NASH POV

As I stood there staring at her. I was waiting for her reply."

"I found what I came for and took pictures of what I saw. I am sorry for causing you all anguish. Just when you said no, I got this feeling and just acted without thought. You brought out emotions that I just could not control. I thought to myself- change I to something that can make you navigate that mine fast and not be hurt- a bat 🦇 popped into my head and next thing I know I am in the cavern at the back."

"You could of been killed. We could not follow you past the river. I could not transform into a flying animal. Heck I am not even sure why you can because your suppose to be at least a 4 or 5 tail to do that. Timothy and Thomisina disagreed with the answer," I said. I looked wearily at her. " Then I wondered if all your transforming could hurt the babies."

Rae put her hand on her stomach." Rae looked scared and then burst into tears.

All the sudden people started yelling various things. "she is pregnant?" "What the hell were you thinking?" "You don't scold a pregnant woman." "Did you say babies? As in more than one?" "Stop the crocodile tears." "Hell ya your in trouble bitch." This cause Rae cry harder in my arms. Grandma Osborne  appeared beside me suddenly and touched Rae. Then Rae passed out and I grabbed her. I scooped her up in my arms bridal style when that happened all got quiet and I yelled, "DOCTOR"

Dr Charlie and Ivory walked over. "Bring her to the first aid tent." Then everyone cleared a path as I walked to the tent. Dr Charlie pulled back the flap for Ivory, grandma, aunt Mary, Nicholae, Rory, Sebastian and Bjorn come in with Rae and I. He would not let anyone else enter. He looked at Cassie and said, "can you please soundproof this room so our nosy members out there cannot hear our talk?"  She nodded and muttered a few words. Then it became quiet and the room was soundproof. "Now let us listen to the heart beat and see the ultrasound. I brought a portable machine."

I turned it on and the first thing we could hear was heartbeats. "We got heartbeats. Now let's look at the ultrasound." He turned it on and said. " look we can see all the babies. They all look great." He then turn and says look at them, "when we get back to the clinic I want to confirm with the big machine what I just saw and not this portable. Cassie, I know I told you to put her to sleep for about 30 minutes with a spell. Can you keep her asleep until tomorrow? Let her get a good night sleep."

Mary says, "let me do it. She is like a daughter-in-law to me and I would like to stay with her and Nash tonight if they will let me." She then does a spell to let Rae sleep.

I still is holding her, "Yes, aunt Mary you can come with us." I kid Rae's forehead and belly. "I am so thankful you and them are all ok. Sleep my loves." He then looks at everyone and says, "thank you for being here today." Then I watch the  nurses come in and move her to a stretcher to transport her to her to Moonville Hospital.  Sebastian offers to give aunt Mary and I a ride to the hospital.  We accept. Rory said he would take Dr Charlie and Ivory to the hospital. Everyone else then heads home.

DR CHARLIE  POV

We get in the car with Prince Rory. He starts the car and says, "now tell me the real reason you want to do another ultrasound."

"Prince, don't you think I should tell the parents after I confirm?"

"Doesn't work with me. Don't let me Alpha order it."

"Sigh, well the portable machine isn't as accurate but at the bottom I thought I saw a 4th baby. I hadn't seen 4 before. I want to confirm what I saw. It could of been a shadow."

"They are having 3 or 4 babies. I know Rory and Osborne Construction have started on Nash and Rae's home. I will see if I can get more volunteers from the vampire community. The ones who helped us fight feel very beholden to her for saving them that day. Three of them admitted they were pinned down when the fires from the tails knocked their opponents off them. I think we will make them a 7 bedroom home for this expanding family. We can surprise them. I have members from other packs sending their construction wolves over to help with the safe room."

"That is very nice of you Prince Rory. We are at the hospital. Let me go confirm if it was a shadow or not."

We hook Rae up to the ultrasound and I show Nash and Mary the screen. I the label them a, b, c, and d.  Nash ask, "what does the letters mean?" Then starts counting, "1, 2, 3, 4- what happened to three? The other one showed three. Your not going to have a new one keep showing up every ultrasound are you?

"The one at the bottom I think was playing hide and seek. Let me show you the one we did earlier. We just had one baby hiding earlier."

"I am going to ask the nurse to roll in 2 more beds. I think you all should just sleep. Then in the morning I will run a few more test. If everything looks good she can go home. The biggest thing is keeping her hormones controlled. That seemed to be what caused her shift."

"Great, I got a hormonal pregnant Kitsuni who can shift and is pregnant with 4 kits. How will we work this out Aunt Mary?"

"She smiles and said,"if she agrees I will have them add an In-law suite to your place. I will officially retire from the library and help you two with the little ones. Now go to sleep and rest." She then mutters a few words and he falls asleep.

Mary then call her brother and gives him the new plans for the house.  She calls Jeremy and tells him he can stop looking for a house. That two homes will be available soon. He can either choose her older home or O'Leary's place.  Then calls Sarah and tells her she will be given a home when she gets back. She then rolls over and goes to sleep.

The next morning Erma shows up at the hospital and does meditation with the 3 Osbornes. Then Dr Charlie's does a few test. They all come back normal and they inform Rae that she is having 4 and not three babies.
