While there is an ongoing Ozone Leader's Assembly in Manila, Major Lexus and his crew continues to travel the northern part of the Philippines despite their failure to retrieve the Fligt Cybot under Manila Bay and destruction of Calamba Ozone Research Center.

"Sir! We are approaching already the mountainous end of this part of the Philippines," the Ozone trooper said. He is in-charged in maneuvering the Ozone Space Shuttle.

"Good, stay at the same speed. Nobody must recognize us in our actions. Either the way we drive," General Ace replied and looks outside the space shuttle.

"Copy that sir" the Ozone trooper said.

"Major Lexus, are you really sure about this? We will use the remaining Green Ox Robosuits and Yellow Ligers Robosuits that were left undamaged in Ozone MM1? I mean, these Robosuits are not been tested or even used in a simulation," Major Agatha asks. She is with Major Lexus. And ofcourse after the tragic scene in her founded Calamba Ozone Research Laboratory, she was reunited with Major Lexus.

"Yes, I am sure," Major Lexus answred

At the same time while the people are busy for the 5th Annual Ozone Officials General Assembly today and the 5th Space Countries Collisions Consultative Intervention Meeting. Major Lexus with his troops secretly travels to the end of Philippine Archipelago using a civilian space shuttle, as a camouflage against Earth Force who might notice them.

"Major Lexus," Major Agatha utters his name.

"Yes? Major Agatha? Any thoughts. Your glimpse tells me you have questions in your mind," Major Lexus said and look on her.

"If we find St. Paul City, would you live there once and for all?" a question from Major Agatha that seems like true based on the actions of Major Lexus. He did not expect such questions from his dearly friend.

"I have my answer for now, I will tell you as we progresses. For the mean time, I need your help to win against the St. Paul Black Coalition. Will you help me in my fight?" this time, Major Lexus asks Major Agatha about the matter of fighting a local communist group.

"If the fight you have is for our future, I say yes. No, second thoughts, just you and I in the end of the fight," Major Agatha responded bravely. She looks at her dearly friend.

The St. Paul City, located at the end of the Philippine Islands is a large land belongs to the Philippines itself. It is an isolated city. And from its isolation, it was disconnected to Earth Federation and never been put in the hands of Earth Force. And because of this, St. Paul City is governed by rich private individuals. They call themselves as St. Paul Black Coalition, a former military group formed from Ozone Empire who just left their service and had their own dynasty in an isolated place in Earth, in the Saint Paul City.

Under the Black Coalition Forces, this Black Coalition Force they call are communist people that are formed mostly by rich people, capitalist and monarchs who retaliates against the Earth Federations and isolating places in Earth such as Saint Paul City. To take note, they are former Ozone Empire high authorities. Particularly the group of Commander Demeter Sullivan. 

"Now its the time to liberate that agonizing City," said Major Lexus.

Today is the next mission of Major Lexus, after being unsuccessful in getting Kyrie's Cybot. He now decided to free St. Paul City against the St. Paul Black Coalition, since he is now back on Earth.

"You know that I'm with you since the beginning so why ask me that," Major Lexus speaks to Major Agatha while looking at the mountain range outside the Space Shuttle.

"You have to consider the call of the Ozone Empire," Major Agatha said.

"But its only a call. This is a calling," Major Lexus replied allegorically.

Kazzzzzoooommmnnnn!!!

Their Space Shuttle speeds up their way going to St. Paul City.

"We have 50 Green Ox Robosuits and 50 Yellow Ligers Robosuits on board. Total of 100 Robosuits. Fully armed and ready for a fight," Major Agatha speaks. Looks like determined to help her dearest friend.

"And we have the Robosuit Centurion on deck, as you wished to bring it in St. Paul City. I think that is more than enough" she added.

"Good, prepare to drop them when we reached a guerilla territory on that mountain," Major Lexus instructed. Looks like a battle will begin in the mountain range at the northern Philippines.

The Start of Blood, Tears & Regrets Part 3: Start of Blood Spread

The large gathering of leaders is on-going at the Manila Resorts and Hotel Hall.

"The Ozone MM1 War Facility on Earth, along with other Ozone military bases, will be used for Project Exodus, originally proposed by the late President Malcolm. In space, Ozone Empire's war facilities will also serve as spaceports to bring people back to Earth. The plan is to make full use of these military bases for evacuation, then shut them down permanently. With the Space Countries expected to collide, there will be no need for militarization, and Earth will become the only place to live," President Waylen Cambridge speaks in the auditorium which directly stating the clear objectives of President Malcolm to save the 13 Space Countries from collision against each other. And also, it is so clear he wants to stopped all Ozone Empire's militarization synchronously with this space project.

"Excuse me sir, permission to speak. But, we didn't even had a small voting for the approval of Project SSCS known as Save Space Countries from Collisions. We must have a voting first," President Lionel Maddox suggested. Looks like he has a point.

"How about the Ozone Empire's proposal? the Project Space Orbits Restoration? Will we consider it too?" President Georgia Eastwood of Lambada 11 Space Country speaks too. The people in the hall started to talk and discuss individually whether they like the proposal of late President Malcolm. Like in factions. Looks like they doubt the decision of President Waylen Cambridge.

"I see your commendable ideas ladies and gentlemen of Solar System, but today we must have a voting in which proposal would it be. We must finalize this now, the months are passing and the Orbits of Space Countries are currently changing from time to time," President Lionel Maddox repeated. He has a point, that before an approval of any large scale projects that will be inevitable for mankind, a voting of highest authorities must be done. He also had the knowledge that 8 months from now that the 13 Space Countries will definitely collide massively against each other drastically.

"It is a good idea President Waylen Cambridge. I agree, to this plan but after the approval of any of the proposals about the Space Countries collision, we must vote," President Georgie Eastwood re-stated.

"Hhhmmm, President Malcolm's great plan will totally save mankind. I will vote for yes," Minister Hudson Ivanov said from his seat. Looks like he is in favor of the proposal of transferring people from Space Countries back to Earth.

"I agree on that too. Let's finalized now our talks," President Sally Silentpeak of Delta 04 Space Country second the motion.

"How about you General Ace Highlander? Any second opinions? Your Majesty?" President Waylen Cambridge asks General Ace utters.

"As of now. I listen first to all of people's voices and in the latter part, we weigh thing together," General Ace replied calmly. It is seen that he is not affected of any opinions. The fact that he's proposal- the Space Orbit Restoration will be rejected once President Malcolm's proposal will be accepted.

"HHhhhhmmmm (Looks like he is so calm unlike the past conventions of Space Country Collisions. Interesting behavior of General Ace,)" Minister Hudson Ivanov said and looks like observing the young general.

"After this meeting and amendment, we will focus on the renewal of peace treaties of the Space Countries. And will call the attention of Vice President Lorna Dewinter for a renewal of Earth Federations and Ozone Empire peace treaty," said President Waylen Cambridge. He directly stated that renewing the peace treaties of the 13 Space Countries will push through today at the same convention. He also pointed out another try to renew the peace treaty of Earth and Ozone Empire, the fact that the peace treaty signing was delayed due to the commotion last convention.

But while busy for the large hall meeting. Suddenly, the hall's large screen beeps and shows footages of what is going outside the building.

"Ha? What is that?"

"What are those?"

"Looks like there is an on-going drill outside?"

"But it looks like an attack!"

The delegates are in panic when the large screen at the Manila Resorts and Hotel Function Hall suddenly changes and something was shown in the screen! Cybots attacking the Ozone 01 Air Base in Manila! A live footage.

"Sir! General Ace! We are under attack! I repeat! We are under attack by Cybots!" said Captain Norton Easton thru radio, the Air Base Captain of Ozone 01 Air Base. And looks like their area is on fire! And lots of cross fires!

"Hold your positions gentlemen," General Ace replied thru a radio. The conversation between them was heard by delegates of the convention.

"What is going on?"

"Oh my! Are we safe here?"

"We have to evacuate if that happens near here,"

The delegates from the different Space Countries started to panic! As the screen shows what is going on at the Ozone 01 Airbase, Which was under attack by the Cybots!

"What a tyranny!" President Waylen Cambridge said while watching how the Cybot Dark Angel slicing the howitzer tanks and space shuttles.

"The Cybots are declaring war and terrorism! Ladies and gentlemen of Space Countries," President Lionel Maddox stated while watching the live footage.

"We better evacuate now," President Sally Silentpeak said while in panic.

The Green Ox Robosuits are firing its machine guns against the Cybot near them.

"Shoot it! Before it reaches the gates! Damn!" The Ozone field commander said while inside the Green Ox Robosuit having a  a hard time targeting the Cybot Dark Angel that has unique quickness in battles.

"Hmp! You think you can beat me by numbers ha?" Tracie said while avoiding the number of bullets coming from the Green Ox Robosuit's attack.

The Cybot Dark Angel dodges quickly and slashes the number of Green Ox Robosuits near it.

"Eeeeeeeyyyaaaaaarrrrrrrggghhhh!" the Ozone pilot screams after the huge explosion!

"More to go!" Tracie said while piloting her Cybot Dark Angel. She continues to rip the metal parts of the Green Ox Robosuits using the Quantum Axe Blade of her Cybot Dark Angel

A surprising huge explosion happened! All of a sudden a  huge laser beam shots the large area of the Ozone 01 Air Base, coming from the jet fighter.

And the jet fighter transforms into a Cybot! Its Kyrie and his Flight Cybot enters the air base and officially joins the battle!

Tahhiiiiiinkkkkkk! The jet fighter completes its transformation into Flight Cybot.

Tvuuuuuummmnnn! The eyes of the Flight Cybot glows signifying its ready for a battle.

Back to back, side by side, the Flight Cybot and the Cybot Dark Angel issues battle that causes panic of the delegates in the convention.

"You Ozone leaders will end today," Kyrie said while preparing for a battle.

"There's no backing down ha Kyrie?! I can handle this alone," Tracie said thru radio.

"Tracie, you are over confident. Do not under estimate the Green Ox Robosuits. They have the numbers here in the airport grounds. They are built for ground battles," Kyrie warned thru radio.

"Yeah yeah! You say so!" Tracie replied thru the radio.

"Hmp! You might be right! They are so many!" Tracie exclaims while maneuvering the Cybot Dark Angel.

"So I warned you that Green Ox Robosuits are built for ground attacks, they can capitalize the battle using their numbers," Kyrie replied thru radio.

The two pause for a while and talk for a better plan. They definitely cannot finish the business if there  are so much Green Ox Robosuits marching against them. It is a tough plan to finish the lives of the Ozone delegates.

"So what? We'll we wait here until those people show up?" Tracie asks using the radio of her Cybot Dark Angel

"No! Not here but up! As soon as their escape shuttle flies, its game over for Ozone Empire leaders," Kyrie answers using the same frequency. He has a plan of finishing the objective by destroying the space shuttle that will be use by the delegates to escape the turmoil in the space port.

"So you'll blow them up in the sky?" Tracie asks and she get the point. 

Kyrie nodded which signifies that he will definitely destroy any shuttle of the delegates that will flew up or flying in the sky, with no hesitation.

While chaos happens in the near space port, General Ace's phone receives an urgent call.

"Sir! We are heavily damaged here!" Captain Norton exclaimed thru a phone call to General Ace. He seeks assistance from General Ace against the attacking Cybots.

"Hold your positions Captain Norton! My order to you is to send escape shuttles here at the Manial Resort and Hotel for the safety of the delegates, that is ASAP," General Ace replied thru phone.

"Captain, send space shuttles here in the hotel immediately. We have to prioritized the safety of the delegates first,"  But General Ace's order is evacuation of the delegates rather than sending reinforcements in the troubled space port.

"Yes sir!" Captain Norton quickly arrange must be done.

"Those are the Cybots? How cruel..."

"Will they kill us?"

"This is definitely an act of terrorism!"

The delegates in the Manila Resorts and Hotel anxiously express themselves. The fact that their current location is near in the danger.

"No worries ladies and gentlemen, I already ordered an immediate evacuation. Every one here will ride an escape pod immediately," General Ace stated using the microphone and making people calm.

Summary:
