"This button must belong to the killer" Teera said
"I think you are right" Zian said
"When the killer kidnapped Neil, maybe he tried to fight back and during this fight, the button must have dropped from the killer's clothes" I said
"That could be the case" Teera said
Zian also nodded in agreement.
"I think firstly, we should find out the sweater/coat with the same type of button that we have" I said
"Yup! Like that we could find the killer" Teera said
"Then let's go to the garment shops" I said
"Yes" They both said as we went our separate ways to search for our single ray of hope.
I went to a garment shop which is famous in our city for the quality of it's clothes. I went inside and saw there were many people in the shop trying or just glancing at the dresses fancily put up in the shop.
"Hello" I said to the owner of the shop
"Hello mam" He said with a smile "What would you like to buy?"
"Actually I wondered if you have a sweater/coat with this type of button for males" I said showing him the photo of the button
"Uhh...i am not sure if we have this or not but let me check" He said and called his worker to check it.
After a while, he came back a little disappointed.
"Sorry mam, we don't have any sweater/coat with this button"
"Oh! That's alright" I said and went outside feeling a bit dejected
I went to a few shops but all in vain. It was evening now and feeling sad, I just walked on the footpath. I was walking mindlessly when I saw a small garment shop at the corner of the street. I was a little surprised but thought to go there.
When I went inside, I saw an old man sitting on his chair. I nervously said
"Hello"
He looked up and with a surprised expression said,
"Hello miss. You want something?"
"Yes. I wanted to know if you had a sweater/coat for males with this button?" I asked and showed him the photograph
He looked carefully and after a few seconds he said,
"I think I have"
"Really!" I said feeling a bit hopeful
He nodded and started checking through the packets.
"There it is" He said and took out one packet. Inside it was a black coloured coat with the same buttons that I had.
"Is this what you were looking for?" He asked
"Yes. Thank you" I said
I called Teera instantly
"Hey Jia" She said
"Teera, I found the coat" I said
"Really?" She said
"Yes"
