"Hhhmmm... good idea Ma'am! But its too late he he he. The delegates are already there, and sir left early today," one of the bartender replied.

"Raven? Hhhmmm. How about the beans? Do we have to deliver those stocks today?" Katelyn added. It is seen that she was wondering where is Raven and had thought that the truck was with him and unavailable for delivery. At the same point she concluded that Raven might be now at Manila.

"He is in Manila this moment," She said.

"Lady Luna left without any guards?" one of the Allied Force trooper asks while at the Allied Force Base Cavite.

"Should it will be dangerous for her?" another Allied Force trooper asks. It was evident that they are worrying about Luna where ever she is.

"I think yes, since some Ozone Empire leaders are here too," another Allied Force trooper added in the conversation.

"Well if I were you, you stop worrying now," Lieutenant Dalton said. Seems like he is confident that Lady Luna can infiltrate the venue of the Ozone Council's assembly.

"She's a big girl now and a talented commander, and she's stronger than ever. Besides, she had the Cybot Megalica on her side. She is unbeatable," added by Lieutenant Blake Dalton.

"Good day, I want to reserve for a room, Is this the Manila Resorts and Hotel?" Luna said who just displayed her baggage inside the hotel's lobby.

"Yes Ma'am. Hhhmm, but we don't have that large parking for your truck," the receptionist said while looking outside and saw Luna's pink truck.

Looks like Luna removed the artillery of her tank and it was disguised well as an ordinary truck using additional coverings she attached.

"(That's not a truck, that's my tank ha ha ha ha, the Cybot Megalica)" Luna said. She is so clever and tricked people by hiding her Cybot in an alluring truck for parades.

"Maybe you can use the large parking at the lot outside, near the air base," the receptionist said and handed the room's key card.

"Alright then I'll see... That's good! I'll start checking my baggage" Luna concluded while sitting but sees someone near.

"Yes you may Ma'am, have a nice stay here at Manila Resorts and Hotel" the receptionist said with a warm smile.

"Well thanks" Luna said who just received the key card.

"Ha? (Its Raven, I'm sure of it... He is here too!)" Luna had just seen someone outside. It is indeed Raven.

"Hey sir! Excuse me!" a personnel had just talk to Kyrie.

"Huh?" Kyrie in noticed.

"This is Manila Space Station, you don't have clearance to land and park that vehicle here!" said the engineer in-charged of the Manila Space Station where Kyrie landed his Flight Cybot in a jet fighter mode, parked it safely. This is one of the nearest space air port from Ozone 01 Air Base in Manila.

"Really? How about a tip?" Kyrie handed 5,000 pesos. Smoking hot from his wallet.

"Well, we can talk about it sir! He he he he. Have a nice stay" said the air port engineer who took the 5,000 pesos from Kyrie as parking tip for his Flight Cybot that is in jet fighter mode.

"Ha?" Kyrie exclaimed and saw someone approaching. A girl in sexy red dress suddenly appeared beside her at the Manila Space Station.

"Hey! Missed me?" Tracie in surprised.

"Hhhhmmm.... don't tell me we have the same reasons why being here Tracie," Kyrie replied and seems like she too had an agenda in the current Ozone Leader's Assembly.

"You are that genius! Ha ha ha ha!" Tracie answered. She shows a smile which convinced Kyrie that she too s interested in the prestigious event.

"Hhhhmmm. This is not a mere joke that I will be doing Tracie, this is a part of my plan, do not get involve here," Kyrie explains.

"So am I Kyrie," Tracie answered.

"I know your plan against the Ozone Empire and this is the right time to eradicate all of them during their convention. Am I right?" Tracie pointed out. She figures out Kyrie's rushed plan.

"No. I prefer giving justice to my father and mother as well as to free people from Ozone," Kyrie answers.

"Oh, so dramatic Kyrie. You always say things in drama and not using simple terms," Tracie said. She pointed that Kyrie's revenge against the Ozone Empire is the root of his plan this day.

"Hhhhmmm," Tracie suddenly thinks.

"You just parked your chopper here the same way I do?" Kyrie recognized the back helicopter which is just near them.

"Yeah! But my tip is higher than yours! Ha ha ha!" Tracie replied.

The Ozone tourist space shuttle parks and unload its passengers. The delegates, the representatives and staffs from the 13 Space Countries.

"Good day Ladies and Gentlemen, and welcome to Planet Earth. One of my favorite place in the universe, he he he he," said by Minister Hudson Ivanov who gladly welcomes the delegates that comes down from the Ozone tourist space shuttle.

"Oh! Good day Minister Hudson" President Georgia Eastwood's response while having the other delegates walking the isle of the Ozone 01 Air Base in Manila. She is the president of Lambada 11 Space Country. With her is another woman, President Sally Silentpeak of Delta 04 Space Country.

"The only two flowers among the bees. He he he he" Minister Ivanov replied, stating that only President Georgia Eastwood of Lambada 11 Space Country and President Sally Silentpeak of Delta 04 Space Country. Looks like the Ozone Prime Minister really loves Earth.

"Its nice to see you Minister Ivanov," President Sally Silentpeak of Delta 04 Space Country greeted.

"This place is refreshing indeed," Minister Ivanov stated. Looks like the Ozone Space Country Prime Minister really loves Earth.

"This is a place that has a real fresh air," said President Lionel Maddox, The President of Alpha 01 space country.

"I see that a day is not enough to stay in this beautiful paradise like place," said President Waylen Cambridge president of Space Country Beta 02, and the leader of the Space Countries Federation of the 13 Space Countries also known as the director of the 13 Space Countries.

"I mean, this is a real planet to stay, a day to stay is not enough I guess," President Waylen Cambridge added. Seems like he is comparing the Earth and Space Countries the way it has its environment. Ofcourse, Space Countries only had artificial nature.

"Yes, I want to make it 3 days stay here. I want to see the funeral of President Malcolm and have condolences to his family of Angelhope," said Minister Hudson Ivanov.

"You are right. I have to visit the president's family," President Waylen said.

"Oh, I miss him too. Its too bad that the Angelhope family retreated their investigation on his death," said President Lionel Maddox.

"If you may gentlemen, I too want to visit the prestigious Angelhope Mansion after this busy day and meet her only daughter," said President Grey Vasquez of Space Country Rho 07.

"Sir, excuse me. This way to the lobby," said the assistant of President Lionel Maddox.

It is a fact that Sofia, using her own decision, pulls back the investigation about the death of her known father. It is indeed that she really know who is the assassin of her father.

"Well its too bad that too that Senator Fletcher Normandy of Omicron 12 Space Country will not be here, I think its the first time he's absent in our meeting," said President Grey Vasquez of Space Country Rho 07.

"He sends a message to us last night that Omicron Space Country had its Omicron Lunar Base Launching today," President Grey Vasquez stated. This clearly stated that there is an absent in the meeting.

"That's why," President Waylen Cambridge added.

"Also, President Cesar Maximillion is not here, the president of Upsilon 08 Space Country," President Waylen Cambridge continues. As the elected leader of the 13 Space Countries, he knows who attends and not.

"Ah, Never mind the Ozone puppy. Ha ha ha ha!" said Minister Hudson Ivanov who really dislikes Ozone Empire fanatics like President Cesar Maximillion of Upsilon 08 Space Country. Everyone knows that Upsilon 08 Space Country is the partner for war machineries of Ozone Empire.

"Well he said last night that this 5th meeting about The Space Countries Collisions Consultative Intervention Meeting, will be also attended by Ozone Empire leaders. But he's definitely not here or even a representative of Upsilon 08," said President Lionel Maddox. He pointed out.

"Well? I didn't even see a single person of the Ozone Empire council. So? Where are they? I am the only one here that is from Ozone Space Country and few of my crew," said Minister Hudson Ivanov. And that is evidently true that there is no single person or single representative from Ozone leaders had just boarded in the airport.

"Yeah! I can't see any Ozone Empire Councils are here. They are supposedly here. Most of the VIP's here are staff and representatives from the 13 Space Countries," President Waylen Cambridge added.

"Hhhmmm," said President Lionel Maddox. He just observes the space port and sees none from Ozone Empire leaders.

During their walk towards the lobby, a person approaches them.

"General Ace Highlander? Your Highness? May I know if the Ozone Empire Councils are here? I didn't see any," said President Lionel Maddox.

"Maybe they will arrived sooner," General Ace replied with respect bowing his head.

"Excuse me Gentlemen but I believed they had space traffic up in Ozone atmosphere. I'll be forwarding to them the minutes of meeting but we can actually start right after our coffee break and breakfast today," said General Ace Highlander who just came down from an Ozone Space Shuttle. With him is Lieutenant Phoebe.

"Hhhmmm," said President Lionel Maddox. He and his staffs looks at each other. And looks like they also noticed that there are no persons from Ozone Empire is in the space port except General Ace and his few staff.

"General Ace Highlander, Good day!" President Waylen Cambridge greeted.

"Oh I see, maybe they are just caught in space traffic. By the way, they said that Earth is that fresh and that good," President Waylen Cambridge continues.

"Indeed gentlemen. The Manila Resorts and Hotel is only meters away here, the venue for our meeting is also there. Let's take all our belongings now and the meal is served. Thankyou," Lieutenant Phoebe said and welcomes every leaders in his front.

The fact that General Ace announced today that the event today at Manila Resorts and Hotel is about the 5th Annual Ozone Councils General Assembly. It was also seen in the event the different delegates and officials from 13 Space Countries. But far enough from the public's knowledge, it was not announced that today is also the 5th meeting about The Space Countries Collisions Consultative Intervention Meeting.

"(Why are the leaders and representatives of the 13 Space Countries are right here? I thought its the Ozone Councils assembly? I can't see any Ozone leaders here except Minister Hudson Ivanov & General Ace)" Lt. Farah said while in the spaceport's waiting area and in civilian clothes. She is keenly watching the leaders and staffs from the 13 Space Countries ride a tourist bus..

"(Something is wrong here! Definitely wrong! The people knew that today is the 5th Annual Ozone Officials General Assembly. But why are these people from the different Space Countries right here?)" She added.

Lieutenant Farah's phone beeps.

"Any updates, Lt. Farah?" Major Lexus asked over the phone while calling from the Space Shuttle leaving the Calamba Research Center, which was still being rebuilt after the recent chaos.

"Yes sir! You have to see this!" Lt. Farah send photos of the delegates to Major Lexus.

"Why are the VIPs and delegates of the 13 Space Countries here on Earth? Where are the Ozone Councils?" he said thru the phone.

"I don not have any information about that sir. That's the only information available here sir, " Lieutenant Farah replied thru the her phone.

"(What are they planning to do?)" Major Lexus asks himself and deeply thinks.

Summary:

Simultaneously, Kyrie lands his Flight Cybot at the Manila Space Station, bribing an official for parking clearance. He encounters Tracie, who hints at her involvement in Kyrie's plan to confront the Ozone Empire leaders at the assembly.

As delegates from the 13 Space Countries arrive at Ozone 01 Air Base in Manila, they are welcomed by Minister Hudson Ivanov. However, the absence of Ozone Empire leaders raises suspicion among attendees, including General Ace Highlander, who blames space traffic. Lieutenant Farah, observing the situation, senses something is amiss and informs Major Lexus, who begins to question the true purpose of the assembly.
