The holy triad join

Akileshwar relayed what had happened to Indra as he listened with intent. When Akileshwar said that the Danavs had allied with the Rakshasas, his face paled.

'This is bad, Akil' Said Indra. Akileshwar understood his fear. The Danavs and the Rakshasas would definitely overwhelm them. Even the gods couldn't help in this war.

'The Asuras!' Shouted Tanvi, startling everyone.

'They are the enemies of the Rakshasas. Maybe we can get their help?'

Everyone nodded, deep in thought. It was possible. But their leader was killed. How would they get their help?

'Has anything happened while we were gone?' Asked Sakradeva. Indra shook his head. It seemed as though Kali needed something to create the creatures. And Akileshwar knew about it. Unfortunately, he also knew another way that they could create more creatures.

'Kali said that she need Paramashakti for something. I'm assuming that she needed it to create creatures from the Mandalayu. But now that she's working with the Danavs, she can create more' Explained Akileshwar.

'More what?' Question Tanvi.

'More demons. Rakshasas, Danavs and other creatures. If the Danavs and the Rakshasas couldn't overpower us now, they definitely would soon' Replied Athreya.

'But dint all the creatures hate the Rakshasas after they killed the Asura king?' Asked Sakradeva.

'The creatures created from the Mandalyu are loyal to it, no matter what. It is like saying you will protect your mother' Explained Indra.

'Then we have to get the Asuras on our side' Said Athreya.

'But how? We don't even know where they are' Said Tanvi.

'They are not in Naraka, that is for sure. If they were they would've been destroyed' Said Akileshwar.

Indra sighed. 'I know where we can find some'

All eyes turned to him as they said one word.

'Where?'

'What are we doing back in Amravati?' Asked Tanvi as they wandered the legendary city of the gods again.

'You asked for Asuras. The Devas managed to defeat and capture some. The real Asuras. Not Asurans. So we are going to get them out'

'But you captured them. Why would they help you?' Asked Akileshwar.

'They won't help me. But there is a chance they will help you'

Akileshwar nodded, knowing Indra would no longer prolong the quest. Once the Asuras were on their side, he was gone. Which slightly saddened him. He would feel a lot more confident with the king of the gods at his side.

They descended the stairs that led to the legendary Aakashprasadh. The same doormen Akileshwar had seen were present. They paled when they saw Athreya and slightly raised their swords. But after noticing Indra they lowered their swords, the beads of sweat on their face having disappeared suddenly.

They pushed open the doors as the group casually walked in. They passed many chambers Akileshwar recalled the many chambers they had passed in their first visit to the Aakashprasadh.

They reached one chamber and Indra halted to a stop. He opened the chamber doors and walked in. It seemed like a scroll room. Many bark inscriptions and papyruses were present in wooden shelves. Indra walked over to one of the bark inscriptions and pulled it out. But the whole bark dint come out. It seemed more like a lever.

Suddenly, all the shelves began to change and click. The whole image present in front of Akileshwar changed to bars. Behind the bars, was a huge occupied dungeon where several people no Asuras sat.

'Finally you changed it!' Groaned one Asura. 'I was getting tired staring at the Mahabharata bark'

Akileshwar frowned and glanced behind in shock. Was one of the nine inscriptions of the legendary Mahabharata present there?

'Not one of the nine' Said another Asura, reminding Akileshwar of the mind reading. 'All of them'

All their eyes turned to Indra and they narrowed, turning into a glare.

Then they cocked their eyebrow up, looking at him with slight amusement.

'So, king of the gods need our help eh?' Mocked one.

'Looks like it. Can't complete anything himself' Agreed another.

'His mistake, his problem'

'In Indra's defense, he dint do anything wrong. The Mandalayu manipulated his thoughts' Intervened Akileshwar. An awful lot of tension was brewing and a fight seemed inevitable. Which he dint want happening.

The Asuras now looked at him with one eyebrow up. They scanned him just as Divojas had scanned him all that time back.

Finally, their expression became nonchalant, their eyebrows no longer raised. Also, a slight hint of admiration was present on their faces.

'We'll do what you ask. But none of the Devas should be present' Said who Akileshwar assumed was the leader.

Akileshwar thought that was too much. Without Indra it was ok. But without the devas? Now that was just too much. He had enough of rivalries.

'Why?' he asked, starting to feel angry.

They choked. 'Why? What do you mean why? Why do you think we are rotting here instead of in the outside world?!' Growled the leader. But Akileshwar dint back down.

'Thanks to the Devas, you are still alive. Because if you were in Martyaprithvi or in Naraka, you would be dead. The Rakshasas have been born. And they are forcing you to bow down before them. And you are going to do exactly that if a stupid rivalry gets in your way. If you still want to do this without the Devas, then leave on your own. Because I certainly do not fight alongside someone with an ego as big as yours'

Everyone was shocked after his speech. Silence descended upon them. No one uttered a word. They could feel the anger emitting from the incarnation of Paramatma.

Finally, the leader smiled. 'Spoken like Paramatma himself. We're in. No deals'

Akileshwar smiled. Now there was only one thing left to do. Get the gods on their side.

Akileshwar and his group panted and puffed as they walked the 10,00,00,00,000 steps. They had thought they were prepared. But boy they were wrong.

Finally, after what seemed like eternity, they reached the top. Suddenly, everything around them changed. The steps and everything just vanished out of thin air. They looked around to see that they were standing on the galaxy. The literal galaxy.

'Took you long enough, Akil' Said a voice. Akileshwar and his group glanced to the side to see three beings sitting on, what Akileshwar could only assume was the ground.

His eyes widened as he recognized the holy trinity. Quickly, he scurried to them and touched their feet. All of them blessed him with a long life as he stood up, his hands having formed a namaste.

Akileshwar's group followed his procedure and stood up.

Lord Shiva smiled at Akileshwar. 'I see you have found your Dharma'

Akileshwar returned the smile. 'I am trying my best to follow the path given to me, Lord Shiva'

As if expecting this, the holy trinity smiled all together.

'You have not been given a path, Akil. You are creating your own path. Your own story. Your own life' Said Vishnu.

Akileshwar was shocked. His jaw was practically on the floor.

'As for helping you, the gods are on your side. Just as they were in the great war'
