Like Stiles and Lydia, Daryl and Quinn fulfill the same role within their group (birds of a feather). Both relationships start out slowly and develop over time. As they grow closer, they come to know each other inside and out, learning to recognise even the smallest of mannerisms and emotions. Both relationships became a safe haven and place of solace through many hardships (never be hurt again). Though these hardships also mean it takes a long time for any romantic feelings to come to the surface (will they or won't they?). Though eventually both couples confess their love to each other (big damn kiss) and enter a happy relationship.

I've honestly never shipped my oc's more than I ship Quinn and Daryl. They are so perfect for each other. Both carry scars and yet the only thing they want to do is kiss each other's pain away (horny bitches? hell yes). They are the slowest slowburn I've ever written and it was so much fun to write the ever building sexual tension between them. But it's even more fun to write their relationship. How they help each other, lift each other up and fight for one another. God I love these two awkward love birds so much.
