It show David, Zemo and Team RWBY walking down the halls of the ruin of division nine Blake see cracked window of the containment room they just past.

Blake: "What happened here"

David: "Winter Soldiers if they lose control or don't follow order by their leader or even attacked them they will be locked up there so they can be contained until they regain control of them again."

Weiss: "And how do you know that"

Zemo: "Trust the Captain he know everything that he see's"

As the group was moving along it show Neo poking her head out seeing David moving slowly with his shield up as Neo remember her and Victor talks.

Flashback

Neo: 'If they come in can I kill the Captain'

Victor: "You may but if you don't they problay look for me as they might send the others chasing after you. So if you see the Captain kill him...."

End of Flashback

As David could enter where the chambers of where the Winter Soldiers are being kept David stop moving as he heard a noise in the background as Zemo looked at him confused as David recognized the footstep noise as he speak out loud.

David: "So you are here trying to kill me is that it... Neo?"

Neo came out of hiding as she rested her umbrella behind her shoulder as everyone got their weapons ready as David put his hand up Zemo see's what David is doing as he told him.

Zemo: "David what are you doing?"

David: "Dealing something in the past. So Neo are we going to stand here all day or are we going to fight?"

Neo later glare as she came first attacking David as he raised his shield blocking Neo attacks until David later ram Neo wit his shield sending to the floor as she quickly got up as David got ready as the two start running at each other.

David was later kick to the ground as a Blade came out of Neo umbrella as she point at David as she tried to stabbed David with it but fails as he continued to block it with his shield not till he smacked it away from Neo hand as David punch her making her stumble back as David got into defense stand with his shield.

Neo: 'I thought you were more than just her shield'

Neo show her message to David as he grabbed his shield getting out of his arm as he place it on his back as David stared at her as he replied to Neo text.

David: "Let find out..."

Zemo: "Kick her ass David!"

The two got ready as Neo came charging at David as he was able block of Neo hits and kicks not till one punch got him off guard as David later hit Neo away from him. Recovering from that hit Neo grabbed her umbrella and swing at it trying to cut David not till grabbed the umbrella and later yanked it out of her hand.

Losing the umbrella to David was bad as Neo see David toss it to the side as Yang picked it up as Neo tired to kick David he used his foot making Neo putting her leg back to the ground as David ran up to Neo tackling her to the ground making the two break open the chambers of the Winter Soldiers as David punch Neo making her knocked out cold.

Yang: "Damn didn't know you will do that Uncle...."

David: "Yeah anyway take her back to your guys transport so she can be locked up with the others while me, Zemo and Ruby look around here finding Victor."

Yang nod her head as she picked her up as Weiss and Blake followed Yang as they take Neo back to the transport so they can locked up Victor and her for good. As the three left David, Zemo and Ruby look around.

As they see the Cryo pods not opened David and Zemo slowly walked up as Victor voice speak up through the mic alerting the three.

Victor: "If there is any comfort they died in their sleep."

Zemo walked up to one Cryo pod see a bullet hole from the window as it show the Winter Soldier in the pod dead as Zemo have his weapon up still not sure of what is going on.

Victor: "Did you really think I wanted more of you?"

Zemo: "What the hell is going on?"

Victor: "I'm grateful to them, though they brought you here"

It show a light turn on as it show Zemo behind a glass and wall as David see this as he threw his shield making it hit the wall as it came back to David as Ruby point her scythe to it.

Victor: "Please Captain division nine built this to width stance a launch blast of UR-100 rockets."

David: "You killed innocent people in Atlas just to bring us here why?"

Victor: "I've thought about it nothing else for over a year. I studied you, I followed you. But now that you are standing here I just realized there a bit of red in the silver of your eye's."

David: "You are a American... why are you doing this?"

Victor: "It has nothing to do with our country Captain it has something that you did something in the past and I'm here because I made a promise."

David: "You lost someone during the War?"

Victor: "No..... I lost everybody that you took away from me."

Victor then play the tape as it show a little TV screen show the footage of the security camera of the Hotel in the past as David and Ruby look at it.

Victor: "An empire toppled by its enemies can rise again. But one which crumble from within that dead."

Ruby: "Dad what is this?"

David didn't say nothing as Zemo stood in the background not saying nothing but look to David with fear in his eyes as Ruby watch a figure arm came bursting out of the wall killing two guards as Ruby see a Winter Soldier killing guards with his SMG as he jump over a railing of the Balcony killing the VIP guards and then walking up to the VIP and choking him to death.

Ruby watch this in horror as David look to ground in shame for Victor letting Ruby see the footage of him as the Winter Soldier. After it show the Winter Soldier finished killing guards and the VIP Ruby see a family in the corner of the room trying to get in their room as the Mother was struggling to find the keys as the two kids see the Winter Soldier in fear as it start walking towards them.

Kid 1: "Mom I'm scared"

Mother: "Everything is going to be okay sweetie"

Kid 2: "Please we won't tell anyone I promise Mister"

The Winter soldier pull out Fort 12 pistol and shot the family cold blood as Ruby was shock in horror as tear rolled down from her cheek as she see Zemo in the recording with his masked off looking at the Winter Soldier who shot the family as Zemo pointed it out the mother is still alive.

As Ruby saw the Masked Winter Soldier picked the mother up by her hair he started punching her in the face repeatly as the mother body stop moving as blood splatter on the man masked Zemo walked up to him as he begin removing his mask as Ruby see the Winter Soldier remove his mask her eye's widen with tears in her eye's not wanting believe something is true.

Ruby look at David as he was looking down to the ground not wanting to see Ruby his past as she saw the truth on her own eyes....... David was the Winter Soldier.

It show David walk up to the camera in the hotel as he point his pistol at it shooting it so no one can see that as the video came to the end Ruby looked down on the ground with her hair covering her face as David tried to explain to his daughter.

David: "Ruby wait before you say anything let me explain."

Ruby: "Is that you?......"

David: "Ruby that wasn't us we were-"

Ruby: "I want the Truth!.......  was it you?......."

David: "........Yes......."

Ruby slowly look up to David as tears were rolling down her cheek as she look at David in angry for the thing he did in the past as she figure out about her father dark secret  that he was a killer.

Ruby then took a deep breath as she gripped her crescent rose tight as she then whack David away from her as Zemo point his weapon at Ruby  as she knows that she is facing the two Winter Soldiers.

Meanwhile in the ???? location

It show the Ghost of Knight Arthur looking around Earth and Remnant seeing People of Earth want the Knights free as U.S Government is pressuring Atlas to free them or else they will free them by force.

Knight Arthur: "How can this Civil War get this worse...."

Knight James: "You know after the war I thought things will be go to normal but seeing this seeing our Grandchild fight our Grand daughter it felt heartbreaking to see them two fight"

Knight Arthur: "Yes indeed it is heartbreaking but I feeling that  something bad going to happened after Ruby found out the truth of David past....."

Knight James: "Yeah I have the same feeling too...."
