I was still wondering when Chase would come home. I couldn't sleep comfortably without him. When it got to morning I didn't quite know what to do, so I decided to practice and then check on Nico. I stayed with her until Karolina returned. She wasn't talking. "Hello?" I heard Karolina asked but I went back to practicing.

"Hey. We think we know where to find Gert and Chase." Alex said to us, I came out my room.

"Let's go." I said to them.

"Let's get Nico. Come on." Molly said to us, that was a bad idea.

"No. Nico's way too sick. But I'm in." Karolina said to us, I was definitely in.

"Ok." Alex and Molly both said.

"Let's see how long it takes to get a car up here." Alex said before we started trying to find a car. Once we finally got a car we took of to the Yorkes' place.

"Here's the Rolls." Karolina said as we saw it in the driveway.

"Alex, you're right. They're still here." Molly said to us.

"But why are they still here?" I asked, they didn't have a need to be here any longer.

"Well, 'what would Chase do?' Isn't exactly a tough question." Alex said to us, he was right there.

"Come on." Molly said before we went to the Rolls and ducked. "Ok. Old Lace lives in the basement, but Stacey and Dale usually hang out upstairs watching British cooking shows. If we go through one of the back windows, we can take 'em by surprise, and- -" Molly said us.

"I hate to say it, but are we sure that Gert and Chase are here against their will?" Karolina asked us, it was pretty obvious they were.

"Gert would never leave me." Molly said to them both.

"And Chase promised he'd be home last night." I said to them both, that's how I knew something was up.

"Ok. So I brought the Fistigons, I brought the X-Ray goggles and I also brought this." Alex said while pulling a gun out his bag.

"We aren't using that." I said to him while pulling his hand down.

"Alex, is that from the Strike Team?" Karolina asked him, it had to be. That was the only place to get a gun from.

"What would we do with a gun?" Molly asked him, nothing.

"Use it? Ok, ok, my bad. Wouldn't use it. My bad." Alex said before putting it back in his bag.

"Let's just sneak around the back." Molly said and we went around the back to try and get in. "Get down on the floor! Where's Gert?" Molly shouted as we entered the house and saw the Yorkes'.

"We saw the car. We know they're here." Karolina said to us.

"Just tell us where they are." I said to them both.

"Happy birthday, sweetheart." Mrs. Yorkes said to Molly, but it was yesterday.

"Wait, what?" Karolina asked her.

"It was yesterday." Molly said to us.

"I thought it was." I told her.

"You look so good. Doesn't she look so good?" Mrs. Yorkes asked, something was certainly off about them both.

"She does. You look great, sweetie. So happy you decided to come home." Mr. Yorkes said to her, she hadn't at all.

"Yeah." Mrs. Yorkes said to her.

"You guys aren't my parents." Molly said to them, and they never would be.

"What?" Mr. Yorkes asked her.

"Because my parents would never hurt Old Lace and Gert." Molly said before we heard Old Lace screech.

"Go get 'em. I got this." Alex said before Molly and Karolina went off.

"Honey- -honey?" Mrs. Yorkes said before they were away.

"Alex. How experienced are you with that thing?" Mr. Yorkes asked as he stood up.

"Not very." He responded.

"Just like my powers and I." I said to them both, they both let out an 'oh.' We then took them both downstairs.

"Honestly, I don't even- -" Mrs. Yorkes started. I saw that my parents were here. Just typical.

"Put them over there. Her too." Gert said and pointed to a spot.

"Sweetheart- -" Mrs. Yorkes said to us.

"Stop talking." Alex said to her.

"If you say another word I will snap a bone." I said to them, they went quiet.

"Ok. Everyone, let's just...honey. What are you gonna do with us?" Mr. Yorkes asked, we all looked at her.

"Nothing you don't deserve." Gert said before Molly ripped the door off.

"Honey please." Dad said to to before I snapped his arm.

"I told you, not to say anything." I said to them, Dad was in pain but I didn't care. He deserved this. We bundled them together and got Old Lace out.

"Let's go." Molly said and we all left. We ran to the car and all got in.

"Come on, Gert, let's go!" Chase said to her.

"Where's Lace?" Molly asked her, I didn't know.

"I don't know. She was right behind me." Gert said to us before getting in the car. I was hoping Old Lace would be ok.

"She's taking way too long. Should I call her?" Molly asked, not at all.

"No, we've made enough noise already." Chase said to her.

"The last thing we want is to draw anymore attention to ourselves." I said to her, it was already dangerous with us being here.

"I'm trying to tune into her, but I'm not getting anything. What if something happened?" Gert asked, she was going to be ok. She had to be.

"How much longer should we wait?" Karolina asked us, we couldn't wait any longer.

"None. The rest of our parents could be on the way." Alex said getting ready to drive off.

"No. We can't just leave without Old Lace." Molly said to us, what other choice did we have.

"We have to. You know we do. I'm sorry." Alex said to Gert, it was the best thing for us to do.

"She'll find us." Gert said before we drove off back to safety. I was wondering how Nico was. Once we got home Molly was still upset.

"If this is fifteen, I don't know how I'm gonna make it to sixteen." Molly said to us, I felt bad for the kid.

"I know, Mols, I'm sorry." Karolina said to her.

"It's gonna be ok." Chase said to her, we didn't know that though.

"How can you say that? Gert, you had to leave Old Lace behind. Chase, you got drugged and interrogated. Alex, your mom killed Darius and now Livvie's gone. And Nico lost her sister and Y/n lost her brother and Nico had to kill to protect us. And Karolina, your girlfriend killed your dad. Why am I the only one crying? We should all be crying." Molly said to us, I physically couldn't anymore.

"We're trying to be strong for you." Karolina said to her.

"Or we physically can't cry anymore." I said to her.

"Or we just haven't wanted to feel anything." Chase said to her, exactly. We all had our reasons.

"I'm not much of a crier, actually." Alex said to us all.

"If we're going to have a crying session, I don't want to be here for it." I said before going to find Nico. I found her and we overheard the talk of Molly's Quinceanera.

"We're doing it." Nico said to her.

"Nico?" Molly asked her.

"Hey, you're back!" Chase said with a smile.

"Nico, you're ok." Karolina said with a smile.

"We've got money from the Strike team. Let's do something good with it." Nico said to us, let's party the night away.

"What? But- -Old Lace isn't here. We can't have a party without Old Lace." Molly said to us, we'll have two parties.

"We'll have another one when she gets back." Gert said to her, that was a promise.

"Which she will." Chase said with a smile.

"Come on, Mols. We all need this." Karolina said to her with a smile. Molly wiped her tears away.

"A quinceanera? Really?" Molly asked, the next day we all went shopping for dresses. Once Molly found the perfect dress we were off to find her some heels and a tiara. "We need to find some music for the waltz." Molly said to us as we went into a vinyl store.

"I'm not sure how much waltzing you're gonna do in those heels." Gert said to her with a smile.

"They're for the changing of the shoes- -when you take off your flat on3s and put on your high heels." Molly said before Karolina went behind her.

"And go from a girl...to a woman." Karolina said making us all smile.

"Or from a subject to object." Gert said killing the mood.

"And for the shoes, you dance with your chambelane." Molly said to us, who was that?

"With your who?" Nico asked her confusedly.

"It's like your escort." Molly said to us, who was she gonna dance with.

"Have you thought about who it's gonna be yet?" Karolina asked her, well she has two options.

"Guess it has to be between Chase and Alex?" Gert asked her.

"Hmm. Or me. I've got moves." Nico said making me smile.

"I assumed Molly wanted to go heteronormative on this one." Gert said to Nico.

"Don't worry we can have a dance together." I said to Nico with a smile.

"I'm taking you up on that offer." Nico said to me with a smile.

"I haven't decided yet. Stop pressuring me." Molly said to Gert with a smile.

"Don't even think about looking in these." Chase said as him and Alex found us.

"I would never. That would ruin it. Ok, everyone, find me some music." Molly said as we began searching.

"Oh, um...you mean music as in, like, we're talkin' about dancin'?" Alex asked, he was definitely out of the running.

"Traditionally what people dance to." Nico said to him.

"'Cause I dont dance. Little light flossing maybe, but nothing in public." Alex said to us, so he dances in private. Interesting.

"So you floss in private?" Nico asked making me laugh.

"I, on the other hand, am quite graceful on the dance floor. Coach Alphona made us take ballroom dancing to strengthen the lower body and increase flexibility." Chase said to us all.

"He's very committed to dancing so we need to stock up on all the protein powder nearby just in case." I said making Chase smile at me.

"Chase? Would you like to be my chambelane for my quinceanera?" Molly asked making me smile.

"Molly, I'd be honored." He said before they both hugged.

"Thanks." She said to him.

"Ok, what's a chambelon?" Chase asked making Molly laugh.

"Hey! Karolina! We need you over here! It's v-important." Gert said before we saw Karolina walk away from us. When we got home we started getting Molly ready.

"Ok. Now open." Nico said and Molly opened her eyes.

"It feels weird." Molly said to us with a smile.

"You look beautiful." I said to her with a smile.

"You look stunning." Nico said to her with a smile.

"And check out this curl." Karolina said after taking the curling iron off her hair.

"Molly, don't listen to these girls. They're like drug dealers. Repeat after me: 'I cannot be improved upon'." Gert said making the three of us laugh. "Hey, say it! Loud!" Gert shouted.

"I cannot be improved upon!" We all said together. After that we all went to get changed.

I was honestly wondering how Chase was gonna look. I got my hair done and then got ready to go and dance. Chase wheeled out the sno-balls tower and she blew out the candle. We all did speeches before Molly and Chase started dancing. If only we could stay in this moment. Chase and I danced together before me and Nico had our dance. After I went to see where Chase was.

"Hey, are you ok?" I asked him, he put his coat on.

"I'm leaving." He said to me.

"But you can't. You can't leave me. You can't leave us, you made a promise." I said to him, he started to come closer.

"I know I made a promise but my dad's sick. I have to be there." He said to me, he hugged me.

"I can't believe your leaving us. Leaving me." I said to him before I hugged him I started to break down in his arms. He stayed with me for a minute before he left into the main room. I just sat on the ground and cried. He was gone and he was never coming back to us.
