Becky was now on the hospital bed and was prepared for labour.Luckily there were no problems on the way as Alex and Charlotte managed to keep her relatively calm, despite her contractions.

Alex: You're doing great, babe, just keep doing what you're doing.

Doctor: Okay, from what we can see, she's 5cm dilated, so hopefully, she should be ready for the birth soon.

Alex: Thanks, doc. How you feeling there, baby?

Becky: Tired... just so tired...

Charlotte: Probably best if you take a nap or something, might help.

Alex: Yeah, she's right, Becks. Don't worry, I'll still be here.

Alex stroked her hand gently as she took it in hers.

Becky: Okay then babe, I love you.

She felt herself slowly begin to fade off to sleep, with their hands still connected.

Charlotte: I'm gonna get something to eat, you want anything, Al?

Alex: Yeah, could you get us a sandwich, packet of crisps and a diet coke?

Charlotte: Consider it done...

Charlotte smiled at the sight before her as she left for the cafeteria. Alex, meanwhile, kept holding Becky's hand as she slept.

Alex: You truly are the best woman I've ever met, I can't wait till I ask you that all important question. Honestly, I don't know where I'd be without you. You're just utter perfection, and these babies will be just as perfect, I guarantee it.

As he finished his little speech, Charlotte came back with his food, and had a quiet word with Alex about the potential engagement.

Charlotte: So, about this engagement...

Alex: What about it?

Charlotte: Got any plans on how you wanna do it?

Alex: Well, I've got a few ideas in mind. The first involves doing it after a romantic dinner, the second involves a beach setting and doing it by the sea, and the last one, which I think I might do, involves getting a jumper with the words "Will You Marry My Daddy" and "Please Say Yes" on the girls' baby bibs.

Charlotte: Well, they're all pretty romantic, but I think you should do a mix of the beach setting with the kids. Take the girls on a day out, and at the end of the day, pretend to change them, and put the shirts on them both. Then when you come back, wait till she notices the shirts and then pop the question when she sees you.

Alex: Why didn't I think of that? You're a genius!

As Charlotte and Alex embraced, he tucked into his sandwich as Charlotte had a quick nap. Alex looked on as he saw the woman he loved and his best friend both asleep.

4 hours later...

Becky shot up from the bed, screaming in pain with another contraction, with them getting more and more painful. In the process, she woke up both Charlotte and Alex with her screams. Luckily, the doctor heard her while passing by, and tended to her.

Doctor: Okay, you're at 10cm dilated now, Miss Lynch, you're going to have to try and start pushing.

Becky: Okay... here goes...

Alex: Just focus babe, you'll do great.

His words of encouragement were music to Becky's ears as they linked hands and she began pushing. After 15 minutes of intense pushing, the first baby girl was making an appearance.

Doctor: Okay, I can see the first baby's head, one more push and she should come out!

Becky gripped Alex's hand as tightly as she could as she pushed one more time, and out came the first baby girl, crying her eyes out. But there was no time to rest, as Becky was then told to push for the second one. She was in tears, and almost certainly in unbearable pain as she screamed as loud as she could and pushed again.

Becky: Oh god... I can't do it Alex, I can't!

Alex wrapped his free hand on top of her hand, and tried to comfort her.

Alex: Becky, you've proven to me you can do anything. And I love you for that. I'll always be here for our little ones. Now, let's have that second one!

Becky smiled slightly as she continuously pushed in pain, almost breaking his hand with her vice like grip. Eventually, after another 10 minutes of screaming, grunting and a little crying, the second baby girl was born. Becky was crying and so was Charlotte as Alex and Becky were handed their babies.

Doctor: Okay here we go, Becky, that's the first child, and Alex, you've got the second one.

Alex: Wow... Just wow... I mean, I can't find the words. Now, just having a family, with the woman I love, I could not have imagined it.

Becky: It's a dream come true for me... holding our newborn babies in our arms, seeing their adorable little faces for the first time in the flesh.

Charlotte: They're so beautiful... have you had any thoughts on what you're gonna name them... Mum and Dad?

Becky and Alex looked at each other with smiles on their faces.

Alex: Well, we agreed we'd name one baby each, and I want to name the youngest of them Samantha. Samantha Louise Williams.

Becky: And I want to name the eldest Rhiannon, Rhiannon Amelia Williams.

Charlotte: Two beautiful names, for two beautiful girls... with two beautiful parents. I'm proud of both of you.

Alex: Go on, take the picture of us... I know you want to!

Charlotte's smile only grew wider as she took the picture of Alex holding Samantha and Becky holding Rhiannon. She then sent it to Alex, who gave Samantha to Charlotte as he posted it on his Instagram.

alex_williams_wwe: So the double trouble twins have finally arrived! Welcome to the world, Samantha Louise and Rhiannon Amelia Williams! Both beautiful babies, as well as their beautiful mother, are in perfect health! That extra time off was well worth it... I love you beckylynchwwe, you've been so strong throughout these past 9 months, and you'll be an amazing mother!

Comments continued to flood in, showing their support for the newborns and their mum and dad. As Alex reached out to say hello to Rhiannon, Becky and Charlotte felt tears run down their faces as Rhiannon wrapped her tiny little hand around Alex's thumb.

Alex: Hello, trouble! You're beautiful! Just as beautiful as your gorgeous mother...

Becky kissed Alex and laughed slightly as more tears fell from her face.

Becky: I... I can tell s-she's a daddy's girl already!

Alex laughed with her as he struggled to hold back his tears.

Alex: It's just... mind blowing. To think I'm a dad, to not just 1, but 2 beautiful baby girls, and to have the most amazing woman as my girlfriend and as the mother of my kids... This is perfection, right here.

Charlotte: Alex... that was beautiful...

Alex: Well it came from the heart, and my heart is solely with my family, and nothing and nowhere else... I think it's fair to say, me and Becks are now both living the family life!
