The Best Day Ever
"By the power invested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife." Emerelda said. Bree and Conner smiled at each other as they held hands. It was their big day, aka their wedding day. The wedding was taking place in the Fairy Palace garden. Conner and Bree decided that it was the best place and the most beautiful place in the world. Bree was wearing a floor length white dress that sparkled like the stars at night, she also wore a silver tiara and a pair of silver heels. Conner wore a black suit with a white shirt and silver cuffs. Goldilocks and Jacks son Hero was the ring bearer, and Jack and Froggy were his best men. Alex, Goldilocks and Red were Bree's bridesmaids, and Red and Froggy's daughter Ruby was the flower girl.
"You may kiss the bride." She finally said.
Conner and Bree kissed and everyone stood up and cheered. Bree and Conner couldn't have been more happy, they were together and they had no evil relatives, evil queens or witches after them. They could truly live happily ever after (hopefully). They walked back down the aisle and into the palace ball room where the reception was held. Tables were set up against the walls so the center of the room could be reserved for dancing. Bree and Conner walked to their big table that was for them and their family. Charlotte, Bob and Conner and Alex's little sister Brooke (who was in their mothers arms) walked over to them and hugged them both.
"I am so happy for you two. That was such a beautiful wedding. Just as beautiful as Alex's last year." Charlotte said.
"Thanks mom." Conner said and chuckled.
"So, Bree I haven't seen any of your family here. Are they not coming?" Bob asked.
"I actually, um, didn't tell them." Bree said.
"What? You didn't tell me that." Conner said surprised.
"Conner let's not ruin this perfect day talking about this. Let's all sit down and have a lovely dinner. I'll tell you later."
Bree and Conner sat down and Alex and her husband Arthur sat down on their right side and Charlotte, Bob and Brooke sat on the other side. Bree and Conner tapped their glasses to get everyone's attention.
"I want to thank you all for coming, this really means a lot to us. It's great being surrounded by family and friends who have been with us for years and even since the beginning. Now we are starting a new chapter in our lives, and we are very excited to see what this chapter holds." Conner said and smiled at Bree and kissed her.
"I am too, and I want to give you a present right now." Bree said.
"Now? Ok." Bree reached under the table and handed Conner a wrapped present. Conner ripped it open and it was a picture frame and inside was a black and white picture that looked like an ultrasound picture. Conners eyes widened and he looked at Bree and smiled. "No...really?"
Bree nodded her head and smiled, and Conner hugged her and spun her around. He lifted up the picture, and said, "I'm going to be a father!"
Everyone cheered and clapped for them. Their friends ran up and hugged them and got a closer look at the picture. This day had just gotten better. Charlotte hugged Conner and Bree again and Alex grabbed the picture and showed it to everyone.
"Congratulations Conner." Arthur said.
"Thanks Arthur."
"I'm going to be an aunt!" Alex said and she ran back to them. "I am so happy!"
"Alex when is your due date again?" Bree asked.
"Two months." Alex said and smiled.
"I'm so happy that our children will be close in age. I was never close in age to my cousins." Bree said.
Everyone came up and hugged Bree and Conner and congratulated them. The rest of the night went really well, they ate their dinner and danced countless times. The wedding ended at like 2 in the morning, and everyone went back to their homes. Two months ago, Bree and Conner had fixed up Conners dads old home in the Charming Kingdom. A carriage took them there and another followed them with all their gifts. The carriages stopped in front of their new home and the footmen opened the door for them. Conner picked up Bree and walked her into their house.
"We did a great job with this house. It came out great." Bree said as Conner out her down. "This is going to be the house our child grows up in."
"When did you find out about her by the way?"
"Her? How do you know it's going to be a girl? It could be a boy."
"It could. Boy or girl doesn't matter to me." Conner said and smiled. He was holding the picture and he went upstairs with it and set it on their dresser. "We're going to be parents. This has truly been the best wedding ever."
"Yeah it has." Bree said and smiled at the picture.
"Bree, can you please tell me now why you didn't tell your parents about this world? Or our wedding?"
Bree sighed and looked at the floor. "Because I didn't know how. You know how they felt about you. I didn't want them to disapprove of us getting married, so I just didn't tell them. Conner I didn't want to lose you, I wanted to marry you more than anything, I didn't want them ruining our wedding because they didn't approve."
"Bree, I don't care if they approve or not. All I care about is that we're happy, and we are. If they knew that, they would understand."
"Maybe, let's not talk about this anymore." Bree said. "Come on let's go get those presents out of the carriage and go to bed. Because I am exhausted."
"I can second that."
Bree and Conner helped the footmen getting all their presents into the house and the stable hands put the horses and carriages away. They went back upstairs and looked at the picture of their child again.
"So when did you find out?"
"I found out yesterday, and I wanted to tell you today, while everyone was with us."
"Bree, now that I'm looking at it closer. It kind of looks like...two." Conner said and looked at her.
"Surprise." Bree said and smiled while biting her bottom lip.
"No way. We're having twins?"
"Yup. I can't believe you just saw that." They both laughed and wrapped their hands around each other and kissed. "This will be perfect. We have a perfect life."
......................
What they didn't know is that deep in the first was a hidden witch. A witch that predict the future and powerful magic and great pure evil. No one knew of this witch, she was very well hidden. Only one person knew of her, and that was by legends, myths and books. The mystery man ran through the Dwarf Forests with a long black cloak on his back. He past dead mans creek, Morina's old cottage, the remains of the old witch tavern, and the dwarf mines. He was about to hit the edge of the Elf Empire when he took out a potion from his pocket and poured it on the ground. A huge mansion (almost castle size) appeared. It had been cloaked by magic, which is why no one had even seen it. The man knocked on the door and the door opened automatically. He walked in and right as he walked in he was facing a huge grand staircase.
"Hello Killian, son of the dark Fairy Godmother. I have been expecting you." A voice said from the top of the stairs. There stood the legendary witch. She was beautiful (maybe the most beautiful women in the whole world). She had long flowing blonde hair, a pink lacy dress, with a floor length wolf fur coat. Her skin was flawless, and glowed was she walked down the stairs. Killian was instantly captivated by her beauty.
"I know you have. You must know why I am here." He said as he took off his hood.
"You want to free your mother from her dark prison, and I have the magic you need. Follow me."
"Thank you. Lead the way."
The witch and Killian walked into the next room and there were all her potions and spell book were. In the middle of the room was a table and on that table was a book.
"So, where's my potion?"
"Oh there's no potions. What you need is a who." She said.
"A person? Why can't you just give me a spell or a potion. If I kidnap anyone the the Fairy council will put me in Pinocchio Prison faster than other prisoner. Their already on my tail, and I don't have any magic, so I won't be able to poof my self somewhere else." Killian explained.
"This person will have to be a wait. But don't worry, it will all be worth it in the end."
"So where is this person."
"Well, she's not here yet." The witch said.
"Are you trying to tell me the person that I need to free my mother is not born yet."
"Book, show me Conner Bailey." She said. The book flipped open and started to draw a painting on one of it's blank pages. The painting was of Bree and Conner sleeping in bed asleep.
"Oh no! No, no, no. That's the Fairy Godmothers grandson and hero of this world. I am not taking his child."
"If your evil enough to release your evil mother...you are evil enough to take a child. Besides, his wife is already pregnant with the person you'll need, and lucky for them their having twins. So they won't miss out on the struggles and joys of parenthood." The witch said. "We'll just need one. I already know what their going to be. Two girls, one will have a pure heart, more kindness than anyone, friendly, and more magic than that child will ever need, and the other will have a heart of stone, cruel to everyone, no friends, and dark magic. That's the one we'll need."
"Did you by any chance tamper with that child's future and how she'll turn out?"
"Killian, my magic can do so much but it can't do that or change people's personalities before they are even born. This little girl has her great uncles dark heart and magic." The witch said. "When the baby is born, we will let them have it for one year, so they can teach the kid to walk, and hopefully potty train the kid. I am not doing any of that, I never had a mother or father, so I would have no idea on how to teach the child anything. But I will probably have to, because I'm sure you will be absolutely clueless."
"So I'll have to wait 9 months and a year, before I can free my mother." Killian said.
"Way more than that. This kid will need training, once she is ready, that's when it will start, and the world will fall into your mothers darkness."
