One month later

"Come on, Satine, just a few steps more and stop!" Obi Wan said. "What is it, Obi Wan?" Satine asked " You'll see" Obi Wan responded. He opened the door to their twins' nursery and took Satine's blindfold off. "Surprise!" Obi Wan exclaimed. Satine gasped and put her hands up to her mouth . "Oh my force, Obi!" She said as she turned around and hugged him.

"This...this looks amazing!" She said as she walked around the nursery. Half of the room was blue and the other pink. Both sides had cribs and the necessities. A wardrobe on each side gave them more than enough room to put all the baby clothes in. Each crib had a different stuffed animal, and each wall had a picture of the ultrasound results.

"How did you do this without me noticing?" Satine asked. Obi San smiled "Well, Anakin, Rex, Cody, and my father helped me with the room" Obi Wan said "And Padmé, Ahsoka, and my mother helped with you not even coming close to the room" He said. "So all these weeks when the four of us went on trips, it was to surprise me?" Obi Wan nodded. "Oh, Obi. Thank you!" She said as she put her arms around his neck, his belly between them.

Suddenly, they both felt both babies kick at the same time and they smiled. "See, they want to be with their papa" Satine said. "Obi Wan kneeled down and said "Soon, my little ones, soon" And he smiled. Suddenly, they heard a knock on the door and Obi Wan stood up. "That's probably my sister and parents" he said. "You go sit down, I'll open the door" Obi Wan said. "Alright, Obi" Satine answered.

Obi Wan walked to the door. He no longer needed the cane, but he still had a slight limp. He opened the door and smiled wide. "Mom! Dad! Madelyn!" He said as he embraced his parents and sister. "Obi! How are you son?" His father asked as they walked into the house.

"I'm fine" Obi Wan said. "And what about my daughter in law and my unborn grandchildren?" Asked his mother. "We're fine, thank you" Satine said as she embraced her mother in law. Obed walked up and embraced her as well, giving her a gentle kiss on the cheek. "You know, I don't know how my son ended up with such a nice, sweet, and beautiful woman like you, but I'm glad he did" he said.

Obi Wan rolled his eyes "My father, the comedian" Madelyn smiled "Ah yes, our father was born for comedy. I wonder why he didn't go to work in the Cantina as entertainment" Obed shook his head "I tried, but they already had a band, and there was no need for more entertainment" He then turned to Wanda "But I decided to settle down in Stewjon with this beautiful woman here, and I guess the life of a mechanic and a farmer were better" Wanda smiled "And of course, we then welcomed this little one into our lives and it was perfect" Obed said motioning to Obi Wan.

"Aww, dad" Madelyn said "That's so cute! But I have a question, how was my big brother born?" Obi Wan face palmed himself and Satine said "I would love to hear that story! Plus, it might help me get an idea of how it'll be when these little ones arrive" she said, rubbing her belly.

Obed smiled "Alright, gather around. It began a long time ago..." Wanda nudged him "Not that long ago Obed. I'm not that old" Obed laughed. "Alright, alright. Back when we were younger, I was a happy young man..."

"...and then we went back home with little Obi, and I really did not expect to be happier" Obed said as he concluded his story to which Obi Wan, Madelyn, and Satine had been listening to intently.

They all smiled. "That was a great story dad" Madelyn said and Obi Wan and Satine nodded in agreement. "The best part is, it's all true. The force, the Jedi, and this little one's mischievous ways" he said with a smile as he ruffled Obi Wan's hair as if he was a little boy again. Obi Wan laughed, but said nothing.

Obed stood up and said "Well, I really hate to break this up, but it's getting late, and I can see there's a few tired faces here, so we're gonna get going"

He and Wanda hugged Obi Wan, Satine, and Madelyn, who was going to spend the night with Obi Wan and Satine. "See you tomorrow!" Wanda said as she and Obed closed the door behind them.

"Well, what now?" Madelyn asked. "I'm going to bed, I'm feeling very tired, and that way you and Obi Wan can catch up" Satine said. "Alright dear" Obi Wan said as he kissed Satine on the lips and she walked to their room.

"Awww" Madelyn said. "Really, when I get older and fall in love with someone, I want them to be as delicate and caring as you are with Aunt Satine, brother" Madelyn said.

Obi Wan blushed "Ah, Madelyn. You're very sweet" he said as he ruffled her hair. "So...What do we do now?" Obi Wan asked. " I don't know...I'm very hungry so..." Obi Wan smiled. "I know exactly what to eat"

Approximately two hours and two galaxy pizzas, a lot of hot wings, and about two or three soda gallons later, Obi Wan and Madelyn were in the living room with the holo television on, watching a game of galaxy soccer.

"That was great big bro!" Madelyn said. "But I'm stuffed" Obi Wan shook his head "You have a very weak stomach. That was just the appetizer, now we go on to the real meal..." Obi Wan said with a smile. "WHAT?!" Madelyn exclaimed.

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding" Obi Wan said. "But I'm tired". Madelyn said "Can we just watch one movie? Pleaseee?" Madelyn said, batting her eyes trying to look like a puppy that would melt your heart.

Obi Wan laughed. "Alright, just one movie, and then to bed Lil sis" Madelyn smiled. She was happy to have finally met her brother and having a complete family once again, completing her world as she snuggled on the couch, enjoying the warmth she felt as she was close to those she loved.

Satine woke with a start. She had been sleeping peacefully when suddenly something awakened her. She looked to her side, but Obi Wan wasn't there.

Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain, and she cried out. In an instant, she knew exactly what was going on. It's starting! She thought. She struggled out of bed, wrapped her robe around her, and put her slippers on.

She walked as fast as she could towards the living room where she found Obi Wan and Madelyn asleep on the couch being illuminated by the dim glow of the GTV. She walked towards them and shook Obi Wan awake.

"Obi Wan, dear, wake up!" Satine said. Obi Wan shot up as he heard the urgency in Satine's voice. "What is it, my love?" Obi Wan asked in an alarmed tone. "I-I think my water just broke!" Satine said. "WHAT?!" Obi Wan said, waking Madelyn up.

"I'm AWAKE" she yelled out. She rubbed her eyes and looked at Obi Wan and Satine who looked frantic. "What's going on?" Madelyn asked in alarm. Obi Wan smiled a bit "I think that you're going to be an aunt soon!". Madelyn stared at her big brother "Do you mean...Oh FORCE!" She said as she realized what was happening. "RIGHT NOW?" She asked in disbelief as Obi Wan nodded and rushed away.

Obi Wan ran to their bedroom, grabbed the bag they had packed, and grabbed his commlink. "Anakin!" He said into the Commlink. Anakin answered quickly "What's going on master?" He said into the comm. " Can I leave Madelyn with you? " Obi Wan asked as he got everything, and everyone into their speeder.

"Sure... But why?" Anakin asked with a bit of alarm. "It seems like some certain twins are not going to wait any longer" Obi Wan said as he and Madelyn ran to where Anakin and Padmé lived. As they got closer, Anakin ran out with a smile on his face. "So you're going to be a father?" Anakin asked.

"Yes" Obi Wan said, smiling a bit at the prospect. "Well, I'll leave Madelyn here and will keep you posted!" Obi Wan said as he ran back to the speeder, the last thing he heard Anakin say was "Good luck!"

It had been 3 hours and Obi Wan was still pacing. Satine was asleep at the moment, but he knew she would wake up soon. Suddenly the doctor walked in and turned to Obi Wan. "It's time" he said. Obi Wan walked over to Satine's bedside and gently woke her up, telling her the doctor said that it was time to welcome their babies into the world.

Satine just nodded as Obi Wan helped her sit up. Suddenly, Satine literally crushed Obi Wan's hand, squeezing on it harder than she had ever done before. "Doctor, is everything all right?" Obi Wan asked in alarm.

The doctor laughed "First time father?" He asked. Obi Wan nodded as Satine let go of his hand. "It's normal, don't worry" The Doctor said as he went to check on Satine.

A few hours more passed, but the doctor said that the process was going fairly quickly. Suddenly, the doctor told Satine that it was time to push and Satine said "Alright" as she grabbed Obi Wan's hand.

"Alright, Satine, PUSH!" Said the doctor. "PUSH!". This went on for a while, until the Doctor said "Alright, one more Satine!" Satine grimaced. "I'm going to kill you after this" she whispered to Obi Wan. Obi Wan just kissed her on the forehead. "One more Satine" he whispered. And Satine pushed.

They heard a cry and the nurse smiled wide. "It's a boy!" She said as she grabbed the baby boy and went to wash him up. While she did that, the doctor told Satine to push again and another cry was heard. A girl had been born.

Satine relaxed, and although tired, she smiled. Obi Wan looked at his wife and didn't think he had ever looked so radiant and beautiful. The nurse walked over and handed the baby boy over to Obi Wan. "Congratulations!" She said as she passed the bundle over to him.

Obi Wan looked down at his son, his son. He smiled at the tiny bundle in his arms as he leaned down to place him in his mother's arms. Satine smiled down at the baby boy and said "His name will be Benjamin Qui Gon Kenobi". Obi Wan felt tears sting his eyes at the mention of his master.

The nurse then brought the baby girl over and placed her next to her brother in her mother's arms. "And this is Sol Olivia Kenobi" she said, tears streaming down her face. Obi Wan had tears streaming down his face as he kissed his wife and each of his children on the forehead.

"You're a papa, Obi" Satine said. "And you're a mommy" said Obi Wan. And they both smiled as they looked at their newborn children, their two most prized and precious gifts.
