Hello and welcome to my newest story, The King Among the Dragons! And before you comment, no, this isn't the DXD story I alluded to during the Older Brother of Riser story; this is another DXD story idea that was created sometime after that other older brother story. That other "older brother" story will be coming out sometime in the future because I still need to watch the character in question's full arc/character development. This story idea came about due to my shared love of both JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and High School DXD, and after a long period of deliberation of which Stand should get the honor(Killer Queen was also a likely contender), I ultimately decided to give King Crimson the opportunity, because he's a Stand I haven't used yet and his potential is limitless! Also, stay tuned as the Prologue Chapter for A Summoner Approaches will be coming out in the next week or two! Sacred Gear: King Crimson

Time Erasure: With this ability, Y,N can erase a given frame of time lasting up to 10 seconds, starting from the instant the ability is activated. In the erased timeframe, other people will be completely unable to experience anything that happened during those 10 seconds and will retain no memories of it either. After the allotted timeframe ends, anyone caught within King Crimson's area of effect will suddenly find themselves in the situation they were supposed to be afterward. Meanwhile, Y,N remains fully conscious/aware during the erased time, and only he can re-adjust his actions, therefore briefly realigning his own fate. The only drawback to this ability is that Y,N cannot attack or interact with anything due to the time frame of his own actions ceasing to exist. The only exception to the latter is Y,N moving within that erased time or any extension of himself, such as his blood or a weapon he's holding/carrying. Due to being unable to attack within this state, Y,N often relies on the ability to avoid attacks and move into an advantageous position, such as enemy blind spots. And once the allotted time frame concludes and the flow of time resumes normally, Y,N can immediately attack the target with his Sacred Gear's devastating power.

Epitaph: With this ability, Y,N can see up to ten seconds into the future via having it projected within his mind in the form of images. The images produced includes the general area with Y,N as the main focus, allowing him to see what happens around him as well as directly at him. The only downside is that these glimpses of the future are incomplete and only show the final result without the steps or actions taken to it, and this can be subject to interpretation. The predictions seen by Epitaph are completely unavoidable due to being deeply rooted in fate. Yet, it still effectively warns Y,N against any forms of incoming or immediate danger, allowing him to steer/manipulate events to minimize the damage done to him via King Crimson's primary ability. Meaning King Crimson can prevent the predictions from being completed if it erases the suitable timeframe.

King Crimson's Heartbeat: The ultimate technique that was the catalyst for King Crimson's placement into that dimensional gap. It was an ability that wasn't a part of the Sacred Gear's repertoire when it was first created, but rather a skill that was self-taught/self-trained and later activated due to several former wielders all pressing against the glass ceiling and effectively shattering it. This boon can actively warp and manipulate anyone's fate to Y,N's liking(that is caught within KCH's area of effect). Once it's activated, with the activation process itself taking roughly 2-3 minutes, the fate of the battle and the overall fate of his opponent lies within Y,N's hands. However, this ability isn't completely broken as there are three clear limitations. Firstly, Y,N can't change his opponent beyond their fate, meaning their personality, past, motivations, and goals remain intact. Secondly, he can't manipulate a person's fate if they're outside his area of effect. And finally, he can't utilize this ability to kill someone outright; the most he can do is wound them or knock them unconscious.

And if you're wondering, Issei has been completely deleted from this specific timeline, meaning we're indisputably the main protagonist. This was done because I found it difficult to properly balance both King Crimson and the Red Dragon Emperor at the same time, due to both being extremely powerful abilities, which meant they would literally be fighting for page time. At least for the other two(Springtrap and Older Brother of Rister) Y,N's Sacred Gear is either weaker than the Red Dragon Emperor or the plot is separate from canon. Additionally, stay tuned as the Prologue chapter for A Summoner Approaches will be coming in the following week or two!
