RAE POV (July 4, 2020)

We are now driving home from the airport.  We had an enjoyable week in Las Vegas. Later on tonight we are meeting  at grandma's house for a family picnic. Then going to go watch the fireworks at the university. 

Later that evening Nash was tossing around the frisbee game with some family  and friends at the university. I take a walk to the restroom when I see Loan, an older version of  Loan (I guess it is his dad) and 5 other people got Professor Jones pushed up against the wall. "We had myself and 4 members who were at the lake the other day. They saw a black wolf who had a small red  wolf following him. He went behind a tree out of the little view, and imagine our surprise when we saw you transform from a wolf into a you." Then he punches Professor Jones in the stomach.

I yell, "what the heck are you doing?" A hand clamps down over my mouth.

"Hey little bride. This is between my dad and the professor. He manage to keep it hidden he is a werewolf."

I give Loan a look, "are you saying you believe that stuff I heard he taught called MYTH AND LEGENDS? You guys are delusional.  Loan pulls out a video his dad had taken over  a week ago and played it. I saw it was the night he lead me to the cottage and had changed from wolf to human.

"Shit! There is such things as werewolves. That guy in the video looks similar to Professor Jones but not exactly like him.  The guy on the video looks shorter and the hair style looks different. Plus it was dark and  video is somewhat blurry. How can you be sure?"

"Just be a good little girl and find your husband." Loan leads me away and releases me around the corner. "Go before dad decides to shut you up since you witness what he was doing." Then goes back to his dad. I then run to the security room and steal one of their uniforms.  I transform into someone whom looks similar to Sebastian that I knew back home. He just was a couple of inch shorter. I run around the corner and yell, "SECURITY STOP!!! The city police has been called."

Mr. Huxley smirks, "I am Mr Huxley from Huxley Security. I run this school security company. Do you know why we are here and what that abomination is?" He points to the Professor.

"This is our lead teacher in charge of  the archeological dig this summer and teaches Myths and Legends . I had some crazy girl screaming about a teacher, wolf, and attack. I honestly thought I would see a teacher being attacked by a dog not a fight. There are several of you here beating on a professor. This can lead to expulsion from school and events. I would hate for that to happen."

Mr Huxley says, "I am part of a hunter group who chases and kills werewolves and other non-human species. You need to leave or you won't have a job by the end of the day."

"You think he is a werewolf?" I laugh, "Now why don't you all go off and cool down. I know he is not the werewolf."

Loan pulls out the video again and shows the security guy. Then one of the other guys kick the professor.

I laugh and say "I know for sure that isn't Jones in that video."

" How would you know that?" Snarls Mr Huxley. "I know what I saw and it was this bastard."

"Because, I am and you need to get your eyes check." I then rip out of my clothes and turn into a black wolf. I grab the phone out of Loans hand and runs away. I run past and grab the bag my clothes were in.  I run into the girls shower. I transform into one of Nash's cousins and opened the window. Then run into the shower with my bag. Turn on the shower and close the curtain just as my pursuers run into the locker room. They look around and see the open window. Two runs to the window and three rip open the curtain where I am now looking like one of Nash's cousins. I turn around and start screaming.

Next thing I know real security, some local police officers, school faculty and other students run in. I am holding a towel now in front of me. I see police arrest the 5 guys who chased me. However, I don't see either Huxley there. I see Jeremy, Aunt Mary and Nash push their way to me.  Nash starts to try to comfort me and I turn and run toward Jeremy with a towel wrapped around me now. Grandma walks in and chases everyone out of the room except the one female officer. Jeremy looks at the officer  and says, "you can hold those perverts for 72 hours." He looks at the guys in the hall with handcuffs. "Did you guys think you could gang rape my cousin?" He looks back at the officer. "My cousin, Cynthia and I will be in tomorrow afternoon to give her statement. Here is my business card." Then pushes the officer out into the hall. "You can tell she is upset and needs her family."

I quickly run into the stall and close the curtain. I throw on my clothes. "We need to go check if Professor Jones is ok. They were beating the crap out of him." Then we go outside and push our ways through the crowd which was still outside the changing room. I head to where I had last seen Professor Jones and then followed his scent back to his office. Jeremy, Nash, Aunt Mary, and Grandma follow.  I knock and enter before Professor Jones could even say enter. 

He is pretty beat up, "leave, I got some friends coming to help me."

"Aunt Mary and Grandma give him first aid. Jeremy go stand by door and make sure no one can enter. Nash go pull all the blinds closed." I walk into the bathroom and grab my bag that I know still has a pair of sweats in it. I put on the sweats and then walk back into his office. "Now Professor is this how you thank me for saving your life?"

"I don't know what you are talking about? Until just a few minutes ago when you barges in here I never seen you before. I am not in the mood for your games. Get out of my office now," he says in a very low, angry and deep voice.

"I don't think so." I then transformed into Rae. Everyone's face looks shocked. "Now you know why I would not let you hug and comfort me Nash. I was afraid you would accidentally give me away when we sparked." Then I look at Professor Jones, "you might not of recognized me as Cynthia. However, I know you know who I am now, BUT..." I pause and switch into the security guard. He face looks bewildered. "You saw me as a security guard.  I decided it would throw them off if they saw someone similar as you transform into a black wolf.  I am sure you figured it out by now that I am not a werefox like you thought. I am a Kitsuni." I transform into my Kitsuni's shape. "That is how I knew that language we discussed because that language was ancient Kitsuni.  I think I need to explain my reason for mistrust and calling you a dirty dog."  I told him all about my upbringing. As I finished the story there was a knock on the door.  I quickly transform back into Rae."

Jeremy opens the door to the three Bartholy brothers. "We had a certain mate who is on bed rest send us here to help you." Nicholae says to Sebastian, "Better call Dai so they all know your ok."

We turn to go and Sebastian says, "Rae, thank you and see you at the dig next week. We will discuss the ancient language some more." He turns to leave and stops, "thank you for saving me today. I was trying to figure out how to get out of that predicament without giving away what I was."

NASH POV (Mid July 2020)
We had a busty couple of weeks as we set up at the archeology dig. Plus we had Rae working at the library. We were all kept busy. Plus discussing my giving up my witches power. Though I still would have my gift to talk with the dead and guide them.  Plus I was also guiding A couple of people in use of their medium power.

(Late July)
A couple weeks later we stopped by the new school that we had construction crews that were made up werewolves, vampires and witches.  It was the future site of Mystery Spells Super Natural Beings. That they hoped would open up at the start of the year. 

They had remodels two of the buildings that were abandon mansions. They currently building two new dorms behind the school. They will plan to expand two more dorms. They are all going to be 5 stories tall. They were looking for a superintendent what the school council would approve of. The school council represented all 12 USA Covens; 5 Canadian Covens; 12/16 USA Werewolves Packs; 5/9 Canadian Pack; 3 USA Vampire Clans And 1 Canadian Vampire Clan.

Today in the Spanos Council Room the witches council was meeting. It has been 20 days. Nash and Rae were asked to be there at 7:00pm. The school council members had been there since 12:00 to 5:00 to review the progress on the school. The witches council ate dinner 5:00-6:30. Then went back to the council room.

I walked into the council. The priestess ask,'have you decided what you want to do?"

I nod and reply, "I have decided after talking with Michica several times I am going to become a Kitsuni, and pass on my power. I basically have been informed I should do three different things and would like to get guidance on it. We know I can only pass on my power to a blood relative. I made pros and cons to each person whom has been suggested...

Cassandra- she is the current matriarch of our family. She also is the oldest family member who is active. She is our wisest family member. The biggest con is being oldest.

Jeremy- he has been named the youngest council leader. He already is strong since he had our past council leader pass on his power. He is a wise man. I cannot see power corrupting him, but a few have stated they are afraid that could happen. That is his biggest con according to those few but I will state I cannot see that happening.

Then the last I would consider passing on my power to is Sarah. She is right now learning Isabella's old spells. Plus we know she will become a great teacher at the new school based on profits. She will becomel a future matriarch to our family. Her biggest con is how young she currently is.

These are the three candidates I would like to suggest to be considered by the council to receive my power."

Priestess said, "you have offered wise comments on whom you wish to pass it on to. We will ask you to leave and call you in once we have made our decision." I then walk out of the council meeting and waited.

I saw Jeremy, Sarah and Grandma appear wearing the family red and grey robe. They each were summoned into the chambers.

I was amazed how they got Sarah from a secret location half way across the world, grandma from her  house and Jeremy from in front of the council to formal witches clothes.  They each nodded to me and walked into the council room.

Cassandra / Grandma POV

"Priestess thank you for the invitation to join in the decision." I said, "but I must tell you that I would like to decline before I am considered. I am an old woman. I am right now training my replacement- Sarah. My daughters Constance and  Marie have stated the don't want to be named Matriarch to the Osborne Coven. They have requested it does get passes on to Sarah. I plan for my 70th birthday to pass my power on to her.   I would suggest that you just pass Nash's power onto Jeremy. I think Jeremy is mature, strong enough and wise enough to handle all this extra power. I think with my help Sarah will become strong enough to handle it in the future, but is not ready right now."

Sarah looks bewildered, "Grandma? You are training me? I am barely 20. I am still still working on grandma Isabella's stuff. I feel overwhelmed some days, but am learning more from her than even you. I never thought that possible. I do agree with Grandma that at this time I am not ready for more physical power. I seek the knowledgeable power and am learning more that way. I am honored my cousin even included me in his list, but so do think Jeremy is the one whom the power does go to."

Jeremy stands up " and turns toward the council, "as you know recently the head of the council transferred his power to me. Plus is hiding the fact that I am now the head of the witches council in training. If the power is transferred to me would it start showing itself to others? I have had a few close family and friends feel the difference in me already. They have questioned it but not figured out the reason. As I have thought about it. I have another solution.  I was talking to Suzanne. We know she was gifted with a gift of sight. She did not say anything but the night that Nash made love to Rae before their marriage he got her pregnant. The babies are half Kitsuni and half witch. She is pregnant with multiples We did not let Nash or Rae  know about this yet. We figure let them tell us when they realize. Then we act surprise. I suggest we transfer the power to Grandma because she has total control of all her power while I am still learning control of my new powers and Sarah is still learning control of all the new spells. Then grandma diverts the power between the babies. This way they are born with both witches power and Kitsuni power and we work to train them like we were trained from infancy to present. These babies were conceived while he was a witch and not a Kitsuni."

Priestess replies, "you have given us a lot to think about. When we decide we will let you know." We are then lead out to where Nash and Rae are.

At 11:50pm everyone was called in. Priestess says after much debating it was been decided that the power will go to Cassie. Then she will decide what she will want to do with it. A bright light shot from each council member into Nash at midnight. His witches' power was drained from him and went into me. I then shot the power from each hand and it went into Rae. I discovered what they were. I only knew the truth. When it was done Nash , Ulima and I were all asleep. Someone carried us home and put us to bed.

NASH POV

When Ulima woke up the next morning she had been asleep by me.  I was looking at Ulima, "I still feel the same, but I haven't tried to throw a spell. Will you love me as a powerless witch?"

Ulima smiles at me- "you have no idea of the power you will have. You know I can transform, but you don't realize that I can also play with fire. I just have different magical power and so will you when you finally transform to a Kitsuni. Even if you never transform Kitsuni I would love you forever. Later on today many of my people will arrive for the Kitsuni Blessing or be watching it through FaceTime." Then she kissed me and made love to me until it was time for us to get up and go to the airport to pick up her Eno and family. When we got there her uncle Gaither, uncle Quinton, Cousin Bryant, sister Samue, Sister Sinae, Sister Cali, Brother Pat, sister Trixie, uncle Landon, uncle London, and Uncle Lindon. Thankfully I had a friend who had a 15 passenger van. We pick them up and we headed to grandma Osborne's house. Plus we carry an ancient chest to the van.

They have set up a huge picnic at grandma's house. Plus family and council members start showing up between 500-700pm. We all eat. Then at 9:00 we head to the fire circle. Everyone sits down around the fire. Some are sitting on the ground, on wood stumps and lawn chairs.

Grandma Osbourne stood up and waves her hand and the fire lights ups, "tonight one of our members will join an elite family. He still will be part of our family, but he will become part of a special species. We look forward to getting to know him as he transform into a Kitsuni. He will be accepted no matter the form of witch or Kitsuni." She walks over leans over and kisses both Nash and Rae on the cheek. Then she sits down in the empty lawn chair by Nash.

FREYA POV

Then I stands up, "tonight I would like for us to welcome a new member to the Kitsuni, Nash." She indicates Nash to stand up by her. "You have shown you are a strong, wise and manly human. I talked with my siblings and we decided you will be called Jedrick Kitsuni.

Kitsuni can do many magical things. They can do shapeshifting, enhanced strength, can produce/create fire and lightning by rubbing their tails together, create small balls of fire and even breathe and absorb a large amount of electricity into her body, foxfire appears to be more than just electrical, a magical component as well as Kitsune was able to use lightning to repair a broken human, can cause willful manifestation in the dreams of others, can study any normal field of magic, mind control, supernatural speed, have long talon-like claws that they use to tear at their victims with.

If you accept the compere Kitsuni blessing you can be enhance with some or all of these abilities. You may or may not get your abilities back that you had as a witch with power, however you will still have you gift as a ghost whisperer. The Kitsuni start off with 1 tail and as they grow more tails as they get stronger. They can go up to 9 tails and the last nine known 9 tail died almost 75 years. The strongest tails we currently have in our family are 7 tails.

Now I ask my brothers to step forward with our family chest." Gaither and Quinton they carry the family chest with the fox on it and set it down by me.

I opens the chest and pulls out a floating lantern. I magically lights the candle with my power. "I light this in memory of love ones who cannot be here to celebrate today." Then I pop sets it down and watches the lantern fill up until it lifts and starts to float away.

Lindon, London and Landon start picking up lanterns that are in the chest and hands them out to everyone who is there. "The blessing of the Kitsuni is simple. We ask 1-4 people stand around Jedrick facing outward on the North, South, East or West side. They light the candle. When their lantern starts to float away they lift a blessing upon Jedrick.

Then turn around and hug or kiss him. Then walk over and hug or kiss Ulima. You return to your seat and sit down. Then everyone else will light their lanterns, say a blessing, release their lantern and we watch all the lanterns float away.

Once the last lantern is out of sight. We will have Ulima's siblings  drink some Kitsuni Meade from a special goblet. Then they will offer the drink to Ulima as acceptance of her compere. Then Ulima offers her compere a drink.

Then I will say a final blessing of their union." Then they are carried off by their siblings to a special den which Cassandra and Aunt Mary was kind enough to prepare earlier for us. Once they mate the transformation will begin."

We did that. It was beautiful watching all the blessing floating away.

I did do some research about magic and talk to someone who does study pagan witchcraft (Shari Townsend.) None of the spells written in this book are real. They are just imagination and my friend made sure none of these made up spells were anywhere near a real spell.]
