Night time

"Hey Mayra why did you buy Summer's dress." Melanie asked as she hugged her bear.

"I still owe summer for help me out of my problems. She probably doesn't remember but one day she might remember it. Anyway time for bed you have that dance performance at school. So I have to make you extra cute for the dance."

"Will you be there with everyone else." She asked.

"Yeah I'll be there trust me and so will everyone else." She said as hugged her and said good night.

Time skip

It was around lunch time everyone was at the table. Mayra came up to them and nodded to follow her.

"Hey guys let's go see my sisters dance recital."

"Eh but we have class won't we get in trouble." Summer said nervously since she never skipped.

"Why do we need to skip class now. What's so important that you want all of us to skip with you?" Sebastian asked.

"You see the thing is that its Melanie first dance recital she'll be in. Every time it comes up she's either sick or something happens that she can't be there. Last year she caught a cold because some kid thought it was nice to dump water on her."

"Okay and why should we go?"

"Because she want people to see her. Our parents have work and they asked me to go for her sake since they're in China right now. Plus she wants us to go see her and I promise I would." Mayra said with a sad look.

"Well I'm in Melanie is too cute to miss her first dance recital." Kenya said and Melissa agreed.

"I guess I'm in I want to see that little munchkin moves." Kevin said.

"What about you guys." She looked at Summer and Sebastian.

"Well it wouldn't hurt to miss one dance practice. After all I'm still going to practice the dance either way." Summer said shyly.

"I guess I'm in if Summer is going. Out of all of you she's more responsible." Everyone smiled at his comment.

"Alright let's go." The all agreed as they all got in their cars. Knowing that they won't be back for class.

At the school

Once they arrive Mayra got her digital camera. They all entre and saw many parents there.

"I feel old somehow." Kevin said as he got a bear and small bouquet of flowers.

"Is it me or are they staring at us?" Melissa asked as they notice it as well.

"What?! You guys have a problem for us supporting my little sister!" Mayra said as the moved away.

"Well that's one way to make them stop staring." Sebastian said as Summer laughed.

"I hate people like that. This is why I prefer to beat them up." Mayra said as she lean on the wall.

A lady came in and began talking about its an honor and stuff like how hard they worked.

"And now this year dance recital." Everyone clapped as Mayra started took a video for her parents to see.

Everyone clapped once it was all over but somehow Mayra wasn't even happy. She kept her eye on the boy hit Melanie earlier.

"Hey Mayra I can tell you want get that kid back, but maybe it was an accident." Summer said trying to clam her friend.

"Yeah Mayra who knows maybe he likes her." Kenya said as they seem to notice that she clam down.

"Big sister did you see me I was great right." Melanie said as she hugged her.

"You were great I can see you'll be a dancer in the future." She said as she hugged her.

"Really?" She asked excitedly

"Yep who knows maybe you'll be going with Summer and Kevin to dancing school too." Melissa said to her.

"Excuse but who are you?" A teacher came but seemed a bit nervous.

"I'm her sister you got a problem lady. If you do we can take it outside so the children won't see a dead body." Mayra said.

"She's in a bad mood were so sorry about this. You see we came to see Melanie dance recital and take her to eat with us. Since we skipped lunch and some other important stuff as well." Kevin said as Summer try to clam down her friend.

"Oh I see but I can't allow Melanie to leave school. Unless it's her parent or legal guardian."

"Look lady I know for a fact your new to town but watch who your talking to. Even if I'm younger than you I'll be your worst nightmare." Mayra said as she got up to face her.

"Mayra don't worry I ate already so you don't need to worry." Melanie said with a smile.

"Alright but if any of those snot nose brats hurt you tell me. So I can take care of it with their family." Mayra said as she hugged her.

"Well I guess we'll leave this with you." Kevin said as he gave her the stuffed animal.

"Really thank you Kevin." She said as she hugged him.

"Be a good girl and I'll see you when I get home. Gaby is picking you up again I have to take care of some business but I'll be back before you go to sleep." Mayra said as Melanie smiled and nodded. She ran to go with her class.

"Okay can we go. I'm so hungry I think my stomach ate my stomach." Kevin said as everyone stomach growled.

"Alright I owe you guys lunch let's go I'm paying." She said as everyone cheered.

"Alright let's eat at IHOP." Kevin said as everyone seem to agree with his choice.

"Let's me guess you want to see Andrew. Since he's a waiter there you want to see him when he works." Mayra said as he smirk.

"You caught me but come on you should know I like my man in uniform." Kevin said as everyone laughed at his comment.
