you! I've been apologizing ever since that Shlavekian appeared...You're my best friend out of everyone in Fairy Tail, even past Levy. I don't want to lose this....I don't want to lose you...But if you're not going to grow up, then I guess apologizing is pointless." I stormed past Natsu with anger. He was usually childish, but now he was acting just plain ignorant. If he didn't want to console with me, then fine!

We found my old home in the middle of the woods. I could hear noises from hut, which meant someone was there. I brought up the courage to walk up to the door and knock on it three times. I backed away and waited for the door to open. "Coming!" A high-pitched female voice called out. The door swung open, and there stood my little sister. She was short and slightly pale, and her hair was so long it touched the ground. It was practically pure white. Her eyes were purple, just like most Shikunes. Tears began to erupt from my eyes. I crouched down and attempted to speak without crying. "Hey Truuna," I spoke, "long time no see."

Her eyes widened. She covered her mouth as tears streamed down her face. Her whole small body began to tremble. "Traana....Traana!" She ran out of the hut and jumped on top of me, making me fall to the ground. She buried her face in my dress and continued to weep. "Traana....Traana..."

I looked up at the sky and cried pure tears of joy. I held her tighter, as if I was about to lose her again. And believe me when I say that I was not going to ever again.

Natsu P.O.V

If you're not going to grow up, then I guess apologizing is pointless. I had to admit, it hurt a lot when I heard that from Lucy, but that didn't change the way I was feeling.

The inside of the hut was so...Lucy-like.There were a bunch of books everywhere lying on the ground. Slim pieces of paper with weird symbols were planted on the walls, and weird herbs and plants were by the window sills. It almost looked like she was planning on brewing an evil potion or something. It gave me a weird vibe.

We were all sitting in what was probably the cleanest room in the whole hut; a simple room with a rug, a leveled table, and pillows for us to sit on. Happy and I sat on one side, while Lucy sat on the otherside alone. She was avoiding eye contact with me, fidling around with the ends of her dress. Shira then came in with a platter of cups filled with tea. She placed them on the table and snuggled next to her sister. "Hey, are you really Lucy's sister?" The little girl looked up at Lucy and began whispering in the foreign language.  Lucy replied with a nod. Shira looked back at Happy and said, "...Yes, I am."

"Wow," Happy said. "You two look nothing alike!"

"We have....," she paused for a moment, as if trying to figure out what to say, "...different moms."

"Shira is the only one in our family who's a Shikune," Lucy explained.

"So you're mom's a pheonix?" She nodded politely. She took a sip of her tea and sighed with. "But I'm a little different from the rest."

"Different?" I asked, feeling a little uncomfortable for not speaking.

"I'll explain this one, Truuna," Lucy stepped in. "Shira's mom was a rare species of pheonix. She can do so many rare abilities, mostly mental-based powers and ESP."

"Wow! So you're, like, stronger than Lucy!" Lucy glared at Happy and cursed to herself. "But although she's strong mentally, but she's physically weak. I was the one who saved her during the attack seven years ago."

"Who'd ever think you were such a good sister," Happy proclaimed. Lucy smiled and held her sister closely. Her sister was suddenly staring at me. It was just...emotionless. I began to fidget on my pillow, hoping she would look away soon enough. "Happy, want to help me make dinner?" Lucy asked.

"Is it fish?" Happy asked, drooling a little.

Lucy smiled. "Maybe if you're good." Happy exclaimed with happiness and flew over to Lucy's side. She giggled and walked out of the room. But I swore before she left, she gave me a side-ways glance. When she completely disappeared, it was just Shira and  me. She continued to stare at me. I quickly looked away and muttered, "Sheesh kid, why are you starin' at me?"

"It's not my fault you have a readable face," Shira suddenly replied. I looked over at her with confusion. I folded my arms and asked, "What are you talking about?"

"You shouldn't blame Lucy from hiding the truth."

"Look, kid, you don't know what you're talking about-"

"You don't know the whole story!" Shira suddenly hissed. "What about those many times you've saved her! You've called her nakama so many times, but was that a lie? Did you really not care when Lucy  was  tortured by Minerva in the Naval Battle Arena? Did you hesitate when she jumped out of that sky prison?"

My heart stopped. "How the hell do you know about any of that?"

"You're face told me," she simply said. She took another sip of tea as if nothing important was going around. But this was totally freaking me out.  The Phantom Lord incedint happened over a year ago, and the Grand Magic Games were just four months ago. She gulped down the last drop of tea and explained it all. "One of my mental-based abilities is called 'Omniscience.' I can know about everything and anything just be looking at it and concentrating. Since you are so simple-minded, it was easy for me to tap inside of you."

She really knew how to get me angry. I punched my fist against the table and yelled, "Why you brat!"

She held her hand up. She gave me a serious, mature look. "If it weren't for the future you and Lucy hold, I would've forced Hana out of Lucy's body and force you and that blue cat back to the Human Mainlands."

Finally, she was grabbing my attention. "What future?"

"Idiot. I can't tell you that. But all I'm going to say is this: If you continue to act this childish, Lucy will be trouble. Major trouble." I stared at her with horror. Was this kid for real? Did this little girl just tell me my sort-of destiny? And why did it link with Lucy's? Hana never mentioned me being part of it!

Before I could ask her anymore questions, Lucy and Happy came inside with a pipping hot fish on a platter. "Dinner is ready!"

"And it's tastes so good!" Happy exclaimed. Happy and Lucy noticed the tension between Shira and me. Happy gave Lucy a little shoulder nudge and whispered loudly, "I think we missed something."

And boy did they.
