Tonight was WWE TLC and the card was very stacked:

TLC match: Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin (Braun wins, Corbin loses his GM position)

Singles match: Finn Bàlor vs. Drew McIntyre

Ladder match: Elias vs. Bobby Lashley (with Lio Rush)

Triple threat tag team match WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship: The Bar vs. The Usos vs. The New Day

Tables match: Natalya vs. Ruby Riott

Singles match WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Buddy Murphy vs. Cedric Alexander

Singles match Raw Women's Championship: Ronda Rousey vs. Nia Jax

Singles match WWE Championship: Daniel Bryan vs. AJ Styles

Mixed Match Challenge finals: R-Truth and Carmella vs. Jinder Mahal and Alicia Fox

Chairs match: Randy Orton vs. Rey Mysterio

Singles match Intercontinental Championship: Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose

Singles match United States Championship: Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Cardo Auditore

TLC triple threat match SmackDown Women's Championship: Becky Lynch vs. Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair

All of Raw and SmackDown's rosters were all warming up and prepared for WWE's demolition derby. As for Cardo, he was very nervous as this is his first title opportunity and the first time he faced Shinsuke. However, his girlfriend, the SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch was by his side helping him to calm down.

Becky: don't be nervous babe, Shinsuke will use that to his advantage

Cardo: I'm trying, but this is the first time that I'm fighting for a championship

Becky: don't worry, if you win and I retain we will have a straight fire session, and trust me it will get very heated

She whispered to his ear while her breath grazed on his neck causing Cardo's eyes to widen.

Cardo: I'll win for us, babe and make sure you give Charlotte another beating

Becky: I'll do that for you, babe

They give each other a kiss and went to join AJ, Charlotte, Alex and Lexi at catering to watch the show as Cardo and Becky's matches are later.

One hour past and the show was getting good. Braun won his match which granted the Monster a match against Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble and in the process Baron lost his position much to the satisfaction of the Raw roster. Finn and Elias won their respective matches against Corbin's allies. Natalya defended her family's honor by putting the leader of the Riott Squad through the table. The Bar, Ronda, Daniel and Buddy retained their respective championships. R-Truth and Carmella won the finals and in the process the paid vacation and the number 30 spot in their respective Royal Rumble matches. Seth retained his championship after an emotional and grueling match against his former Shield brother.

The next match is Cardo vs. Shinsuke for the US title.

Cardo: it's my turn now

Becky: stay focused babe

Cardo: got it

Alex: good luck couz

Lexi: we'll be rooting for you

Cardo: thanks guys

Cardo left the catering area and walked to the gorilla and waited for his cue. After Shinsuke and Cardo did their entrances, the match started. Shinsuke started his usual mind games by putting his head on Cardo's stomach and did his signaure taunt.

Shinsuke: come on!

Cardo didn't let any of Shinsuke's mind games distract him as he was laser focused on winning his first title.

(Fast forward towards the end of the match)

Shinsuke managed to hit Kinshasa on Cardo, but it was only good enough for a 2 count. Shinuke tries to set up for another Kinshasa, but he was met by a huge superkick by Cardo knocking Nakamura down. Then Cardo turned Nakamura around and locked in Probinsyano Escape. The King of Strong Style tried to crawl to the bottom rope, but the pressure was too much for him and Shinsuke taps out.

Announcer: here is your winner and the new United States Champion, Cardo Auditore!

The referee gave Cardo the title and Ang Probinsyano couldn't believe it, but it all became a reality as he run his fingers through the title and the crowd gave him a standing ovation. He raised his arms in victory. He walked backstage and was greeted by Becky and the others. The Man gave her boyfriend a tight hug.

Becky: I knew you can do it babe! I'm so proud of you!

Cardo: this is for us, babe. I love you so much!

Becky: I love you too

Alex: way to go couz

AJ: as your mentor and second father figure, I'm proud of you

Cardo: thanks AJ

They all came in for a group hug.

Becky: now it's my turn to defend my title

Charlotte: the Queen will get back her crown, Becks

Becky: you have to get through The Man, bestie

Cardo: I'll be watching, babe, but I'm gonna call my parents and tell them of my win

Alex: oh Tita Camia and Tito Manuel will be proud of you, couz

Cardo: yeah, excuse me

Becky: okay babe. Come on Charlotte, let's make history.

As Charlotte and Becky waited for their cue, Cardo was in his locker room facetiming his parents.

Camia: hello anak?

Cardo: mom, where's dad?

Camia: here why?

Cardo: I got something to show you and dad

Camia: okay, let me go get him

Camia went to call Manuel.

Manuel: anak, I'm here, what is it?

Cardo: here it is, guys

Cardo slowly put his United States title in the frame which grew smiles from Camia and Manuel.

Camia: anak, you won that?

Cardo: yes mom, your son is a champion

Manuel: that's my boy. It's the Dalisay strength

Cardo: mom, dad there's something else I want to tell you

Manuel: what is it son?

Cardo: I have a girlfriend

Camia and Manuel were surprised of what their son said, but they were proud of him.

Camia: finally

Manuel: I knew someone will fall for you

Camia: who is she?

Cardo: her name is Becky

Manuel: Becky Lynch?

Cardo: that's her, dad

Camia: oh I saw you guys' picture together. She's very pretty anak, she has my approval

Manuel: mine too

Hearing his parents giving their approval of Becky made Cardo tearfully smiled.

Cardo: oh mom, dad I have to go, I'm gonna shower and watch my girlfriend defend her title.

Camia: okay anak take care

Manuel: okay son

Cardo ended the call, took a shower and changed to clean clothes and went to join his cousin and the others to watch Becky's match.

Alex: what did Tita and Tito say?

Cardo: they said they're proud and the best thing is they approve of me and Becky's relationship

AJ: you'll be proud when Becky retains

Cardo: yeah... come on babe you can do it

After 30 minutes of a grueling match, Becky managed to climb the ladder and retrieved her title after putting both Charlotte and Asuka through tables. The Man walked backstage and was greeted by her boyfriend.

Cardo: it was hard to watch, but I'm proud of you, babe

Becky: careful babe, I have bruises from all those chair and kendo stick shots

Cardo: don't worry, I'll take care of you when it's our straight fire session

Becky blushed heavily.

Becky: alright, let me wash up and wait for me at the catering

Cardo nodded and the two separated. While sitting and talking with AJ, Alex and Lexi, the three saw a woman behind Cardo and to both Alex and AJ they know who it is.

Woman: hi Cardo!

Cardo heard the voice, and it was the same voice that haunted him from his high school years to his wrestling  career.

Cardo: oh no...

Cardo turned around and in front of him was Isabel, the girl who relentlessly pursued Cardo to make him her boyfriend, but Ang Probinsyano didn't gave her the chance.

Cardo: what are you doing here, Isabel?

Isabel: I wanted to say congrats on your title win

She said as she draw circles with her fingers on the title, but Cardo snatched it away.

Lexi: who is she?

Alex: babe, that's Isabel, Cardo's pursuer-

AJ: or should I say stalker

Cardo: you see Lexi, Isabel and I went to the same high school and she had this huge crush on me, but I didn't want to be with her because not only I didn't had time for a relationship back then; she wouldn't leave me alone.

Isabel: and I'm still waiting for Cardo to say yes to me

Cardo: well Isabel-

Isabel: you're going to be my boyfriend?

Cardo: well I already have a girlfriend

Isabel: it's me, right?

Cardo: no, let me finish first!

As Cardo was about to talk, Becky surprised him with a hug.

Becky: hi babe!

As Isabel saw Becky with her own two eyes, she was surprised.

Isabel: her?! Your girlfriend is Becky Lynch?

Becky: you got a problem with that?

Isabel: well yes because Cardo was supposed to be mine

Cardo: whoa, I was never yours, Isabel!

Becky: who is this, babe?

Cardo: babe, this is Isabel, my pursuer from my high school years or what AJ says, my stalker

Isabel: hear this Becky, I love Cardo with all my heart

Becky: screw you!

Alex, Lexi, Cardo and AJ were surprised of Becky's attitude.

Becky: Cardo fell for me and his heart chose me. Now I suggest you leave before this gets ugly

Cardo: I should listen to Becky, Isabel. You don't want to cross The Man

Isabel: fine I'll leave, you will soon be mine, Cardo

Isabel took her leave.

Cardo: don't worrt Becky, my heart belongs to you and you only

Becky smiled and kissed Cardo.

AJ: and if Isabel bothers you again, you have us as your backup

Cardo: thanks guys

Then Charlotte came.

Charlotte: did I miss anything, guys?

AJ: it's a long story, Charlotte

Lexi: I'll tell you all about it

Cardo: come on guys, let's go to the hotel and Becky it's time for our straight fire session

Becky blushed heavily

(1 hour later)

Cardo and Becky were making out heavily in bed and in the process, Becky marked Cardo again. Becky pulled back while Cardo was smiling from ear to ear.

Becky: that will show Isabel that you're mine

Cardo: hope she leaves me alone when she sees this

Becky: kiss me now, champ

Cardo: yes champ

They resumed their make out session for another 30 minutes. After an hour, they were breathing heavily and later cuddled in each other's arms as they slept peacefully.
