Experience Inside Mindscape

-At this point, Deceit had snuck into everyone's rooms, (save Picani and Remy) and found they all had tickle plants. At each visit, he just keeps getting more confused, (if even a little jealous), until finally he's had enough.

-He goes to Roman and says that he might want his own tickle plant.

-Roman, still having a little trouble trusting deceit, decides he'd think about it. But, ultimately in the end he does get him one, but it's done when Deceit's not in the room.

-Roman picks out the sweet leaf and talks to it, letting it know what was going on.

-The tree agreed and it's moved into Deceit's room without him knowing anything.

-Suddenly, Deceit notices there's a tree in his room, and doesn't think much of it. At first he thought it was a prank from one of the side because snakes hang in trees, but he tried not to think about that.

-A few days later he notices that the hibiscus flowers are starting to darken quite a bit and he remembers plants need water to survive.

-He grabs a watering can and takes a few steps towards it but one of the leaves stops him and wraps around his abdomen, pulling him to the floor on his back just as he was about to register what happened.

-Then he feels what seems like fingers, digging between his ribs and teasing his neck. Suddenly, he's laughing and the connection to the tickle plants clicks all too soon.

-After ten minutes of this straight teasing, the plant lets him up. The giggling side scrambles to his feet a safe distance from the plant. "How did you do that?"

-The tree grabs a piece of paper and pen, then writes out "Magic." Deceit squints at this.

-He and the plant talk about feeding, so they establish proper feeding times. And now it makes sense to him why the plants enjoy tickling so much, since they feed off laughter.

-Then he asks the tree if it could give it a name.

-"Only if I like it. :p" The plant responds and Dee chuckles, taking a moment to think.

-A minute later he says Kaa and the plant agrees.

-After a few weeks of knowing each other, the deceitful side is tidying up his room and accidentally bumps into Kaa's trunk.

-The leaves shake a little and Deceit stops to think what might have caused that.

-He brushes his hand over the trunk again, only to see the leaves shake once more and thus forms a grin on Deceit's face.

-Before Kaa can write or do anything, Deceit is scribbling one hand on the trunk and watches as a vine shoots out and bats at his hand. Deceit is now smiling like an idiot.

-But he adds another hand at the base of his trunk, and now all three vines are trying to get him to stop. But once the tree goes after Deceit's sides, the tides shift and Deceit suddenly stops tickling to double over in laughter of his own making.

-At the end of it all, Kaa wrote "You got lucky this time punk, and next time you won't. Remember that you little troublemaker."

Angst:

-Deceit and Kaa have been around each other for a little bit, but not enough to have become full fleshed-out friends.

-He still isn't exactly trusted by the other sides yet, and feels if Kaa is his closest pal at the moment. It was a day of nonchalant insults and everyone seemingly ignoring him, none of which helped his spirits at all.

-As he's walking to his bed, Kaa quips him a snarky comment, not exactly realizing the stressed state he's in. "What's wrong, snake face?" Deceit snaps instantly.

-"That! That's what's Up! Everyone just assumes because I'm part snake that's all I'll ever be! You and the others both!" Kaa is a little miffed after Deceit calms down.

-He writes out: "Not only was I there when they weren't but you know I only joke. Maybe if you spat less venom, we wouldn't see you as a snake."

-Deceit's face crumbles and his voice sounds fragile. "You're right. They're right, too." He was now... Deceited.

-Kaa tries to backpedal, but Deceit won't have it. "It's fine Kaa, don't worry about it." So Kaa leaves it be for the night.

-The next morning, Kaa is anxious as he wakes up, but doesn't wanna force comfort on their straining friendship. So instead he writes a letter, which read the following:

-"I'm sorry. What I said was wrong and more importantly, what they say about you is wrong. You're so much more than you appear and I'm sorry that I made you think otherwise."

-He reads it over again and is flabbergasted, since no one has ever apologized to him before.

-He turns over and a big leaf is outstretched for Dee to hug and he does, leaning into Kaa's big pillowy leaves whilst sighing softly. "You're too kind to me, Kaa. Thank you."

Logan

-Kaa loves making Logan let go and giggle. They mainly go after his sides with ten finger fronds.

-Kaa has wrapped a whole leaf around Logan's calf and tickled him until he's reached his limit.

Roman

-Kaa tickles Roman a lot because of his ego and like bringing him down to giggling mess.

-Kaa goes after Roman's neck and underarms, usually having two gigantic leaves surrounding the prince with tickles while one vine has both wrists over his head.

-After the session, Deceit whispers something to Roman, and Roman grins wiggling all 10 fingers at the base of their trunk.

-Kaa is losing their mind but is able to get Roman and Deceit back after it.

Patton

-Kaa is fond of Pat and how polite he is with him and deceit.

-Kaa loves Pat's feet because of how giggly it makes him.

-Patton gives gentle tickles to Kaa after finding out how ticklish they are. Kaa is very happy with this arrangement.

Virgil

-Kaa wraps a leaf around his middle, but leaves his arms out so Virgil feels a little safer.

-Kaa likes his tummy, ribs, and sometimes sneaks a vine into his belly button.

-Virgil doesn't tickle Kaa back, because he understands being super ticklish, thus they have a mutual respect.

Deceit

-Kaa is a little shit to Deceit. They do the thing where they get closer then farther to a tickle spot, before going to a different to a completely different spot.

-Trails a vine in really slow circles spiralling closer and closer to a spot and digging into it when the vine reaches it.

-Just a big tease and loves making him blush.

Remy

-Kaa and Remy chill together and sometimes gang up on Deceit.

-Remy isn't opposed to giving Kaa the occasional tickle either. Kaa retaliates quickly, using a big leaf to tickle his ribs from inside his shirt.

Dr. Picani

-Kaa loves Picani's snort, because they believe it's magical. Or at least that's Kaa's excuse.

-Uses his big leaves to go after his sides and suddenly pokes a vine behind his knees. This earns Kaa a snort from Picani.

-When tickling Kaa, Picani is polite and always asks first. He is very gentle.
