Sofia, as the heir to the President of the Earth Federation, appointed Vice President Lorna Dewinter as the acting President of the Earth Federation while she's still recovering from the loss of her father. During the St. Francis Institute of Technology Foundation Day School Fair, Sofia told Kyrie that she met Dr. Florida Abelard in Ozone, Kyrie's mentor, and the one who took care of him. She informed Kyrie that she discovered his real identity. While at the school fair, Sofia managed to survive the Ozone assassination attempt using unregistered Robosuits, following the plan of Lieutenant Phoebe Stratus. In the explosion, she was rescued by Kyrie using his Flight Cybot.

"Huh? Hey look! That is princess Sofia isn't it? And that is Kyrie Kata from Ozone Space Country,"

"Look! At least you became happy for a while Sofia, com on!"

The Space Shuttles dock safely in one of Earth's space port.

"Sir! Your Majesty, General Ace. This is Captain Norton of Ozone 01 Air Base reporting," Captain Norton said thru a phone call. 

Captain Norton Easton, the Air Base Captain of Ozone 01 Air Base, the largest air base of Ozone Space Country based in Earth Captain Norton Easton, 40, serves as the Air Base Captain of Ozone 01, the largest air base in the Ozone Space Country located on Earth. As a seasoned and respected leader, Captain Easton oversees critical operations, ensuring the efficiency and security of Ozone's air presence on the planet. Known for his strategic prowess and unwavering dedication, he plays a crucial role in maintaining Ozone's dominance in the Earth's airspace.

"Sir, I have a status report. The numbers of space shuttles had just arrived here at Ozone 01 Air Base," Captain Norton stated.

"I heard that. Make the shuttles safe. How about Major Briana McGlocken and the Earth Force? Any reports?" asks General Ace calling from a space shuttle nearly to land at the same space port.

"Major Briana sent us a communication which states that this base belongs to Ozone Empire and so they will just arrived here in case Code Red occurs and the objective is safety of the people, primarily citizens of Earth Federations. They said that their aid will come here of needed with Ozone's Permission," Captain Norton explains. It is well said that Earth Force will enter and intervene any operations in Ozone 01 Air Base only in case of emergency.

"Good! (The Earth Force must not get involved here. Otherwise they'll be tangled in a big trouble)" General Ace stated in his mind.

"Sir, they are just standing by 10 kilometers from this airbase... and loosely guarding they area," Captain Norton reported.

"Much good, its far enough," General Ace answers using a phone call.

"Roger that sir!" Captain Norton stated.

The 5th Annual Ozone Councils General Assembly is a paramount gathering of distinguished leaders from across the Ozone Empire. This assembly serves as a pivotal platform where these leaders converge to meticulously formulate a comprehensive and long-term action plan for Ozone Country. Discussions span a spectrum of critical domains, including military strategies and economic initiatives, aiming to ensure the continued prosperity and strength of the Ozone Empire. Meanwhile, General Ace and his crew is already in the space shuttle landing in planet Earth. And of course, to attend the 5th Annual Ozone Councils General Assembly.

"Estimated time of our Arrival on Earth? Lieutenant Phoebe?" General Ace asks. He is in the Ozone Space Shuttle nearly landing on Earth.

"Your Majesty, 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive at the Ozone 01 Air Base," Lieutenant Phoebe is with him.

"How are the delegates going..." General Ace asks. He makes sure that the delegates in the assembly of Ozone leaders are safe. It is seen in his face, his mood- assurance that all things he planned must be well.

"Smooth sir, and I already disseminated the information about the 5th Annual Ozone Councils General Assembly today, as you instructed. Sir, we are pushing this now... sir..." Lieutenant Phoebe said and seems like she is convinced that the meeting of the Ozone Empire's leaders is in Earth for its venue of assembly meeting. Its obvious that the danger is high stake, to mention are the threat from the Allied Forces.

"Indeed, the 5th Annual Ozone Councils General Assembly will blind them all. And in the end, they'll see what the marvelous results which will favor on us," General Ace figuratively said without clues.

"Sir? Will you place you self in this scene too? Will it make you in danger in case?" Lieutenant Phoebe asks.

"Yes, I will face the people and have the consequences of my actions," he said.

"(Hhhmmm)" Lieutenant Phoebe said on her mind. She thinks deeply how will things go, the fact that Ozone Empire Leaders lives are at stake going on Earth that everyone knows how dangerous it is on Earth after Cybots appear.

"By the way, any news about Major Lexus and his crew?" General Ace asks while watching how their Space Shuttle goes near the landing zone.

"He reported yesterday that he had another mission. He said they are still on Earth, secretly as civilians there, they mean under cover, and having surveillance at the both Earth Federations and Earth Forces. Shall we call them to participate here?" Ly. Phoebe had just asks.

"No need. I myself is enough for this scenario. And besides, Major Lexus is in his mission, a confidential mission," General Ace said with a calm voice.

"Sir? Is he in a mission? Or in a leave? May I ask your majesty," Lt. Phoebe asks. Seems like she had great curiosity that Major Lexus is missing in action. The last time he reported was the time he was searching the Flight Cybot at Manila Bay. Little didn't known by anyone that Major Lexus had gone in a controversial chaos in Calamba Research Facility.

"Depends on how you see Lieutenant Phoebe. Even without Major Lexus and his troops, Ozone Empire will continue to colonized places in Earth, As we prefer in our objectives" General Ace highlighted

General Ace walks in the space shuttle and upon reading his face, it is totally seen he's inspired and proud seeing the Ozone Empire Flag waving.

"Soon the Empire will became an era, that is all I can say," General Ace said while looking at the flag of Ozone Empire seen at the airbase nearby.

"This way!" the Earth Force trooper said and calls the attention of the other Earth Force troopers driving the howitzer tank.

Lines of Howitzer Tanks and Earth Ox Robosuits are parked and standing by 10 kilometers from the Ozone 01 Air Base in Manila nearly in Manila Bay. These cavalry belongs to Earth Force.

"Ma'am? Any orders?" Lt. Zendaya asks while surveying the sky. She sees number of Space Shuttles of Ozone Empire. These shuttles contain the Ozone Leaders.

"We just stay put Lieutenant Zendaya," Major Briana replied.

"Ma'am is there any news about Commander Barbosa? He was missing since their navy ship sank in Manila Bay," Lt. Zendaya asks. That is a fact, that after the incident involving the Navy Ship of Commander Barbosa and the Cybot Dark Angel of Tracie, Commander Barbosa is still missing in the service.

"No news until now Lieutenant Zendaya," Major Briana quickly answered, unhesitant. 

"Huh? But having a huge, I mean a wide responsibility like this handling the Earth Force military system is truly a responsibility to bear like a life time," Lt. Zendaya said. She looks at her master's back.

"Responsibility, taking charge, these things are not counted for me as of now. The stake of Planet Earth Lieutenant Zendaya that was the point," Major Briana explains.

"Huh, Ma'am," Lt. Zendaya replied. For her, Major Briana's answer is quiet short.

"The sudden appearance of the Cybots, the denial of Earth Federations to the peace treaty with Ozone Empire, the destructions of Ozone Facilities on Earth, the death of President Malcolm, the manufacturing of unknown Robosuits, these things. Look carefully, all of these things are leading to war, and that is the point. I can sense that war is near. And its war is not our responsibility, but lives of people," Major Briana explains with a powerful stand.

"(Major Briana, Ma'am, all these years I am serving you. These past few days, I see, you are already closed in showing your true skills and prowess)" Lt. Zendaya said . She seems convinced that the sudden appearance of Cybots brought chaos both in Planet Earth and Space Countries. But she still wondering why Major Briana seems in favor of these legendary machines.

Both of them walks along the Manila bay.

"Ma'am why are we isolated from the Ozone event at Earth?" Lieutenant Zendaya asks while having a walk with her mentor.

"We don't have to get involve or even blamed if something happens in that General Assembly of Ozone leaders. This distance is the safest, and the safest from any unnecessary conspiracies" Major Briana looks closely at her apprentice.

"I had bad feeling about the Ozone event Lieutenant Zendaya," she added which makes Lieutenant Zendaya confused.

"Huh? Ma'am? What is that bad feeling that you have now?" Lt. Zendaya asks.

Lieutenant Zendaya looks closely at the space shuttles from Ozone Space countries that were landing in the space port.

"Huh? I get your point Ma'am. Earth Force is hands off on anything that may happen to their leaders," Lieutenant Zendaya asks again, this time she figured out the whole idea that Major Briana is thinking of. 

"I know that those men will appear," Major Briana said with her eyes looking intently at the space shuttles landing at the space port .

"Who are those men you are talking to Ma'am," Lieutenant Zendaya wonders.

"(The pilots of the Cybots)" Major Briana said to herself. She might had foreseen what might happen.

"And today, we are here at Ozone 01 Air Base to witness the arrival of the Ozone Officials to have their 5th Annual Ozone Officials General Assembly today here at Earth at Manila Resorts and Hotel. Ma'am, why did you selected Planet Earth, the Manila Resorts & Hotel as the host country, venue for this years general assembly of Ozone's prestigious leaders?" Miss Cassidy Madison had her words to Lieutenant Phoebe. She is currently making interview on her exactly at the space port.

"There is a fact that the President Malcolm was assassinated in Ozone, so we have intelligence that reported it, that the rebel forces of the Allied Forces is everywhere in Ozone Space Country, and can't be controlled. They are violent. So we choose a peaceful venue, the Earth," Lieutenant Phoebe answers. She explains well on how they selected Earth as the venue of the said Ozone Council Assembly.

"Regards to Angelhope family, and thankyou to the newly appointed Earth Federation President, former Vice President Lorna Dewinter..." Lieutenant Pheobe stated in a live interview after arriving at the Ozone 01 Air Base in Manila. And its also a sign, a big sign, that General Ace finally is on Earth!

"And this is Cassidy Madison of Justify Sky News reporting" the interview concluded.

The news of Justify Sky News reaches the Earth's corner. The news reaches the members of the Allied Force in Sangley Point Cavite.

"The Allied Force in Ozone Space Country assassinated President Malcolm? Really," Lt. Blake Dalton said. Based in his tone of voice, he's not that convinced.

"Of course Ozone Empire said it, so there's no exact truth and what is new for Justify Sky News which Ozone Empire's funded broadcasting company," Luna added while watching also the news in their Alliance Force headquarters at Sangley Point Cavite.

"The autopsy by Ozone stated that President Malcolm died, burned, suffocated and wounded. And the Ozone Allied Forces were blamed so well, totally lies," Luna Added. She looks closely at the monitor screens.

"That's hoax, I do believe they did not kill President Malcolm. The Allied Force in Ozone Space Country do not have any reasons to do such things, since every one knows that most of the decree of President Malcom had favored the Allied Force," Luna concluded. She pertains to Dr. Florida Abelard's group of Alliance in Ozone Space Country and she had a point that most of the papers and bills were approved and favored by President Malcolm. 

"And Lady Luna, that might be another reason why the president had been killed" Lieutenant Dalton said. He might be right, maybe the Ozone Empire already observed how President Malcolm favors more the Alliance Group in secret ways.

"Hhhhhmm... So that is why he was killed," Luna said. Truly, that is the reason why President Malcolm was killed by Ozone Empire, particularly in the hands of Lieutenant Phoebe. After this statement, Luna stands up and grabs her body armor. 

"Lady Luna? Where are you going?"

"Look at the news. You just heard it Lieutenant Blake? The Ozone Delegates are here on Earth!" Luna had just pointed.

"Oh... Yes lady! Shall I'll prepare the Cybot Megalica" Lieutenant Dalton exclaimed and proceeds to exit the control room. This signaled an unexpected operation that will be leaded by Luna.

The news also reaches the mansion of the Angelhope and still having the funeral, the last day of funeral of President Malcolm.

"Lier! I saw who killed my father! Its Ozone!" Sofia said and switches off the TV. She knew that the tourist guide who planted the bomb is Ms. Laine Stratus but she did not know the fact and totally ignorant that the woman is actually is Lieutenant Phoebe Stratus.

The hideouts of Ozone Allied Force who was blamed for the assassination of President Malcolm was also stay tuned on what is going on in Earth right now.

"That punk accuses us unashamedly!" Dr. Florida said who just stopped working for a while and watches closely the broadcast.

"We even extended the life of President Malcolm," said Dr. Florida Abelard watching TV from their secret hideout at Ozone Space Country. Mad at Ozone for blaming them, the Ozone Allied Force.

Even the Bar and the Cafes on Earth reaches the news about the Ozone Council's assembly.

"Where is Raven? Where is that honey bee?" Katelyn asks. She's looking for Raven after awhile.

"He went out early today, he said he'll go in Manila for some sort of business partnership meet," a bartender answered.

"He did not mentioned that," Katelyn said and scratches her head. She then switches on the TV in their bar. The live news of Justify Sky News was shown.

"Oh, his truck will be stuck in traffic if he reaches Manila now. The Ozone are in Manila," Katelyn said.

And the news even reached the dormitory of Kyrie. Lurking on its roof top and near the place is his Flight Cybot in the form of jet fighter.

"Now its the time," Kyrie said and started to warm up the engine of Flight Cybot in jet fighter form.

Tut tut tut tut!

Tvuuuummmnnnn! The jet fighter started its engine.

"Don't fail me Flight Cybot" Kyrie stated and pushes the buttons to fly the Flight Cybot jet fighter.
