We then continue back to the scene as we see Arch-Lich twitching his fingers until he grabs his sword and lets out a laugh.

Arch-Lich: Mwahaha!!

Everyone then turns and sees the Arch-Lich floating in the air until he spoke up.

Arch-Lich: The time has come...The doorway to the World of Darkness is complete!

Ricca: Arch-Lich...!

(Y/N): Damn, this guy is persistent!

Iris: Ugh...So he wasn't dead yet! Fine, let's release the powers of the brooch and...

Arch-Lich: Foolish slaves of the Goddess...While we were fighting, I completed the doorway to the World of Darkness using the magic I exuded!

Ricca: What...!? Iris, can't we close the gate ourselves!?

Iris: We stopped the supply of magic...but we can only wait for it to close by itself...

Arch-Lich: Mwahaha...! I will enter the gate and head to the World of Darkness! I will release the Darkfiend Dragon that is sealed there, and have it consume you all! I will enter the land of God and obtain her body next! Mwahaha...! Hahahaha...!

And just like that, he slowly enters the portal while laughing.

Iris: ...

Ricca: ...

(Y/N): Hmph, that fool really thinks he has the last laugh, huh?

Ricca: Iris...(Y/N) and I are going to the World of Darkness. We'll finish off the Arch-Lich there once and for all...

Iris: The magic supply to the gate is already cut off, so the gate will eventually close. If you two don't defeat the Arch-Lich before then, you two won't be able to return to this world...

You then turn back to Ricca with a smile and gave a thumb up.

Next, you, Ricca, and Iris headed through the portal and headed to the other side.

Ricca: Arch-Lich...! This time, we'll cut you into pieces so you can never revive...Huh...? He's not here...?

The three of you looked around to see a bunch of floating stone platforms.

Ricca: Is this the World of Darkness...? It's a lot prettier than I imagined...

(Y/N): "World of Darkness" my ass, it's pretty freakin' bright.

The three of you then looked up to see a huge petrified dragon above you.

Ricca: That's...

Iris: The Darkfiend Dragon! Thank goodness, the seal hasn't been lifted yet...This whole space is filled with holy energy that's keeping the giant dragon sealed.

Ricca: That's the Darkfiend Dragon...? He looks like a hug snake...And there's something fuzzy cutting his head off halfway...

(Y/N): Huh, I can see some dark aura above it, too.

Iris: That's a giant gate...I sense a different wavelength than the gate Arch-Lich opened...Maybe his head is sealed in a separate dimension...

(Y/N): Wait, did you say "giant gate" just now?

Iris: Yes, what about it?

(Y/N): Well, if that dragon is big, isn't that portal looks small to fit in?

Iris: That's true...But we're talking about Arch-Lich. That crafty bastard probably has something up his sleeve. Look...There's another gate over there! I can feel Arch-Lich's wavelength from that one...

(Y/N): Yeah, I can sense it, too.

Ricca: Is he beyond that gate...? Let's hurry over!

-Mini Time Skip-

It took a long while to hop on each platform, climb up the petrified dragon, defeating monsters on the way, you, Iris, and Ricca arrived at the portal and went through it.

Upon arriving at the other side of the portal, the three of you fly your way down until you see Arch-Lich standing on the floating stone platform near the petrified dragon.

Arch-Lich: So the scar it sustained in the previous battle is still here...

Arch-Lich sensed your presence as the three of you landed down on the floating stone platform.

Arch-Lich: So you've come...I'm so glad you accepted my invitation!

(Y/N): You didn't give us the letters first before entering.

Iris: Hmph...So that's why you ran away laughing like that...

Arch-Lich: That's right, gnat. I tricked you into following me so I'd be able to kill you for sure.

Ricca: I have the power of all my allies flowing through my body...! You don't have the strength to defeat us!

Arch-Lich: Mwahaha...Do you think I tricked you into coming here just to be defeated so easily?! This time you don't just face me! It'll me and the Darkfiend Dragon, together!

(Y/N): I bet it's not gonna listen to you once you awaken it.

Arch-Lich: Just you wait! Reawaken, Darkfiend Dragon! Tear apart the servants of God that sealed you away, and use their magic to heal your scars!

The Arch-Lich yells and uses his magic. The entire area starts to shake as we see the giant magic swords pulling themselves out from the body of the Darkfiend Dragon.

Iris: Ah...! The magic sword seal...!

Ricca: The Darkfiend Dragon...is resurrecting...!? Make it stop, Arch-Lich!

Iris: This place is going...The holy power is sealing the Dragon must be weakening...!

Arch-Lich: Mwahahaha! Hahahaha!!!

All of you then see the Darkfiend Dragon slowly turning back to normal from being petrified.

Arch-Lich: MWAHAHAHA-!!!

(Y/N): SHUT THE FUCK UP!!

Iris: Oh, no...

Arch-Lich: Darkfiend Dragon, my loyal minion...Kill the holy knight who sealed me away along with that boy as well!!!

Unfortunately, the Darkfiend Dragon eats the Arch-Lich eaten alive.

Arch-Lich: AGYAAAAAHHHH!!!!

Iris: ...!

Ricca: The Darkfiend Dragon...swallowed Archlich...!?

(Y/N): Welp, that takes care of that.

Iris: Arch-Lich had the body of the holy knight who sealed the Darkfiend Dragon, so it's natural that the Dragon attacked him first...Hah, serves him right!

(Y/N): Let's not get ahead of ourselves now, 'cause we've got a big problem ahead of us!

You said until the Darkfiend Dragon lets out a monstrous roar at you three.

Ricca: Eeek!

(Y/N): Ugh, looks like its next meal is us!

Ricca: If this monster...were to get through the gate and come to our world...If the old holy knight was able to defeat him...then I can beat him with the power I've gained, too...!

(Y/N): Yeah. Let's all believe in the power of friendship in us.

Iris: The magic sword is drawn out of the Darkfiend Dragon's body...We might be able to use that to stop him!

Ricca: I got it! Iris, lend us your strength!

Iris: Of course...! This is our final battle!

(Y/N): All three of us!

That's when the Darkfiend Dragon starts attacking you, Iris, and Ricca.

Iris: The magic sealing sword is pierced into the ground...if I send my magic into it, I might be able to stop his movements!

(Y/N): That's good! However, I'm going to distract this guy while you two pick up the swords!

Ricca: That's a great idea!

Iris: Don't let it bite you, (Y/N)!

(Y/N): I know!

-Mini Time Skip-

It was a long battle as Ricca and Iris finally managed to pick up all the swords and throw them back to the Darkfiend Dragon while you were busy flying around, distracting and punching the crap out of it.

Ricca: It looks like it's working, but...Nngh...The magic energy...everyone gave me is...

Ricca was about to finish her sentence, the Darkfiend Dragon spat out blood from its mouth.

You saw it coming as you grabbed Ricca to avoid it.

(Y/N): Hey, watch where you're spitting at!

Ricca: Ugh gross...! He must be in real pain now!

Iris: One more blow...Can one of you pull through? I'll stab that magic sword in him right at the moment he flinches!

(Y/N): I'll do it! I'll knock it down with this fist!

You said with your right hand clenched. That's when you see the Darkfiend Dragon goes to chomp you three down, but the three of you dodged it.

(Y/N): Hey Dragon, I'm over here, you stupid!

You taunted as the dragon roared at you and went over to chomp you down.

You waited for the right moment as the dragon got close to you. You then smirked as you quickly got down and punched under its chin which staggered the dragon and was knocked back down.

(Y/N): Got him!

Ricca: Iris, do it now!!

Iris: Okay! Haaaaaaaagh!

Iris lets out a powerful yell as she starts to control the giant magic sword.

Iris: Why don't you take this!!

Iris then throws the magic sword to the Darkfiend Dragon's skin, not before you said...

(Y/N): Jackpot.

Once you said that, the magic sword directly stabs through the neck of the Darkfiend Dragon as the dragon roars in pain before its head collapses on one of the floating stone platforms.

That's when the whole dark space around you three reverted back to normal.

Ricca: He stopped moving...Did he...die...?

Iris: Phew...Looks like it.

(Y/N): Hahaha...heck yeah...!

Ricca: The sword's stuck in his wound...it looks painful...

(Y/N): Ugh, gives me goosebumps when you put it that way.

Ricca: Yeah...I wonder if this dragon was manipulated by Arch-Lich back when he fought the holy knight in the fairy tale...

Ricca then approaches the dragon and places her hand on it.

Ricca: If he was...I'm sorry I had to do that to you...

(Y/N): We did what we had to do to stop it. *Sigh* When that dragon got close to my face, it was really terrifying.

Iris: It must have tremendous magic energy if it could open a gate on its own. Arch-Lich was probably planning to come back to our world with the Dragon using that power. Come along, now. No use staying here any longer. The gate's magic is weakening, so we need to go through it before it closes.

Ricca: Okay!

(Y/N): Let's hurry now...

And just like that, the three of you flew your way to the exit portal.

Once the three of you went back to the portal, but to your shock, it didn't lead back to your own world.

Ricca: Huh...? Where's the gate that leads to our world!? Did it close already...!?

(Y/N): Dammit, we're too late!

Iris: No, we're not too late! I can sense light from far away...The gate must've been kicked away when the Darkfiend Dragon woke up. Let's hurry!

Ricca: Okay! We'll rush at it headlong!

(Y/N): I have a bad feeling about this...

You said feeling uneasy as you, Ricca, and Iris kept flying to the exit whilst attacking and dodging the monsters in the way.

After a few seconds later of flying to the exit portal, the Darkfiend Dragon appears underneath the clouds.

(Y/N): What?!

Ricca: The Darkfiend Dragon!? D-Didn't we defeated him!?

(Y/N): Oh, this is much worse than escaping out here alive!

Ricca: The Darkfiend Dragon's still alive...Ugh, where's the magic sealing sword...?

Iris: We don't have time to look for it. Watch out or you both will get eaten.

Ricca: B-But, if we don't defeat him here, he might follow us back to our world...

Ricca says in a worried voice until you grit your teeth and spoke up.

(Y/N): You two should go.

Both Ricca & Iris turned back to you in confusion.

Ricca: Huh? What do you mean by that?

Iris: Wait, you're not taking that dragon down by yourself, are you!?

A smile appears on your face until you said...

(Y/N): That's exactly what I'm doing.

Ricca and Iris were shocked at your response.

Ricca: (Y/N), no! Don't do that!

(Y/N): I know, but I need to kill it so I can buy you two some time to escape!

Iris: Don't you dare do it! (Y/N), don't even think of sacrificing yourself! I have an idea where we could escape!

(Y/N): Sorry, you two. Not sure if I could make it, but it's best for you two to head back.

Ricca: Shut up...! *Sniff* Just...auugh...just escape with us, dammit...!

Ricca says with tears in her eyes.

(Y/N): It'll be a quick while, just get out as quickly as you can!

You then fly in a different direction and yelled out.

(Y/N): HEY DRAGON!! FOLLOW ME!!

Ricca: (Y/N), noo!!!

(Y/N): Just go, you moron!!

That's when you see the Darkfiend Dragon going after you as you quickly fly away.

Ricca: I...I...!

Iris: Ngh...Let's get a move on!

Ricca: B-But...!

Iris: Now's not the time to argue! We need to go, now!

Ricca then looks back and sees that you were still chased by the Darkfiend Dragon.

Ricca: Grr....! (Y/N), YOU BETTER COME BACK TO US!!!

Ricca yelled as she continues to fly away back to the exit portal.

After flying for about a minute and a half, Iris and Ricca finally got through the exit portal.

Claret & Miria: Ricca!

Ricca: Whew...we made it...!

Ricca says out of exhaustion as she starts panting for breath.

Claret: I'm glad you two made it!

Ricca: huff...Yeah...huff...

Miria looks around and notices you weren't with Ricca and Iris.

Miria: Wait...where's (Y/N)...?

Iris: He...He stayed behind to go kill that dragon so he could buy us time.

Miria: What?!

Claret: Are you serious!?

Ricca: Yeah...but the portal isn't closed...! We shall wait for him to come back! We have to believe in hope!

Ricca says with a determined look on her face as she looked at the open portal in front of her.

Miria and Claret looked at each other and start praying for your return.

-With You-

Once you are far away enough for Ricca and Iris to escape, you then looked back to see the Darkfiend Dragon still chasing after you.

You then stopped in your tracks and waited for the dragon to show up.

(Y/N): Come on, you bastard! Show yourself in front of me!!

You yelled out for it as you waited for a few moments until you see the Darkfiend Dragon's body popping out underneath with its mouth open, ready to chomp down at you.

You then smirked as you pulled back your right fist with a white aura and yelled out...

(Y/N): DRAGON FIST!!!

You then launched your right fist towards the Darkfiend Dragon as it triggers an explosion of god energy in the form of a white, shining dragon.

The Darkfiend Dragon was caught off guard by this until the large white dragon obliterates through the Darkfiend Dragon's body as the white dragon god starts to wrap around the Darkfiend Dragon's body.

The Darkfiend Dragon tries to break free, but it was useless as the white dragon god completely demolishes the Darkfiend Dragon out of existence.

(Y/N): Heh, you won't be coming back from that attack. Go screw yourself, you stupid dragon.

You said with an accomplished smile on your face until you quickly fly back to where the exit portal was.

(Y/N): (I gotta hurry or else I won't make it in time!)

That's when you hear a familiar voice that is speaking to you around the area.

God: (Y/N). Are you there, my boy?

(Y/N): God? Is that you?

God: Yes. The exit portal is closing very soon if you don't make it out.

(Y/N): Yeah, I know. I have a feeling that I won't make it.

God: Is that so? I'll grant you a speed boost so you'll make it to the portal easily.

That's when you felt more god energy surging through you as you start to fly even faster.

(Y/N): Whoa, thanks!

God: You're welcome. Ricca and Iris made it through the portal safely.

(Y/N): That's good to hear.

God: And one more thing, once you finally make it through the exit portal, I'll be taking my powers back, understand?

(Y/N): Yeah. Besides, it feels really good to wield your powers, My Lord.

God: That's what I like to hear that. Now, head back to the portal quickly!

(Y/N): Roger that!

You said with a determined look as you quickly fly faster and faster until you see the portal.

(Y/N): I see it!

But then you also notice that the portal is getting a little smaller. You felt adrenaline rushing through you as the portal keeps getting smaller until you hear music from your head.

Claret: The portal's getting smaller!

Ricca says with her teeth gritting as everyone anxiously keeps watching the portal slowly close itself until they hear...

(Y/N): Time to leave them all behind...!!!

That's when everyone sees a familiar hand coming through the portal and they all see you finally got through the portal.

However, you felt the God energy instantly disappears inside of you and you start to brace yourself from the upcoming impact as your back hits the wall.

Everyone: Oooh!!

Everyone felt the painful impact on their backs.

(Y/N): Ough...my back...! Damn...my back...!

You said on the floor while writhing in pain as Ricca went up to your aid.

Ricca: (Y/N), are you okay?!

(Y/N): Does it...look like I'm okay...!?

Claret: H-Hold on, I'll heal you up!

Iris: Wait for me.

Both Iris and Claret start to heal your back until you felt no pain from your back as you let out a sigh of relief.

(Y/N): Ahh....that felt good!

You said with a relieved expression as Claret and Iris fully healed you up.

Miria: Are you feeling okay now?

(Y/N): Yup. Good as new.

You then stood back and dusted yourself off until Ricca immediately gives you a hug.

Ricca: Jeez, you really had us worried that you wouldn't come back!

(Y/N): Hey, at least I made it, right?

Ricca: You did...

(Y/N): Sometimes, we gotta take risky measures, and I'm really sorry for what I did back there.

Ricca: This wasn't the first you've done...and don't do that again...

(Y/N): Hahaha, I won't.

Ricca: You will do it again, you big dummy...

You then returned the hug back until you noticed that everyone was looking at you two with smiles on their faces.

(Y/N): Uh, you can let go now.

Ricca: No.

Everyone let out a small chuckle until Iris spoke up.

Iris: So...did you kill it? Did you kill the Darkfiend Dragon?

Everyone was waiting for your answer until a smirk appeared on your face and said...

(Y/N): Yeah. I freaking killed it.

Port Town Captain: And...how did you do it?

(Y/N): Well...I used a move called "Dragon Fist".

Claret: Dragon...Fist?

(Y/N): Yeah.

You then start to explain to everyone how you killed the Darkfiend Dragon using Dragon Fist.

(Y/N): ...And that's how I killed the Darfiend Dragon.

Everyone was in awe at what they had just heard.

Ricca: That's amazing!

Iris: I guess that dragon won't be coming back now?

(Y/N): Definitely. That dragon was really a big threat to humanity, so I did it for the previous holy knight who couldn't kill it.

Claret: That means it's not gonna be a problem anymore for everyone now.

(Y/N): Yeah.

Port Town Soldier A: Since everything is now, looks like all of us will go home safe and sound!

One of the port soldiers said with his spear raised in triumph as everyone raised their hands and said...

Everyone: Yeah!!

Everyone was applauding in victory until Miria sees something slowly appearing in the center of the room.

Miria; Everyone, look!

Everyone stopped as they all looked to see a blue portal appearing at the center of the room.

Claret: Is that a portal?

Iris: Wait, I thought it already closed itself a minute ago!

(Y/N): No, wait.

You then took a good close at what the other side of the portal was and to your shock...

(Y/N): That's...That's my home!

Miria: Your home?

(Y/N): Yeah. I think that's the portal of the 21st century, my own era.

Everyone (except Iris, Ricca, and Miria): Wait, what?!

Everyone was both shocked and confused at what you had just said.

(Y/N): Oh, yeah. Before I go, I have a confession to tell you all except for you three.

You said, pointing at Iris, Ricca, and Miria.

(Y/N): You see, I'm just some guy who is living in the 21st century of the future, trying to make a living. I lied about having no memories of waking up in this world, everything I told you all was just half-truths.

Port Town Soldier B: Then...does that mean you're...

Claret: ...a Time Traveler?

(Y/N): I'm no time traveler and I don't have any devices to travel back here to this era. I just simply got back home from school until I woke up by Ricca who found me laying at the hill of herbs back at the West Mountain Village.

Port Town Captain: Is it true, Ricca?

Ricca: It's true.

Port Town Soldier C: What about the whole "Traveling Companion" thing?

(Y/N): Well, that alias is because I've been here for two months of traveling together with Ricca and Iris to defeat the Arch-Lich, but now this portal arrived that leads to my home world into the future...My journey ends here and this is the part where we part ways.

You said and everyone was speechless while Ricca, Iris, and Miria were saddened at the sudden farewell.

Iris: Does that mean that you're not coming back here? Like...forever?

(Y/N): Yeah. This journey was truly fun, wasn't it? So much has happened, and we've got through a lot of stuff because of it. I swear...hehehe...these two months really were fun.

You said with a grateful smile as everyone started to tear up at your farewell words.

(Y/N): Now then, I'm gonna head back home. My family is really worried sick about my sudden disappearance for two months.

You were about to start entering through the portal back to your home world. You felt your right arm was grabbed by someone as you turned to see Ricca with her head down.

Ricca: Wait...

(Y/N): Hm? What's up?

Ricca: Didn't I say earlier ago that I wanted to say something to you after everything is over?

(Y/N): Oh yeah. What is that you wanted to tell me?

Ricca: I...I...

Ricca hesitated to speak up as she clenched her left fist until she looked at you with a serious face and said...

Ricca: I want to come with you!

Ricca's words surprised everyone.

Miria: Ricca...!?

Iris: That's out of nowhere.

Claret: Ricca, what the heck are you thinking?!

(Y/N): What? Why do you want to come with me?

Ricca: During our journey together in these past two months...I know that I tell Miria that I don't want her to leave me again...but...I feel like I'm more connected to you (Y/N)...that's why I...I love you, okay!? So, please...I want to come with you...or maybe you could stay here...that's okay!

Ricca confesses with tears in her eyes. You felt a little panicked at this as you looked at Miria as she gives you a smile and nods her head in approval.

(Y/N): Well...I shall accept your confession.

You said with a gentle smile on your face as Ricca looked up at you with a shocked look on her face and said...

Ricca: R-Really...?! Like, do you really mean it!?

(Y/N): Yeah. I've been looking out for you along with Iris for two months of this journey. I guess you'll come to my world, but first, you gotta say goodbye to Miria.

Claret: Ricca...(Y/N)...

Claret says your names until we see Miria approaching Ricca and starts speaking to her.

Miria: Ricca.

Ricca: Miria...I'm...I'm sorry...

Ricca says apologetically with her head down, but Miria gives her one last hug and says...

Miria: To think that you'd leave me behind here is really sad, but it's okay, I can accept it. You've grown Ricca and you've experienced a lot of things for two months with (Y/N) and Iris to defeat the Arch-Lich.

Ricca: Miria...

Ricca then hugs her sister back and starts crying.

Ricca: I'll...*sniff*...miss you...! *Sobs*

Miria: I know...I know...I'll miss you too...

The two sisters hugged each other for a few seconds before breaking apart until Miria then turned to you and said...

Miria: (Y/N), please take good care of my little sister. I may not be able to see my nephews or nieces in the future once you two are married in the 21st Century.

Ricca: M-Miria...!

Ricca says out of embarrassment as you let out a small chuckle.

(Y/N): Don't worry, I'll take good care of her.

Miria: *Nods* That's good to hear.

Miria says with a smile on her face as Ricca turned to Iris and spoke up to her.

Ricca: Iris...

Iris: Hm? What's up?

Ricca: What are you going to do now?

Iris: Well...head back to my village and tell God that we've accomplished the mission.

Ricca: I see. I'm gonna miss you, Iris...

Iris: Yeah, me too. It's just like (Y/N) said, these two months of our journey were really fun. You may be an idiot and all since the very beginning, but I'm now happy that you've changed, Ricca. Thanks for everything.

Ricca: No, thank you, Iris.

(Y/N): Alright, alright, everyone. Let's all give each other a goodbye hug.

You, Iris, Ricca, Claret, and Miria grouped up together and give each other a big hug as the five of you were hugging each other for about five seconds before letting go.

You and Ricca stepped up the stairs and held each other's hands. Both of you smiled and start to wave goodbye to Miria, Claret, Iris, and the soldiers.

Ricca & (Y/N): Goodbye Everyone!

All of them waved back until you and Ricca eventually entered the portal to the 21st century. The two of you then looked back to see everyone still waving goodbye. That's when Ricca sees Miria waving back with tears streaming down her face until Miria gives Ricca one last sweet smile until the portal to Ricca's world now fully closes.

(Y/N): So...are you really sure you're not regretting staying with me?

Ricca: No, not really. I've made my decision.

A smile appears on your face and you said...

(Y/N): Very well. I'm sure it's a little hard for you to get accustomed to the 21st century.

Ricca: Yeah, I know it's not easy, but I'll try.

(Y/N): Alright. Let's go to my house and meet my parents. I'm sure they'd be shocked to see me alive after disappearing for two months.

Ricca: And they would be shocked to see me that I came WAY back into the future.

(Y/N): Yeah. Come on, let's head in.

Ricca nods as the two of you entered the (L/N) residence.

And just like that, you returned back to your home world with Ricca who wants to come with you and start to learn to get accustomed to the 21st century, leaving Miria and the others behind in their world to do their own life.
