Personality: Louise is the perfect image of what a servant should be - respectful, quiet, polite, obedient. Lou is often described as a demure young women. She is seemingly shy, reserved, and modest. It is true, she is of the modest sort. She is quiet, but she isn't meek in the way many people believe. She is a handmaiden, so she is expected not to speak, unless spoken to, and only reply with 'yes, sir' or 'yes, ma'am.' However, she is an observant girl. She doesn't usually do anything with the information she acquires, but she acquires it nonetheless. In good company, she can be a smart-ass, but not all the time. She is cheerful and kind, offering a smile and compliments when and where she can. She is a sweet girl, but not totally naive. She has done well for herself, her various shells and masks keeping her alive and overlooked - that is, until Eleanor-Grace was crowned.

Likes: her kingdom, her Queen, her job, helping, watching people, understanding people, the garden

Dislikes: being useless, people underestimating her, being talked down to, not being taken seriously, being patronized

Skills: observation, sewing, people-skills, resourceful

Backstory: Louise grew up in a small village on the outskirts of the capital city of Penyth. Her village wasn't directly impacted by the war, except for all the people sent off to fight as soldiers, as well as the many who signed up. Her father was among the soldiers, but he was discharged when he suffered an injury to his leg. At 16 years old, Louise had the opportunity to get a job at the palace, being a servant for the royal family. When she got there, she was a normal servant in the palace, but a week later, she found herself in the company of the Queen, as her main handmaiden. Why? Because just a few days prior, the Queen overheard her telling off one of the other servants, a boy around her age who had something quite rude. Eleanor decided she liked her and swiftly brought her on board. Now, two years later, the Queen and her handmaiden make quite the interesting duo, though they have a strong friendship.

Other: Her reading and writing skills have gotten much better since joining the palace staff, as the Queen wished her to know these skills.
