Author POV:

"She's going to be alright, she just needs to rest." The doctor told Butch. Butch nodded his head and looked at Buttercup sleeping peacefully on the bed, the top of her head wrapped with a white fabric.

"Thanks Doc." Butch said, shaking the doctor's hand. The doctor left the room. The room being quiet and peaceful. Butch let out a sigh and grabbed a stool to sit next to Buttercup's bed. "This is all my fault. I should've said no. My Uncles were right... I'm not responsible." Butch laid his head on the bed, and looked towards Buttercup's face.

Butch grabbed a hold of Buttercup's small hand, "I miss... holding your hand." Butch muttered, he intertwine theirs fingers together, as a puzzle that finally connected.

Butch's cheeks flushed a bright pink. "Jeeze, what's wrong with my heart." Butch closed his eyes and tries to not even think about why his heart was beating crazy.

Birds loudly chirp at Buttercup's window. Even though Buttercup's eyes were barely open, she grabbed her pillow and threw it towards her window, knocking down a few birds. "Shut up! This ain't no cinderella story! The princess is next door! bother her!" Buttercup yelled.

Buttercup rubbed her eyes and let out a whine at the sudden pain on her head. "What the fuc-" Buttercup couldn't move her right arm, so she looked to her right side.

"Ahh!" Buttercup's eyes widen, and she tries to shake her hand and arm away from Butch's grip, but his grip only got tighter, "No, Beyonce I love cherry's on my ice cream...Mmm... Barney let's sing... yah~" Butch mumbled in his sleep.

Buttercup cringed and continue to shake him off her arm. "Idiot wake up!" She yelled, "Butch! Butch! BUTCH!" Buttercup scream.

"Huh what? what happened?" Butch finally let's go of Buttercup's hand and rubs his eyes. "Oh, you're awake." Butch said and stands up. "I'll go asked them to make breakfast." Buttercup nods and lays back down again.

"I'll be back." Butch leaves the bedroom and goes downstairs, seeing the Princess sitting on the furniture and eating some kind of food. Butch walks past her, clearly ignoring her and heading to the kitchen to tell the chefs to make breakfast.

"Your majesty, we have received a letter from your uncles." One of the butlers said, "Thank you." Butch said, and left the kitchen to check the letters.

 Butch reads the letters sent to him and angry is on his face. He only has three months till he has to propose to the Princess. 

"Everything is going great, perfect I say. There is nothing to worry and plus..I um I already going to propose to the Princess. I just need to get everything ready." Butch wrote in a new letter and order somebody to mail it. 

All Butch has to do now is wait for a response back from his uncle and a way to propose to the Princess. Butch just hopes he won't have to listen to her complaining attitude his whole life. 

"Ugh, I hate that bastard." Butch muttered.
