Kindness brings comfort and support to those around us. We should all be kind, and share that kindness with everyone, so they feel loved. We are all loved, even though we all have the power to either love or hurt others.

It will eventually return to us as even the smallest act of kindness can greatly benefit the world. Kindness is not only important to the recipient; it also benefits all of humanity and improves the quality of people's lives. 

If ONE resolves to do ONE small act of kindness to ONE person, then if that person does ONE act of kindness and then the next and so forth, then the whole entire world is influenced by that small act of kindness.
