The surviving students were gathered in the meeting room. Everyone was looking at each other with a look of distrust.

Nathan looked at all the others who sat in their respective chairs with the empty chairs in between them.

He hadn't told Rose and Shawn about the mafia members neither had Jackson.  He was just waiting to see how all this will unfold.

Jackson looked down to the floor  not making eye contact with anyone. He had done enough sins ,he knew what he had to do to make it right.

Rose gazed at all the members then cleared her throat.

"Okay then let's begin this meeting which is probably going to be our last meeting , we all know who we suspect and why" she said eyeing Jackson who's eyes were still glued to the floor.

Shawn nodded in agreement.

The two mafia on the other hand, Leo and Jade ,had their eyes fixed on Nathan.

It looked like Jade could barely contain her triumph.

Nathan scoffed on the inside, he couldn't wait to wipe the look off her face.

Leo on the other hand ,had a mixture of hope and horror. 

Nathan wondered how long that would last.

If thing worked out to Nathan's plan and he wasn't voted out by the mafia group, none of these emotions would last.

"There is no need for an argument we all know who we wanna vote out" Rose said.

"So let's vote" she said .

Nathan quickly pointed at Jackson then held his breath as he waited for the inevitable tightening of the collar.

But it never happened.

Nathan opened his eyes ,a shocking scene greeted him.

Both Rose and Shawn had voted for Jackson while Jade and Leo had voted for him.

If Jackson would've voted for him it would've equalized the votes but ....

He had voted himself out.

Everyone looked in shock as Jackson gave them all a smile.

His eyes had a look of relief as if someone had removed a huge burden off his back.

The light on his collar switched to green as it begun it tightened.

Almost just like Mia ,he didn't struggle against it and in a few minutes, his eyes turned glassy.

The remaining five watched in shock.

Just then the screen turned on again.

The students stared at the screen in shook.

Texts in white appeared on the screen and the robotic voice sounded again.

The game had drawn to a conclusion,
the number of villagers has equalized to the the number of mafia but the Fox survives.

The Fox wins.......

The students looked in horror as all together the small bulb on their collars turned green, all except Nathan's.

There eyes widened in horror as the collars tightened and they began to shock.

"I-I told you...I told you Nathan was...was the Knave" Shawn chocked out as he fell onto the floor struggling against the collar. A black card slipped out of his pocket on to the ground.

The deer, he had been the Detective ,but no one had believed it ,it was to late anyways.

As the card crumbled to dust, th students began to die as well ,slow and painful deaths....

Nathan stood in his place watching the four die.

He knew he couldn't do anything, and their deaths were all his fault.

Even if he hadn't physically murdered them, he had been the knave, and he was the cause of their deaths.

The robotic voice then rang out again

Congratulations, Knave,
You have won , you can now remove your collar and walk out of the residence, your transport will be waiting for you in the nearest road ,your prize will be waiting for you at your home.

Nathan put his hands on the collar and pulled it.

It now fell off easily. Nathan felt strange without the collar around his neck, he had strangely got used to it.

Giving a last look at the dead bodies ,he walked out of the house.

Hesitating slightly before stepping over the black line, he walked out the gate to the dirt road. A black limo waited on it.

Walking to it, he opened the door and sat inside. A man in a black suit sat at the driver seat ,giving him a slight node ,he started the car and began to drive off.

Staring out the window ,Nathan pulled out his card, it slowly crumbled to dust. The Fox symbol still seemed to stare at him with its blank eye.

He won. He had finally won this cursed game but at what cost.....
