Lucy and I talked to each other for the rest of the journey. She told me her last name and that she ran away from her Father and home after her Mother died. I understood that since I too hated my Father for what he did and if he had still been alive I would have probably run away too. I found I had a lot in common with Lucy. I found out she also loved reading and she was writing a novel which she said I could read after this girl called Levi who also loved reading and sounded really nice. Soon the time came when we pulled up to the train station. I lifted Natsu rom my lap so that he was sat up in his chair.
"Natsu, we are here now." I told him thinking that he would be fine now that he had stopped moving.
"He will be like that for a while now, but he will be fine." Lucy told me. I stood up but found my legs were still way to weak to hold me and fell back down on the seat. Lucy came and stood in front of me.
"Do you want some help?" She asked. I nodded, put my arm around her neck and stood up once again but mainly leaned on Lucy.
"You are pathetic." I heard Grey say. I thought he was talking to me at first but when I looked I saw he was looking at Natsu shaking his head. He looked up at me.
"Do you want me to carry you?" He asked.
"No thanks. I should be fine with Lucy's help."
"Okay. Guess I have to deal with this then." He said nodding in Natsu's direction. I smiled at him and was happy to see that he returned it. With Lucy's help I managed to make it off the train and through the town. It was a lot harder than I let on but I wanted to do it by myself as much as possible.
"I love the clothes by the way." I told Lucy knowing she had picked them out for me. She smiled.
"Really? Good, I wasn't really sure what you would like."
"Well red is my favourite colour so good choice." I told her.

After a little while I saw Fairy Tail's guild hall. I stopped and gawked at it.
"It is different to how I remember it." I said to Lucy.
"Yes we made it bigger and better." I heard Macarov say and saw he was stood beside me.
"I liked it the way it was." I said a little sad they had changed it.
"That is what I said when they changed it." Said a voice I recognised as Natsu's coming from behind me. I looked over my shoulder and saw me stood rather close to me, which I didn't like but didn't say anything.
"I see you are better then." I said remembering how ill he looked on the train.
"Yes, thank you for your help. Lucy was right I didn't feel as sick when you were talking to me." It was weird but I thought I saw his cheeks go a little pink but I told myself it was just my imagination. I took my arm from Lucy wanting to walk into the guild by myself. She looked a little confused but she must have known what I was doing because she smiled and didn't say anything.
"Um...Can I ask a favour of you guys?" I said addressing them all. They all nodded looking slightly confused. "Can you guys not tell anyone what magic I use?"
"Why?" Asked Natsu.
"Because." Macarov began. "If people find out how powerful she is they will put a lot of presser on Katrina to join and she doesn't want to."
"Well not yet." I spook really quietly to myself but I saw Natsu look up at me with a huge goofy grin. I guess he heard then, I thought to myself.
"We can do that if that is what you wish." Said Erza.
"It is."
"But people will ask what type of magic you use. What will you tell them?" Asked Grey.
"Well, do you have an element in the guild that isn't covered?"
"Fire is covered." Said Natsu reather proudly.
"Wendy covers air." Said Erza
"And I guess Juvia covers water."
"Then that would make me a earth dragon slayer then." I said. They all nodded agreeing with me and letting me know that they wouldn't tell anyone and then we went inside...

I was amazed when we walked inside. There were people everywhere sitting chatting, drinking and laughing with there friends. It was warm and cosy and I instantly fell in love with everything that was laid out before my eyes. People sort of looked up at us and nodded a polite welcome which I returned. Everyone was so happy and I found myself smiling like an idiot just watching everyone else have fun.
"Glad you like it." Said Natsu who was standing beside me. I smiled at him then followed the other further into the guild hall.
"Welcome back Master." Said a girl behind the bar. She was very pretty and had white hair with a pink dress. Macarov turned around and motioned for me to come over. I did, tough found I was followed by Natsu who didn't seem to be leaving me alone like Erza, Grey and Lucy had done. Happy was with him too and also not leaving me alone.
"Mira, this is Katrina. Katrina this is Mira."
"Hi, it is nice to meet you." I said sweetly.
"As it is to you. Are you a new recruit?"
"No, I am just stopping by." She looked a little disappointed and I heard Natsu and Happy sigh quietly behind me.
"I recognise you for somewhere." She told me.
"Yes I stopped by here about 9 years ago." She looked a little confused then her face seemed to light up she recognised me.
"Yes I remember you. You were that poor girl Macarov found on the streets." I nodded though I had no clue who she was. "You probably don't recognise me quiet a few changes have happened, but maybe if a tied my hair up and but on some black clothes you might." I thought hard, then I remember the girl that I had seen when I was her. She was always picking fights with Erza and she was really powerful.
"That was you?" I said really shocked and comparing that girl with the sweet looking one in front of me.
"Yeah, I know it is hard to believe." She did a little laugh. "Did you want a drink, you look really tired?"
"Yes please." I replied and she got me some water. As soon as it touched my lips I felt the water dragon in me become stronger and more alive. I looked around the guild and saw Grey talking to a girl with blue hair. She was all over him and it was clear just looking at her that she had a obvious crush on him.
"That is Juvia." Said Natsu following my gaze. I remembered that name from outside. Grey said she covered water so she must be like a water make wizard. I looked closer and saw that she seemed way more powerful than that but she wasn't a dragon slayer. I know the scent of another dragon slayer from a mile away and when I thought about it my nose was oicking up that there were three in the room. Natsu was one but there were too many people in the room with different smells and I couldn't place the other two.
"Who are the other two dragon slayers?" I asked Natsu. He looked shocked.
"How did you know there were two more?"
"I can sort of smell them out but there are too many people in here with new smells it is driving my nose crazy and I can't place them." I told him. He looked really impressed.
"That one over there is Gajeel." He said pointing to a man dressed all in black with nails in his face next to him was a black cat. "He is an iron dragon slayer and the cat's name is Pantherlily. Then that one is Wendy." He said pointing at a sweet little girl with blue hair that was talking to Lucy. "She is a sky dragon slayer and she has healing magic."
"Really? But that is one of the lost magics."
"It's true. I was shocked when I found out too. She is really powerful though her dragon left her when she was still really young so she isn't confident with her powers yet." As soon as he said it I thought, I can change that. I use sky dragon slayer magic too because air is one of the four elements. Though I wasn't sure if I should at the time. Next to her I saw a white cat that looked a lot like Happy but she was female and had a pink bow tied to her tail.
"That is Carla." Said Happy. I looked over at him and saw him staring at her lovingly. Well he has a crush on her, I thought.

The rest of the afternoon was spent talking to knew people. I met Lucy's friend Levi and we instantly hit it off. Levi suggested we start like a little club for just us three were we could come and just read books, which sounded great to me not that I told them that. Grey was right about people asking about what type of magic I used. Everyone was interested and were disappointed when I told them I wasn't joining the guild. Many of them said I would because I was nice and everyone seemed to like me. I told them I was just passing but and leaving in a couple days though I guess deep down I was really starting to like these people, though the whole afternoon I felt Natsu's eyes on me. He was always close by pretending not to listen to every conversation I was having but it was clear to me that he was. Eventually the day was over and I realised that I didn't have anywhere to stay. I watched as people slowly cleared out of the guild hall, saying there goodbye before leaving for home for the night. I stayed at the bar talking to Mira who I really liked, with of course Natsu and Happy really close by until Lucy came up to me.
"Hey Kat." As soon as she said it she stopped herself. I was a little shocked too. Nobody had ever given me a nickname before but then and again I guess I never really had any true friend to give me one.
"Can I call you that?" She asked rather sheepishly. I thought to myself, I didn't mind that name and it showed me that. Lucy liked me enough to concider me a friend and give me a nickname.
"Yeah sure, why not?" I told her with a little shrug. She smiled happily.
"I wonderd if you wanted to come and stay at my place?"
"What? Really?"
"Yes, we could be roommates. You could help me pay for the food and rent and live there with me."
"Your not joking?" I asked shocked at how nice she was being.
"No, I am not joking. It will be fun having you around."
"I'd love to but only if your sure."
"Yeah course I am. Come on." She said taking my hand and leading me out of the guild hall. I waved my goodbyes to everyone there then let Lucy drag me to her place. Our place, I thought with a huge smile on my face.
