Chapter XV. I believe you, Harry.

For every corridor that she walked she didn't stop seeing those buttons that had been made. These were in Cedric's favor and made Harry look like a cheat. That really bothered Arturia. While that had been suspicious and surprising, she really knew that Harry had nothing to do with it. No boy so young could fool Dumbledore's magic and was aware of it.

The girl could see Harry leave the garden with a face not very happy, between angry and sad, and with good reasons. Nobody seemed to want to prevent the humiliation that the young Potter was suffering and the part of not being understood bye anyone, including his best friend. It was unfair that he had to go through it.

She went to the garden, where Cedric was talking to his friends and laughing, as if nothing bad was happening, as if the buttons were a game.

"Cedric!" She called as she approached the group of Hufflepuffs notoriously annoying.

"Arturia." Cedric said as he headed towards her.

"Do you want to explain all this to me? " She said while showing him a button she had gotten.

"Listen, I told them not to use them, but ..."

"That's not enough!" Interrupted the blonde throwing the button to the ground. "Simply say it and act as if nothing does not help in the least. It's as if you did not care how Harry would be feeling at this moment, because it's not you who is having a hard time. Do not show that this really bothers you, on the contrary, you laugh and act naturally in this situation." She scolded. "I'm really disappointed."

That was like a dagger in the heart of the chestnut boy, who really felt bad at her words. He saw the girl walk away.

"W-Where are you going?" He asked with a soft voice.

"Find Harry. You already have enough support, so I'm going to support him." Those were the words of Pendragon before leaving the garden.

The girl left Cedric behind, with a bad feeling and a broken heart. The girl's words were a strong blow for him.

Arturia between the corridors looked for Harry, completely ignoring the rest. She decided to go to the common room, because if he was not in the corridors, then he could be there. Once she arrived, she saw him sitting facing the fireplace.

"Harry." Called softly sitting next to him.

The young man in glasses looked at her a moment before looking back. He really didn't look good, she could see in his expressions how frustrated he was.

"I believe you, Harry."

Those words surprised him, as he turned to see the blond-haired girl.

"Do you really believe me?" Harry asked hopefully.

"Of course I believe you. When my godfather called you that day in the dining room I saw how genuine your expression was. You did not seem to be aware of anything and everyone began to judge you without bothering to investigate. You have to have common sense to know that a boy of your age could not fool Dumbledore and it is not by underestimating yourself. You're not the kind of guy who needs to lie, and if you does, it's for a good reason, but this is not the case. You have my support Harry and I will do everything in my power to help you with anything you need during the tournament." Arturia said smiling with kindness, while laying her hand on Harry's shoulder.

The boy smiled at the words of the eldest. It felt good to be understood and to have someone who did believe and support you.

"I know how it feels when the people doubt you, Harry." She said with a sigh. "Come here." She extended her arms.

Both Gryffindor shared a hug. The hug showed Arturia's support for Harry and the boy's gratitude towards her.

Herbology class was uncomfortable for both Cedric and Arturia who, to everyone's surprise, hadn't sat together. Cedric was quite downcast and frustrated, while Arturia was still a little angry.

The blonde turned to see him and noticed the state in which he was. His face crestfallen, the sad glitter in his eyes and the posture gone. He really was bad. Arturia felt bad, really had been very severe with him that morning, because he didn't deserve it, after all he wasn't the kind of guy who got angry with the rest so easy and the buttons was silly.

"I'll have to apologize." The young king thought as she looked back to Professor Sprout.

Cedric was sitting on one of the benches in the garden, alone, because he needed to be alone. Arturia approached him sitting next to him, keeping silent for a moment, thinking what to say.

"I'm sorry." She finally said. "I really regret having been so severe with you this morning, I really was very upset about the situation. I should not have been angry with you or recriminate you, because I know you're not the kind of person who would get mad at foolish things like the buttons." Turned to see him, he was still looking at the ground. "I understand if you are upset with me, but I want you to know that I do support you and I always will. You have been my first friend and, no matter what, I will support you even if I try not to." After those words she stood up, ready to leave Cedric alone.

The boy got up to hug her from behind, resting his forehead on her shoulder, he loved her too much to be upset with her. The girl turned to see him, he had glazed eyes and cheeks flushed. The girl couldn't help hugging him.

"Seriously, forgive me. I am an idiot." She whispered as she looked into his eyes.

"Don't say that, Arturia. You're not an idiot, I understand your reaction and you were right in saying that, I was not doing anything to impede what they did to Potter." He said stroking the soft cheek of the blonde.

Arturia smiled warmly before placing a soft kiss on the boy's cheek.

Really Cedric wished he could kiss her properly and tell her how hopelessly he was in love with her, but he was so afraid of her rejection, of driving her away from him. He didn't want to lose her, she had in a short time become his world.

"I love you, I love you, I love you." Cedric thought hugging her tightly.
