This will serve as a prologue 💕

Mom died since I was a child. I have no more family, except my dad. I really want to talk to him and ask him if I could live with him. Even if I'll be his maid, it's alright. As long as I have somewhere to stay.

Because I can't pay the rent in the apartment anymore. The landlady said that if I can't pay her, she will kick me away. And I have no place to stay.

I want to ask my best friend, Chaeng, if she could let me stay in their house. But I knew that she say that her parents will not let her since they are very strict.

I heard two knocks on my door. I already packed my things. I prepared myself if I will be kicked out by the landlady.

I stood up and opened it. To my surprise, it's not the landlady. It was my dad.

"Dahyun." He smiled and I gulped. Why is he here? Why is dad here?

"D-Dad." I greeted him and smiled awkwardly. How do I talk to him? The last time we talked was 2 years ago.

He noticed that I've had my bags prepared. I got curious when he smiled at me. Why is he smiling? He's giving me creeps!

"You must've known that I will come." I didn't get what he said. What is he trying to say?

"W-What do you mean?" I asked him.

"I'll fetch you home." What? My mind is buffering.

10%... 30%... 50%... 70%... 99%...

Oh.

"I-I'm going to live with you?" I asked in a surprised tone. He chuckled and smiled. "Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!" I hugged him. "Thank you, appa!"

"Let's go."

Nothing can ruin my day.

I'll be living with my dad! And I will not stay in that old and stinky apartment!

But the best part is, I don't have to see the landlady's face again!

Wuhoo!

"We're here." I opened the car's window and I was left in awe when I saw a palace infront of my own very eyes.

"Please wake me up if this is a dream." I whispered to myself.

Two guards opened the gate and dad drove towards the garage. We hopped off the car and he helped me in taking off my bags inside the compartment.

I was about to carry it when two men carried it and took it inside.

"Your brothers are waiting for you inside." Dad said in excitement. "They have been anticipating!"

"Really?" He nodded and we entered the palace.

The house is just really... daebak. I am so speechless. Almost all of the things inside is made out of gold, silver and even diamonds!

"Ahjumma, please call my sons." Dad ordered. The maid immediately went upstairs and when she came back, she told us that they are coming down.

Three men walked downstairs. The three of them are so tall.

Their eyes saw me. They have no reactions.

"Sons," dad paused. "This is Dahyun. Your sister."

"You gotta be kidding me, appa." The guy said.

"Believe me, Jin. She's your sister." Dad convinced Jin oppa. I'm starting to think if they are all in the same age.

"Okay, then." Jin oppa placed his hands in his pockets. He looked handsome, though--wait, not handsome. He looked pretty.

"I want you to watch over your little sister." Dad told them. Their eyebrows met, even mine. I don't know what he is talking about.

"Why?" The other guy asked. He's taller than Jin oppa.

"I'll go abroad, Namjoon." Dad answered him. "Business purposes."

"For how long?" Another guy asked.

"It may take me some time, Tae. But don't worry, I'll communicate with you." Dad smiled.

"So, when will be your flight?" Tae oppa asked.

Dad looked at his wrist watch before answering, "Right now." He looked at us and chuckled. "I gotta go, kids." He hugged the three and kissed me on my forehead. "Call me if you need something."

"Bye." I waved at him before he goes. And when he was gone, I turned to look at my brothers.

They all went upstairs in unison.

Well, this will be a new life for me.
