Airawat's decision
Akileshwar groaned as he rose from the ground. He glanced around to see only piles of rubble. His hands uncuffed, he noticed surprisingly. He glanced around and saw that Bhringi, Tanvi and Sakradeva were staring at him in shock, their handcuffs destroyed too.
'What happened?' Asked Akileshwar.
'You happened' Said Sakradeva. Akileshwar looked at him in confusion. He happened? That didn't make any sense.
'It's true' Murmured Bhringi in awe. 'You have Paramashakti'
Akileshwar recalled Kali saying he had it. And she needed it. This disappointed him. If he didn't have it there would have been a slight chance that she would let them go.
'What exactly happened?'
'Paramashakti. You used the power of Paramatma and destroyed nearly everything in Naraka. But we have to get out of here. Because the whole palace is falling' Explained Bhringi.
Akileshwar nodded as they raced out of the palace. He also noticed that the Mandalayu was no longer present inside the hallway, along with the Asura.
He didn't stop to dwell on it and continued running. They finally reached the outside just as the whole building came crashing down.
He fell onto his knees, feeling incredibly tired. He panted and panted, as though his whole life's Mantra had been drained.
'We have to get out of here and warn the holy trinity' Said Bhringi. The rest nodded.
'But how will we?' Asked Tanvi. Bhringi turned to Akileshwar.
'I think our only hope is too tired' He joked.
'Me?! I don't even know what I did! For all we know I might destroy whole of Naraka if I manage to do it!'
'If you think you can do it you can!' Said Bhringi. Akileshwar decided it was there only hope since they couldn't find the exit.
He thought of the fresh air of the outside world. The pleasant climate. And the light. He opened his eyes. Nothing. He tried again. Nothing. Again, but with more concentration. And this time, he imagined Tanvi being there too. Finally, when he opened his eyes he saw they were in a forest. In Martyaprithvi or not was yet to be said.
Bhringi frowned looking around as Akileshwar noticed some differences. There were glows and more greener trees. It was unlike Martyaprithvi.
'It can't be possible' Said Bhringi in awe.
'We are in Dhyavaprithvi'

Akileshwar glanced around the forest. It had been a lot of time since they had arrived in Dhyavaprithvi. The forest was pretty big. Finally, a clearing was seen in Akileshwar's vision. He dint see much of it, but from the looks of it, it was a giant palace.
He quickly ran towards the palace as fast as he could. For all he knew the Asura's power could have already been transferred to the Mandalayu.
He walked out of the clearing and gasped when he saw the palace.
It was a giant castle, three times the size of the palace in Naraka. It was white with golden tinges. It had pillars and domes. It was truly beautiful. So beautiful that it could not be put into words.
'That's the Aakashprasadh. Lord Indra's palace' Said Bhringi.
'We can speak to Indra! He can help us! He was protecting the Mandalayu originally, wasn't he?'
Everyone nodded as they started towards the legendary Aakashprasadh.
Akileshwar suddenly stopped in his tracks. If they were right next to the Aakashprasadh..
'Are we in Amravati?' He asked no one in particular. Bhringi turned to Akileshwar and smiled, answering his question.
He couldn't believe it. He was in the city of the gods.
They walked up the stairs that led to a giant door. There were two guards on either sides of the door. Upon seeing Akileshwar and his group near the door they took up a defensive potion.
Akileshwar was about to say something when Bhringi cleared his throat, diverting all attention to him.
Immediately the guards paled and lowered their swords. Opening the doors, the group walked in.
'Why did he let you in?' Akileshwar asked when they were inside.
'The leader of the Lingamputras is known throughout Amravati. Let's just say Lord Shiva's wrath is dangerous' Chuckled Bhringi
Akileshwar understood as they continued walking. They turned a few corners, searching for the throne room where they expected Indra to be.
Finally, they reached the throne room but no one was present there. It was empty with no one at all.
'I think I know someone who can tell us where Indra has gone' Said Bhringi as they raced back through the halls. Finally, they reached some chambers that belonged to someone close to Indra, noted Akileshwar.
Bhringi knocked on the door thrice. Immediately shuffling footsteps were heard and the door lock churned and opened, revealing a man with black hair that was tied in a bun. He wore an orange Angavastram and blue dhoti.
'Airawat!' Said Bhringi as the two embraced. Akileshwar dint fail to notice the slight reluctance in his embrace. But, he let it pass by as nothing.
'What are you doing here?' Asked Airawat as they pulled away.
'We are here to speak with Lord Indra we seek his help' Replied Bhringi.
Airawat nodded. But Akileshwar could see him bite his bottom lip.
Apparently Bhringi did too. Because he frowned at Airawat.
'Is there something wrong?'
Airawat wanted to shout that "Yes! Something is wrong. You are making me choose between my country and my lord!"
But he dint say anything. He just glanced down, looking guilty.
Country or lord?
Country or lord?
Country or lord?!
Everyone noticed Airawat's sudden frustration but didn't say anything. They just gave him looks of concern and sympathy.
Finally, Airawat told them the truth.
From top to bottom, without holding anything. His country came first. He would do anything to protect the very soil he stood on.
After he finished, the whole group was left with shocked looks.
'That's.. not possible' Said Bhringi after a while.
'Believe me. I was thinking the sa-'
'No. I think Athreya means it's literally not possible' Cut off Akileshwar.
'I think he is under control of the Mandalayu'
'That's not possible either' Said Bhringi.
'Think about it. Kali's betrayal?' Asked Akileshwar.
'Kali was created by the Mandalayu, Akil. It's natural that her loyalty is directed towards it'
'But there is a way Indra could be controlled' Said Airawat as all eyes turned on him.
'I have heard that the gods can read thoughts through some theory. What if the Mandalayu is manipulating his thoughts rather than just reading them?'
'That's sensible' Said Bhringi.
'Then we have to get Indra on our side' Said Akileshwar as the whole group nodded.
Then, including Airawat, they left for Martyaprithvi.
