Black Moon stared into the stary sky. The stars twinkled softly, glowing like a thousand little diamonds. The carriage rumbled and squeaked as it raced at the Founding FoxEater. The Carriage-puller Foxies panted and huffed, but they did not give up.

Beside him, Thunder Roar shifted, and Snow Fall pressed harder against him. "Be strong, my love." Snow Fall whispered, and Thunder Roar answered her softly.

Black Moon lowered his gaze and saw the huge FoxEater moving slowly to Wall Star. I won't let it hurt Foxis!

He wished that some Foxie was there to comfort him. Some Foxie to care about him. He felt lonely, and his first crush had been killed by a FoxEater. But it was too late to think about that. He had to save Foxis.

Star Shine's call echoed in the air. "Prepare to attack!"

Black Moon jumped into his maneuvering gear, put on his paw swords. He leaped to the edge of the carriage and prepared to lunge. 

"NOW!"
