At 4:30am our stealth spell disappears. We went to orange and made everyone get up and start to break orange base down. They were grumbling about the time and asking what about breakfast. "We will get breakfast once camp is broke down and all stuff stowed away to be taken back to the pack. "

Several started complaining again. Nash speaks up, "next person heard complaining will be joining the toothbrush cleaning group and will have two weeks duty of it." It then got very quiet. Loo

Just then the lead judge came up, "where have you been? I want out of this hell hole and will proceed to press charges on you both, your aunt, your grandma and Prince Rory."

I looked at him and said, "you need to remember I am Kitsuni and not wolf. Your charges cannot hold up against me. I have sworn an oath to the Prince and King. I did not swear an oath to the judge. If I hear one more whine from your mouth I will go to the judges and presses charges against you based on your treatment of other species. Plus your SPA patch is fading and that is based on your jealousy. You know what happens if the patch looses it SPA you will automatically be labeled rouge. Though according to Samantha some event will happen to redeem you."

"You bitch you cannot do that. As you just said you are not wolf and have no control over me. I will see you dead before this happens."

"Guards, his SPA PATCH is fading. He just threatened another species who is allies with your king and honored member of Prince Rory." Nash walks up behind him and slaps on silver handcuffs that were gear left over. "Under the code of treatment of allies with all here as witnesses I deem him no longer eligible as Judge and until he is brought to court before the other judges it is your Royal Guard Duty to hold him as prisoner until his trial."

"Take these off me- you cannot legally handcuff me and press charges."

One of the guards stepped forward, "I am not sure if she can legally do it, but as highest ranking guard here. I, Guard Rank Delta Simon Gorden have seen your SPA PATCH fading. I saw it once plush grey when you said you would kill her. Then go back to a dull color. She is correct that your behavior is unbecoming of a judge. A judge is to be impartial and this behavior is not impartial when you give a death threat. Plus she is also correct about her being another species she and Nash were actually was deemed an ambassador of the Kitsuni by King Red. Until you go before your peers you will be held as a Prisoner." He points to two other guards. "Take him to the prison van. Everyone else you now have 1 hour to get dressed and break down this camp. Then meet right here and we will start carrying all supplies back. If this camp is not broke down and all supplies piled by my feet in that time you will be running back to school in human form. Then be on Omega duty. It will be 1 day for every minute you are late. Your time starts when I say dismiss. DISMISSED."

Camp was broke down in 57 minutes. All gear was placed in storage bus by 6:45am. They all sat down and Guard Rank Delta Simon Gorden said, "I am proud of you. Now on this table are clipboards, survey, papers and pencils. You all are to grab yourself a clipboard. The survey says summer pack camp survey. Just cross off summer and list March. Fill it out. No one is to be within 10 feet of each other. Then the blank paper is you to write down what you saw and heard between Lead Judge and Rae. Make sure you sign the statement, list your species, and where your currently living. If your in the school list your building number and room number. When done bring them to the table by me. One box is marked survey. One box is marked statement. Last box is marked supplies. Drop your pencils and clipboard back in there. The judges will be watching you. If they catch anyone looking up from clipboard when giving a statement it is 3 days in the dungeon. Those that are not wolves your leader is contacted. He or she is given a choice 3 days in our dungeon or escorted off pack territory to nearest hotel to stay until your leader arranges transportation back home.

This includes to look up from your clipboard when you hear and/or scent King Red arrival. After you turn in your stuff if you are wolf you are to walk by the king and give him honor and head to the buses. You who are witches should also do that to Cassie Osborne leader of the Osborne Coven. The rest of you it is optional if you pay tribute to them since they are not your species and can chose to head to the bus."

Rae and Nash you will need to decide if you wish to enter the judges RV since soundproof and give a recorded statement to one of the king guards it cannot be with any of us since we are also witnesses. But when the king arrives he will have guards with him. Or if you choose since Lead Judge mentioned pressing charges on you give no statement until you talk with a lawyer. But you two will have to have a guard on each of you to make sure you do not discuss what happened until a king guard gets a statement. But for right now stand apart from each other and don't look at any statements being written."

The King, Mary, Jeremy, Ivory, Cassie and 10 guard had arrived. The king looks around and sees what is going on. He looks at Nash and says, "what is going on?"

Nash looks at him. "Your highness all I can say is they are writing a statement. We cannot discuss what is is about. Rae and I have to give formal interview, but until we get a lawyer we are not talking to the guard. We are suppose to have a guard assigned to us to make sure we do not discuss what happened until statement is given and decide if we broke an ally rule."

The king looks around and says, "where is first judge?" Nash points at the guard outside the prison van, "but they cannot say anything until they write down their formal statement."

The king looks at the guards. "I need top 2 assigned to Rae and Nash. Then next 2 to relieve the guard, so they can go write their statement."

A voice spoke up, "Sir?" The king looks at one of his guards. "I would like to ask to represent Ambassador Rae sir? I know Nash's cousin here can not represent them both by wolf's law."

The King looks at one of the other guards, "you go." He then turns to Nash, "do you plan to formally request that Jeremy represents you?"

Nash replies, "yes, I had planned to ask him to represent my wife/compere and me, but your guard said he cannot represent both of us."

"Jeremy do you plan to represent your cousin?"

"Yes, Red. I am just going to need to get a book about wolf laws I guess,"

The lawyer wolf said, "I can get you the books you need, but behind me one of other guards is 6 months from testing for his lawyer's license. He is still an intern. I would recommend guiding you if your highness agrees to also release him."

The king nods his head. "Rae do you agree to let Guard Delta Marcus Pettit be your lawyer?

I reply, "yes."

"Nash do you agree to let Jeremy Osborne and  Guard Delta Shawn Gorden Intern Lawyer represent you?"

Nash replies, "yes."

The king replied, "Take your clients into the RV. You each can take a bedroom and close the doors. Each room are soundproof. Your assigned guards will take your formal statements once your ready. They will be in the main area of the RV. Before you go,"  he looks back at Nash and ask, "who is in charge of collecting statements."

He said, "Guard Simon who is standing by the boxes. He told everyone when done to go to the table and place everything in labeled boxes."

As we turn to walk toward the RV I hear the king say, "the rest of you guards go to the table. When the statements are turned in before dismissing them make sure their statement has point of contact and how to reach them. Then sign and date the statements before you place in box. Wait before you go is anyone else here an intern lawyer?" They all shake their heads no, "then dismissed."

MARY POV

He turns to the others, "I am sorry ladies. This is not how I planned our morning to be. We are going to be here a while. Can you let down the dome, so I can call the buffet to let them know we will be delayed about an hour or two? Then need to ask Alpha Baldwin to bring a lawyer to represent him."

Ivory whom had walked over toward the prison van said, "Red- he needs to be taken to the doctor. I can since an illness in him. Tell him to have both doctors on standby. I am not sure what I am sensing."

Cassie says, "the dome is down."

King Red looks at the guards, "one of you drive and the other sit in back with him. Ivory you are welcome to return with them, but you have to sit in front with driver. I will arrange for the doctors and a lawyer to meet you at the hospital."

He then walks over and opens up the back end. He notices his old friend acting feral. He sighs, "Judge Samson Wilson, my dear friend, I command you to sit down. You are being given an ALPHA COMMAND- AS OF RIGHT NOW YOU ARE TO FEEL TIRED. RECOGNIZE THIS JEALOUSY BEHAVIOR IS NOT YOU. YOU ARE TIRED. YOU WILL SLEEP AND STAY SLEEPING UNTIL UOU GET SEEN BY THE DOCTORS AND YOUR LAWYER. I COMMAND YOU TO STAY CALM AND FIGHT WHAT EVER IT IS IVORY FEELS." He seems his friend calm down and says in a quiet voice, "My friend, I am going to have your family also waiting for you at the hospital."

Samson nods his head and whispers as he drifts off to sleep, "thank you."

He looks at one guard, "he should not give you any trouble now. You and the other guard take shifts watching him. I will get Alpha Baldwin to add others in the rotation. He will need to stay cuffed even at the hospital until his trial." He then turns and walks toward his vehicle to make the needed phone calls. He calls the buffet to let them know he is running late. Then Alpha Baldwin for him to arrange guards and to set up for a lawyer. Then his most difficult call to Samson's mate. Then he goes stand by Cassie and I. He sees several are starting to turn in forms. Then as they finish with the guards they come and acknowledge all three of us with respect and they head to the busses. The king announces, "stop when done I need you all to return to you spots. I have a couple of announcements to make, but will wait until all statements are collected." Everyone still after their statements are collect come and pay respect to us before returning to their place.

The king here's one of the guards call out. "Is there anyone whose statements are not turned in?" No one responds. "All statements are accounted for sir. Permission to secure the statements in the guard safe?"

"Permission granted." The guard

"First announcement as of this morning First Guard was promoted. He was is now an Alpha of the Royal Guard Pack." Several howls take place along with applause. When it quieted down.

"Second announcement will Guard Rank Delta Simon Gorden step forward." I watch as he steps to the king and kneels in respect. "Stand up and face the packs." I see him put a hand on each shoulder. "With all the comments being said and with what little I witnessed you do." He pauses and says in his Alpha voice. "DELTA SIMON GORDEN AS OF TODAY I PROMOTE YOU TO BETA IN CHARGE OF TRAINING- YOU AND YOUR FIRST BORN NO MATTER MALE OR FEMALE WILL INHERIT THIS RANK." You all the sudden can feel the charge in the air. Then he gets a standing ovation mixed with howls. "He will be sitting down with Jeremy O'Leary and those who are interested in being guards fo the king or other packs can sign up. It will be the Alpha who will place you in various packs who request this." Several ewes and has were heard.

"This third announcement will be an Alpha order since I do not know yet what happened today. I ALPHA ORDER EVERYONE HERE IS NOT TO DISCUSS THIS TOPIC WITH ANYONE BESIDES THE GUARDS OR IN COURT.

Fourth announcement- all who are here are pardon and further punishment is lifted" a few start to cheer until the king adds "that were given by me before your stay here." Then he hears a few moans. "Those who earned discipline will report to Beta Gordon in three days for him to commence your punishment." A few more moans and chuckles were heard.

"Last order and you might have the biggest reaction of all. I arrange for us all to stop at the all you can buffet that Prince Rory told me about. Now everyone get in your bus DISMISSED." You hear another round of claps, cheers and see them all running toward the busses.
