Hello everyone sorry for not updating a lot has happened and I have just been busy with many things. So while I was away I did write some chapters for this book and I've been working on a few other books but haven't gotten the chance to edit them until now so I hope enjoy this chapter and hopefully, I can finish editing the next chapter by today if no one disturbs me in my work.

Your POV

'I'm beginning to wonder if those two are secretly dating,' as we began to enjoy the party Rivalz turned on the TV for some entertainment but just as he turn it on the news interrupted what was currently on. As we watch they announce prince Clovis was found dead and the suspect in question was being tracked but they soon revealed someone as the possible suspect for the murder.

'Wait it can't be is that.' I felt someone grab my hand and I see Nunnally holding it almost like she couldn't believe what she was hearing. Even though we can't say it out loud I knew what she was saying.

'So your still alive after all this time, Suzaku Kururrgi.'

Lelouch POV

After the party was over and putting Nunnally to bed I went to my room to try to lie down, but the minute I open my door (F/n) sitting on the sofa with her arms crossed over her chest. I know I messed up and was about to get a lecture from her.

"So care to explain everything that's been going on the minute you got back from your little gambling trip?" She asked in a stern tone.

"Um, funny story-"

"Now Lelouch," she said as I let a sigh out.

"Alright," I began to explain everything from the moment I got separated from Rivalz to running into Suzaku and how I got out.

"So let me get this straight, you went to help the driver and see if he was alright but couldn't see anything and climbed up on the truck but the minute you did that the truck began to move and you got dragged inside the truck by accident. After a while, the military started following the truck and you ended up hiding inside the truck, where you found out about Kallen's double life secret. Not only that you run into Suzaku and found out he was part of the honorary Britannian army but a girl with lime green hair was trapped inside a machine and when he try to help you with this supposed girl the officer who gave the orders to shoot you but he refused. So instead he got shot by his officer making you think he was killed. Just as he was about to shoot you the truck explode and you took the chance to escape through the old underground trails just as you almost escaped with the girl they caught you at the exit. Yet somehow before he could shoot you the girl got in the way and got shot in the instantly killing her. So when you thought you were going to be next she grabbed your wrist and talk through your mind and gave you some sort of mind-controlling power which you used all those soldiers to kill themselves and they did. Am I missing anything else?" She asked as I nodded seeing she'll figure it out.

"After I received this power I used it to help the rebels to fight back the military. At first, it was going well but then a white knightmare came into the battle and no matter what strategy I came up but I was able to escape before I was captured." She gave me the motion to keep talking until the end.

"So when no one was around I disguise myself as a soldier and got inside the G-1 base I was able to stop the massacre of all Japanese in the ghetto. I also got some answers about my mother's death out of Clovis before I..." I stop as I felt a bit sick.

"I get it you don't have to say what you did to him," she said as I thanked her for letting that part go.

"Still if you saw him get shot how is Suzaku still alive?" She asked as I wish I would know.

"Even I don't know," she sigh and got up.

"I won't tell anyone about this so your secret is safe with me until I die, but if you plan to continue this path you started. Just don't regret every decision you make, this isn't some chess game like we normally play this is a real life and death situation. People's lives are on the line that alone puts a lot of pressure on one's mind," she reminded me as I nodded.

"I know I just..."

"You want Nunnally to live in a beautiful and peaceful place, I also want that for her, sometimes to get something you truly want we all must make sacrifices to reach them." She began to walk to the door but stop and turn to look at me.

"If you need help just ask me and I'll help, you don't need to use that power of yours to make me do things for you," she said as I smile.

"Thanks for the advice and I don't plan on using it on you or Nunnally."

'That is a promise I plan to keep for both of you.'

Your POV

As headed to my room I began to wonder just who that girl was and if what Lelouch said is true. Then could there be more to this girl than meets the eye? Not only that but Kallen Stadtfeld, if that's her real name, could be acting she was' sick only for her to sneak away and fight for the Japanese when she is a Britannian student.

"Seems like everyone likes to keep a secret or two but that's to be expected. We are human after all," I enter my room and see the last picture we took with Suzaku before the war.

'At least I know you didn't die.'

Suzaku POV

I was sitting in my cell after countless hours of being questioned about prince Clovis's death and how I did it. I began to wonder if Lelouch was alright and if he made out with that girl.

'If he was alive this whole time I wonder how Nunnally and (Y/n) have been all these years. (Y/n) is probably in the same grade as Lelouch and Nunnally is probably in middle school. At least I got to see Lelouch before I get executed for a crime I didn't commit. I just wish I could see (Y/n) one last time and tell her I'm sorry for what I said all those years ago.'
