Claire thought about it: in terms of Mary's Mum, I don't think you have to worry too much according to Mary my mum actually respects you for throwing away and someone else's house apparently that's something she did when she was our age and in terms of Darcy's mum I think she's 50-50. She knows that you got arrested but she knows it was for a friend, so she may like and dislike you in certain ways

Well, I guess that's something at least I'm in the good books with one I guess and the other is on the fence about me so they won't be too strict with me hopefully: OK well that's good to know... Is there any chance like a small my new chance that I could get on your mother's good side?

That is a good question. I need to find a time period where I am free and she's free where there's no chance of a troll hunting mission so it has to be during the daytime. I mean it just makes it less likely that something is going to happen while the suns up compared to what would happen if the Sun is down.

I just shrug: I don't know, but I'll figure something out until then. I hate to ask guys but at least for while until I can get into my new babysitters books, I might need to cut back on troll hunting at least until I get there trust a bit more

A little while later

Fairy I think I'm not really sure it was dark and I was still a bit woozy, but I do remember green lights that lit up on her body. I nod confused after everything I just said that's the part that got him stumped: yeah why is that something important?

I just go along with it partly because I have no clue what's going on until he gaps.

Blinky shocked as he puts me back on the ground: impossible I thought it was merely a legend

He goes over to his desk and brings out a broken mirror that he probably found in the garbage and gives it to me and that's when I see it on left side of my neck. There is a mark in the shape of a sun. It's almost like a tattoo and it definitely wasn't there yesterday.

I'm still completely confused: what...? I don't have a tattoo where did this come from?

Blinky: it is the mark of the knight of light in a version of the story that my mother would tell me and my brother when we were young it was said that the night of light would bear a mark along with his three sorceresses that represented the element that they were the night of light was obviously light and it appears master gym you have the mark and I can't believe I'm actually saying this but I think you are the knight of light the one from the legends

It was said that they did battle alongside the dragon conqueror the first human to ever ride a dragon moreover it was a night fury the fierce of all of them they faced against Titan dragons such as the red death as well as the evil king of dragons however in that battle it is sad that this great warrior was frozen in a glacier frozen in thyme, unable to move or to age the point where they are now known as the warrior out of time but I always thought it was a story. I never thought for a moment that it would've been true.

Okay so there is a Viking somewhere that needs to be released from an ancient glacier that could be anywhere in the world... Great: this fairy or whatever it was told me to find the others as well as the warrior from out of time, and then to find her... But how would we find the other sorcerers? They could be anyone in the world?

Blinky shook his head: no mass gym that is not correct. If what you're saying is true and this person gave you the magic needed to become the night of light. It stands to reason that whoever this wide would make sure that you are sorceresses with someone close by so the chances are your three sorceresses are already in Arcadia in terms of locating them we were just need to find three people with a mark similar to yours on their neck. if I am remembering the legend correctly, it is said that there was one sorcerer of darkness another of fire and finally one of ice.

OK so we've narrowed it down to everyone in Arcadia still a pretty big search net but I suppose that something but why was I chosen to be the night of light? I mean I get it. I'm the Trollhunters me the legend never specify whether the knight of light was going to be a human or a troll. Why did whoever that was wait for me to be the Trollhunters? It just doesn't make any sense. What's so special about me besides being the only Trollhunters human

Me and Blinky wanted to talk about it more but then back dweller came in saying that Claire and Toby were in trouble. We went to the heroes forged and everything was gone haywire they're both in trouble so I suit up and help them and then I have to manually shut down switch I managed to get there, but that's when things get weird

When I turned back around everyone else was gone and I was left in the forge, but it wasn't exactly the forge. It was darker and the only source of light with these strange star things on the ceiling and then there was the whispers and glowing balls of energy that started to attack me which was getting annoying and Then suddenly out of nowhere some ghost patrol attacked me. I managed to dodge but this was getting ridiculous.

I demand: okay fun is over now tell me who you are and where I am

The voice introduces itself: I am Kanjigar Courageous the previous troll hunter before you

Can't tell if he's lying then again I can't even tell if this guy is here is it possible he's a ghost

I don't remove my blade: excuse me if I don't believe you but where am I and follow-up didn't Kanjigar die

I'm flattered by the praise and judging by my surroundings and the whispering voices along with the fact that their kanji gar doesn't appear to have a presence in the room what he says it must be true

Of course, why wouldn't the Trollhunter Of the past feel any different, they spent millennia protecting both our worlds and I'm planning to risk it all just to save a baby

I speak directly and I let my mind be known: look I get it it's a dangerous mission but honestly is this all there is to the troll-hunting job

Kanjigar sounded confused: what do you mean boy?

I explain my perspective of the troll-hunting job: Look I'm not trying to disrespect any of you but are you tired of just always being on the defensive I mean this can't last forever so I was able to stop the bridge from being open now but Hussein another thousand of years or so the changelings will try again and the Trollhunter of that period won't be able to stop them.

The whispers of The past Trollhunters echo throughout my years some agreed with me others just thought I was crazy can't say I blame them so far as they know the defence strategy as always Work

I continue to explain: Look I'm not trying to say that what you guys haven't done in your past time as Trollhunters haven't been heroic but The thing is eventually one way or another I think Gunmar will be let out one way or another so why don't we just take this one chance to kill him. This time he's on the defensive and not us

There were no whispers no voice of Kanjigar they were all quiet they wouldn't even whisper monkey cells or maybe they could communicate with their minds or something I didn't know whether or not the silence meant they were agreeing with me or they just thought I was crazy

Kanjigar spoke up: we do not completely agree with your idealism and killing the gum King but we do agree with you that It is a possibility that he will get out one day, therefore, we will not get in your way of going into the dark lands but you must know that if you go in there the only way you're getting out is if you kill him and that sword that you carry even with its new weapons has never even once warned him you must find a way to kill that Demon on your own

I nod and then an embarrassing thought flushes to my mind: hold on you guys said you could see everything so does that mean you could see...?

Okay, that seems like a fair agreement, I nod and I feel a breath of energy floating around me and when I do I'm back in the hero's forge I can tell because everyone immediately rushed to me asking me questions about what happened. Explain to them everything that happened while I was in the void and that we needed to come up with a plan to find a way to kill Gunmar if we wanted to save Claire's baby brother the good news is with Strickler gone we have a much better chance of finding it however the plague doctor should still be a priority

Claire came over to me: Jim, are you sure you're okay?

I nod: yeah I promise I'm fin-

My thoughts were interrupted when I saw Claire's neck she had a mark a mark of the moon and the star wait don't tell me: Claire, your neck

She gasped so did everyone else when they saw it? Her mark started to glow and so did mine so Claire is one of my sorceresses... Wow I'll admit that I did not see that coming

After the defeat at the school, I had to go into hiding from the troll hunter and his companions. However, I plan to return but this time with a little gift something that has been killing Trollhunters for centuries angor rot The pale ladies champion The natural enemy of the Trollhunters

Otto Led me to his tomb and with the internal courier right now controlled him of course I was not doing this for revenge for Bular I was not doing this for a free gunman Anymore after the defeat at the bridge I began to realise what The dark under Lord promised us he does to restore my people's honour amongst trolls all he kept telling us is he sorted out when he was let out of his infernal prison.

That was an empty promise and I do not help empty promises however the bridge is still a danger and a priority that needs to be attended to now that Jim had the bridge he would most likely be going in to try to rescue Claire's brother and if he found the nursery of all the babies he'd want to save them all which would then be problematic for the Janice order and that will not be permitted to happen

I will unleash my undead assassin to kill the boy and if he does not succeed at the first ones I know something that Jim will hate even more than being killed me going out with his mother once again
