It show David walking out of parking lot wearing his gear as he have a Captain America helmet on his head while wearing his volume one suit as David see the Helicopter on the landing pad David start to run there until it was shot making it disabled as it show 3 Atlas Transport flying above David as Ruby used her semblance and landing on the ground as Yang landed right next to her half sister.

Ruby: "Wow it really weird to run in people in the airport don't you think it weird Yang?"

Yang: "Defiantly weird."

David: "Hear me out Ruby that doctor he behind all of this"

After saying that Blake came out of cover wearing he Volume 8 uniform as she stand few feet away from David.

Blake: "Captain"

David: "Blake.."

Ruby: "Anyway Dad Ironwood give me 36 hours to bring you in that was 24 hours ago can you just surrender.."

David: "You after a wrong guy."

After saying that the Ace ops with Winter came behind Ruby as Clover spoke up pointing at David 

Clover: "Your judgement is askew your war buddy killed a lot of innocent people yesterday."

David: "And there five more just like him I can't let the doctor find them guys come on"

Summer: "David"

It show Summer as Qrow and Tai stand right next to Summer as Team JNR is with then with their weapons out as Summer took couple steps forward.

Summer: "You know what about to happened do you really want to punch you way out."

After saying that Yang look at Ruby as she sighed looking at David.

Ruby: "Okay I lost patience's Harriet.."

Harriet then used her semblance cuffing David arms together as she took David shield away from him as she stand right next to Ruby while she chuckled at the Knight.

Harriet: "All to easy..." 

David: "You been busy Ruby"

Ruby: "And you are being a complete idiot Dad dragging in Uncle Ramirez and the others in I'm trying to keep- *sigh* I'm trying to keep you from tearing us apart."

David: "You guys did that when you signed.."

Ruby: *Groans in frustration* "You are going to turn in Zemo or you're going to come with us now before Ironwood send a Soldiers with no compunction about being impolite Dad!"

David then look to the side as Ruby look at her father wanting to know his choice is as David earpiece came alive.

Drake on the Radio: "We found it the quinjet is in hanger five north runway"

David raised his arms in the air as Michael shot the cuffs off of David hand as Ruby turn around looking to see who shot the cuff off.

Meanwhile with the two Snipers

Ramirez: "Nice shot Jarhead"

Michael: "Thanks Knight"

Back to David

David: "Alright Louis"

Louis slowly sneaking up to Harriet as Blake ears picked up hearing footstep as she spoke up.

Blake: "Harriet something is-"

Harriet: "AH!"

Harriet was later kick from Louis as she let go of David shield as Louis show himself as he turn off his invisibility suit off as he give the shield to David.

Louis: "I believe this is your Captain America"

Ruby: "Ren what how many we got"

Ren: "We got four in parking deck then we got Team Phoenix moving and- YANG WATCH OUT!!"

Yang turn around only to be knocked few back as Nick came flying around in his Iron Man suit as he radio to David

Nick: "David Zemo is with Shadow Squad"

David: "Roger that"

After seeing Yang getting knocked back into the floor Winter then turn around see in the terminal that Zemo and the Shadow Squad running.

Winter: "Zemo is in terminal"

Harriet: "I'm on it"

As Harriet run off David threw his shield as it Elm knocked his shield away with her sledgehammer.

Elm: "Is that all you got Knight?"

David didn't say anything but he kick up the shield that was right next to him as he start to smirk.

David: "Oh yeah I think he ready for you..."

Elm got confused as she turn around to see a truck was thrown at her as she was hit by it sending her few feet's away from the rest of the hunters as Razor stands there cracking his knuckles as William and Team Omega go in charging.

Winter: "Marrow help Harriet with Zemo we will take of thing here."

As Yang was fighting Nick he was missing Yang attacks as he dodge them and look at his daughter.

Nick: "Yang stop you guy's are making a mistake here."

Yang: "Why should I think we are making a mistake the only mistake I have made is listening to your lies."

Back to Harriet

As Harriet was about to enter the terminal she was grabbed by the back of her collar and later tossed away from the entrance as it show David there stopping Harriet coming close to Zemo as she glare at the Knight.

Harriet: "Oh I be waiting for Round 2"

David: "Well let see about that"

Harriet came at David hard as she punch David shield five times as he kick away her away from him as David and Harriet started fighting 

Meanwhile with Zemo

As it show Shadow Squad and Zemo running Marcus suddenly froze as Roze stop running and look at her teammate.

Roze: "Marcus what the hell are you stopping"

Marcus: "I can't move mine body!"

While Marcus struggle to move his body Velikan looked around only to see a weapon being throw like a boom ring as it Velikan was hit by it as Roze grabbed her pistol and started firing at Marrow as his weapon came back to him as he deflect Roze shot. 

After seeing Marrow blocked her bullets Roze then pulled out a pocket knife and charged at Marrow as the two fight while Zemo rush in to help Roze as she was kick away from Marrow he looked up see Zemo fist coming at him as he grabbed his fist struggle to push it back.

Marrow: "Man I didn't think you will hit that hard!"

As Marcus was able to move his body slowly he begin moving his feet at Marrow as he tackled him off of Zemo as Marrow struggle to get Marcus off of him.

Back to the airport

It show Luke pulled up in his War Machine suit as Dunn and Jason were fighting Qrow and Drake helping William and Louis fighting off JNR and Tai as Luke face Summer while pulling a shock baton out of his back.

Luke: "Sorry Summer but this won't kill you but it won't tickle either"

 Luke then charged at Summer as she was able to deflect Luke baton as Razor and Elm clashed at each other as she used her Aura root on her feet so she can able hold her ground against Razor.

Razor: "Give up now!"

Before Razor could do anything a black ribbon wrapped around his arm as he turn around to see his daughter Blake pulling him back as Elm headbutted Razor back making him stumble back.

Blake: "Are you okay?"

Elm: "I'm fine I was getting warmed up"

As Razor recover from the hit he looked at his daughter and the ace ops clutching his Robotic hand and his regular hand in angry he charged at the two as Blake and Elm ran toward Razor.

While fighting the Knights Winter see a red dot on her as she quickly dodge it knowing that was Ramirez sniper as it show him in cover by the crates loading his new bullet before Winter could move something wrapped around her neck and later threw her to the ground as she turn around and see Sarah there.

Sarah: "Don't make things difficult Winter"

Winter didn't say nothing but charged at her aunt as Sarah grabbed her two baton out of her back holster and begin blocking Winter attack. Seeing Sarah fight Ramirez took aim with his sniper as Weiss shot one ice right to his side missing him as he turn around shooting at his second daughter. 

Ramirez: "Weiss please listen we are not the bad guys we need to stop what the doctor is doing"

Weiss: "I will never hear you lies again father..."

As Weiss charged at him Ramirez load something in his wrist as he point at Weiss shooting at tripping cable making it warp around Weiss body as she crashed to the floor as Sarah did the same thing to Winter as the two sister look at the twins who were looking at them.

Ramirez: "Sorry...."

Back to David 

It show David going toe to toe against Harriet as she tries to knock David out only to be block by his shield David then uppercut her and then jump kicking her away as Alex came in holding something as he give it to David.

Alex: "Cap catch"

David: "What this?"

Alex: "Just throw it!"

David later throw it revealing that it was a grenade as Elm was knocked back to the floor as she was about to get it a grenade land right next to her as it was right next to the gas truck.

Elm: "OH COME ON!!-"

BOOM!!

This stun Team Hunters as the other begin to regroup to David as Alex begin telling him that it was necessary to do it while running to the quinjet Zemo and Shadow squad joined up with the rest as David was leading the group.

David: "Come on Knights we are almost there!"

Michael: "That a nice plane there!"

Knight Nick: "Thanks!"

As they were about to continued running David and the other stop as a laser was shot in front of them as David looked up only to see Penny in the air flying .

Penny: "Captain Knight. I know you believe what you're doing is right but for the collective good you must surrender now." 

As Penny land RWBY came in standing in the middle as JNR stand at the right side as the Ace ops stand on the left side while Summer and the few members Team STRQ is there looking at the Knights.

While in Team Knight side it show Phoenix, Shadow and Omega squad ready their weapons as Team MARN were looking at each other then at the Hunters as William and Louis stand together with Knight Nick, Sarah, Ramirez and Razor as Zemo stand right next to David as he was in the middle looking at his daughter Ruby.

Knight Nick: "What your call Cap?"

David: "We Fight....."

Sarah: "This is gonna end well"

David slowly took the first step as everyone in the Knights side follow David as Ruby did the same thing as everyone in the Hunter side were slowly walking at the Knights as David and the others begin to slowly to jog.

Jaune: "They are not stopping!"

Summer: "Neither are we"

As the two side begin to run at each other Knight Nick and Luke begin fly as Yang shot her gauntlet to the ground boosting her up as she face Knight Nick in the air as Team MARN fixed their weapon with bayonets' as they were running as Alex screamed out.

Alex: "LET GIVE THEM HELL!!"

As the two side came closer Ruby jumped in air bring her weapon down at David as he raised his shield blocking Ruby attack as Blake attack Razor Knight Nick and Yang being fighting each other as everyone started picking one target at one other. as the airport became battleground between Team Knight and Team Hunter in this Civil War.

Meanwhile 

Atlas News Report: "So Lisa what you got for us today"

Lisa: "I'm here today at the Earth and Atlas airport as a big battle going on"

Atlas News Reporter: "Can you show us in the bullhead that you are in?"

The Camera begin to pointed the camera to the ground as People in Remnant couldn't believe that our heroes' is fighting one at the other.

Back to the Field 

David was blocking Ruby attacks as he punch her in the face and then whack her with the shield as this send her off. While Razor quickly punch Blake with his metal hand as the two fight as Knight Nick was fighting Yang as she hit Nick in the face as he kneed her in the stomach then punch in the face as Sarah then throw Winter to the ground while Weiss tries to dodge Ramirez sniping as he was firing his sniper at her.

William pull his sword out blocking Jaune strikes as the two fight while Louis and Zemo deal with Nora and Ren while Team MARN and the three squads were fighting the Ace Ops, Penny and Team STRQ.

Then it show Michael fighting Ruby as he pinned Ruby on the floor with his shield as he look at Ruby.

Michael: "We're still friend right?"

Ruby: "Depends"

Razor then got a hold of his daughter sword and arms as Blake struggle to free her self as she glare at Razor.

Razor: "Blake Zemo didn't kill all those people"

Blake: "Then why did he run!"

Blake then slowly free herself as Razor throw two couple of punches as Blake grabbed Razor right arm making them roll on the floor as Blake stand Razor up as she kick him to the boxes. Before she could cuff Razor she was later tazed as it show Sarah holding up her arm showing her the wristband that she shocked Blake.

Sarah: "You were pulling your punches"

Razor: "Yeah, yeah"

Meanwhile

It show David and Zemo got behind cover as Zemo looked at David as the battle was going on.

Zemo: "We got to go that guy is properly on Earth by now."

David: "We got to draw out the flyers I take Penny and you get to the jet."

Knight Nick on the radio: "No you get to the jet both of you"

As Knight Nick was flying around being chased by Penny Ramirez slide on the floor shooting at his daughter Weiss who was glyphs herself to dodge Ramirez bullets.

Marine Nick on the radio: "Not everyone is not getting out here Captain" *take cover and fire back*

Ramirez on the radio: "As much I hate to admit it some of us if we're going to win this one some of us have to lose it"

Knight Nick on the radio: "This isn't the real fight David"

David look back Zemo as he answer the radio.

David: "Alright Nick what the play?"

Knight Nick on the radio: "We need a distraction something big" *fly under the walkway to the plane as Yang was chasing him"

Dunn on the radio: "I got something big but I can't hold it very long on my signal run like hell but if I tear myself in half don't come back for me."

Zemo: "He going tear himself in half?"

David: "You sure about this Dunn?"

Dunn on the radio: "Yeah I did once in the lab but I passed out as Nick was very impressed of what I did"

As it show Dunn running across the field he see Penny flying chasing Luke as he take a couple deep breath as he jump grabbing Penny leg as she look at Dunn he quickly slide his device on his arm as he took one deep breath before pressing the button.

Once pressing the button Dunn got huge as he grabbed Penny on the foot as everyone one the field look at Dunn as Ruby was shocked and screamed out.

Ruby: "HOLY SHIT!!"

David/Summer: "Language!!"

Dunn: "Hahaha this is awesome!"

Penny: "Okay Dunn is big now he big now"

David: "I guess that the signal"

Knight Nick: "Way to go Dunn I can't believe that work!"

 As Dunn was about to throw Penny away Ruby look at Dunn as she yelled out.

Ruby: "Give me back my friend!"

Ryan then tackle Ruby to the ground as Dunn tossed Penny away as Vines extend his arms grabbing Penny and throwing her back to the fight as the rest of the Knights were keeping every Hunters away from David and Zemo as the two run to the quinjet.

As Harriet see David and Zemo running away to the quinjet see tries to stop them but was suddenly stop as Dunn place his foot in front of her.

Dunn: "You want to get to them you have to get through me!"

Harriet begin to run away from Dunn foot as he destroy couple of boxes with his foot as Harriet was crawling back slowly seeing Dunn was about to grabbed her not till Yang was firing at Dunn making him stumble back as Clover and Qrow tries to bring Dunn down.

As Luke was firing a sonic beam at Elm she quickly hit Luke to the package car as he points all of his guns from his suit.

He begin firing bullets and rockets at Elm as she was able to dodge all that as Luke ran out of bullets as he got rid of the empty mag from his suit Elm swing her hammer at Luke as he flew up.

Luke: "WOAH!"

Penny knocked out William as she turn and look see David and Zemo running to the quinjet as she see the control tower right next to the hanger as she got her sword together and fire the beam cutting the tower in half as the tower were falling David and Zemo was able to get across before the tower hit the ground.

After making it through David see Summer there looking at him as Zemo and him got ready to right as she raised her hand.

Summer: "You are not going to stop aren't you David"

David: "You know I can't"

Summer: "I might going to regret this but go"

David nod his head as the two begin to run in the quinjet as David got in the pilot seat starting the quinjet.

Back to field

Michael: "Crap we are going to lose this one"

Ramirez: "Get of here Jarheads we got you cover don't worry the general won't mind if you guys leave just go we will handle this!"

As the marines want to help the Knights they can't as they fear that they will be put in the cell so what they did is that they call in their cars as their cars came in the airport with them getting in their own cars and drove off not wanting to get captured.

(Alpha: "Thanks Tom for not letting my Marines getting captured)

Me: "No problem buddy)

It show David in the quinjet using the machine gun clearing any debris as he and Zemo flew out of the hanger as Yang see the quinjet leaving the airport she got on one of Atlas bullheads and flew after them not till Nick and Luke flew after Yang transport 

Knight Nick on the radio: "David we're on your six's just behind Yang bullhead we will take care of it"

David: "Copy"

As Luke fires rockets off his shoulder of his suit making it hit around the transport trying to slow it down as Winter look up in sky seeing Luke and Nick trying to slow down Yang transport as she turn to Penny.

Winter: "Penny take down the War Machine"

RWBY/JNR/STQ: "WHAT!"

Penny: "You want me shoot down Luke??"

Winter: "Do it now Penny"

Ruby: "Penny don't it will kill him or worse"

Penny didn't listen but follow Winter order as she charged up the beam and shot it as the beam hit the chest of the suit making it disabled as Luke begin to fall down as Nick look and see Luke falling

Nick: "Luke?"

Yang see this as she order the transport to follow Nick and the falling Luke.

Luke: "Captain I'm flying like dead stick" *Gasping air*

Luke continued falling as Nick tries to catch him as Luke slowly close his eyes while trying to breath while he was falling from the air as Nick yelled out.

Nick: "LUKE!!!"

As Luke finally crash landed Nick land first as he rush to Luke side with him removing his helmet as Nick remove Luke faceplate as it show Luke not opening his eyes as Nick place his hand on Luke neck as he scanned vitals it show Nick that it show a heartbeat knowing Luke is alive but hurt badly.

As the transport came to land Yang stop herself and cover her mouth and see what they have done as Nick was holding Luke as the other in the Airport as Ruby and the other Hunter begin arresting the Knights as Ruby join Yang and see Luke on the floor as Nick holding him with tears in his eye's.

As Ruby look away not wanting to feel the guilty of what they done as Nick spoke to Ruby while still holding Luke.

Nick: "You choose the wrong side Ruby......"

Ruby: "I'm sorry...... Nick"

Nick: "No.......
