"Urgh..please stop.."

"MWAHAHAHAHA! YOU'RE DONE FOR AARON!"

"STOP! PLEASE!"

"GET OUT OF MY WAY, Y/N!"."

BOOM!

"Y/N! NO! I- AH!"

~3rd Person POV~

"Brothers!"

"I'm coming baby sister!" A deep voice yells from downstairs.

"Coming!" The other two responded.

Suddenly, the door to your room was opened wide open. A black haired man with blue eyes came in first. Zane.

"What is it? Are you hurt? Bones broken perhaps?" He inspected you with his eyes.

You smile as you sit on the bed.

"Are you hungry perhaps?" A dark brown haired man with green eyes entered bringing a plate of cookies.Vylad.

You shook your head side to side meaning a 'no'.

"Well, what is it?" Zane asked.

"She missed us." A sandy bleached haired man standing next to Zane said. Garroth.

You pout and jump onto them, making them try to keep you from hitting your head and keeping you in a brotherly embrace and then you all fell on the ground laughing.

"Y/n.. You can't just call us like this. We're busy y'know?" Garroth said helping you up.

"I know... But you never let me leave the house or even play with my chemistry set!" You whined.

"Sister, if you wanted to play with your chemistry set, Zane could be your company and if you wanted to leave the house Vylad or I would be with you." Garroth explained.

"I know I know..." You said crossing your arms.

"Ever since you got back from your vacation, you guys have been taking extra measures to not make me leave...or do anything!" You retort.

"Mommy asked us to not let you out of our sight, (nickname)." Zane said crossing his arms.

"It's for your safety, Y/n." Vylad said giving you a comforting smile.

"Why do I even need to have you all bodyguarding me everytime?" You asked, looking straight at Vylad.

"Eheh.."

I was about to say something until someone else spoke.

"Because the last time we left you alone, you hurt yourself and ended up in the hospital for a month." A deep voice said.

Out of the blue, a taller, sandy bleached hair man with blue eyes and a beard stood beside Garroth. Garte.

"Oh come on... It wasn't that bad papa.." You said making eye contact with your father.

"The explosion your chemistry set made  burned the house down and put you in a coma! You think that wasn't bad?" Zane said, approaching you.

"Right.. But-"

"No buts, Y/n. It's for your own good." Your father said.

You looked down and nodded. You heard footsteps and someone standing in front of you. A hand was placed on your shoulder and you slowly looked up to see green eyes.

"We're doing this for you, baby sis. I do hope you understand." Vylad said in a soft and calming tone.

You sighed and nodded.

"I'll only do it for you, pea. Since I trust you more than 'beaches' over there." You said looking at Garte and Garroth.

"That's great. Now, your mother, Garroth and I are going to have some family business. I want you to go somewhere or visit your friends today. At least you can get out of the house today." Garte said looking at Zane, Vylad and Y/n.

Garroth looked at Zane and nodded. You can help but notice it every time.

Time passed, you were at Sylvanna's house. All the girls were there and some of the boys too.

~Your POV~

"So? How is Garroth?" Kim asked.

"He's okay I guess. Why do you keep asking every time I see you?" I asked her with curiosity.

She smiles and says, "Ahahah eh I wanted to know how he is because um he isn't here often so I assumed-"

"He's fine no worries." I said with a huge smile on my face.

"Ehehe."

She becomes nervous and I notice this.

"Uhh are you okay, Kim?"

"Yeah! I'm fine!" She said running to somewhere.

I shrugged and looked at Vylad. He looked uncomfortable looking at everyone as well. I looked at where he was looking at and saw Lucinda struggling to conjure her powers and Aphmau looked worse than the last time I saw her. On the opposite side of them, Zane's been looking at them with sadness. I can't help but notice Aaron wasn't there.

"Where is he?"

"Huh?"

Everyone started looking at me. I search through their eyes and they seemed shock.

"What?"

"He's.."

Suddenly, Aphmau bursts into tears. I take a step back and see Lucinda looking at me disappointed.

"I'm sorry Y/n but Aaron's... away for a while. We told you this before." Aphmau's mom said as she entered the room.

"Where?" I asked.

Zane stood up and slowly walked towards me.

"You're asking too many questions, Y/n." He said in a low and monotone voice.

"What do you mean by asking too many questions? Where is he? Why is Aphmau like that?" I pressed further.

Vylad stood in front of me and gave me a serious look.

"Now's not the time for that. All you need to know is he's safe and gone for awhile." Vylad said.

"But why?? Everyone's acting like he's dead."

"What happened at your vacation?" I asked.

Silence loomed over the room and that's when I knew something was up.  

"Why can't I know??" I asked in a shaky voice.

I felt tears well up in my eyes. Why would they treat me like this...? Why won't they tell me..?

"Let's go home.." Vylad whispered as he took my hand.

He turns towards the others and lowers his head.

"I'm sorry but we can't stay any longer. We'll see you home, brother."

Vlad looks at me and brings me out of Aphmau's house, still holding my hand. I took my hand back and stopped. Vylad turns to me and sighs.

"Baby sister...come on." He said as his brows furrow in worry.

I looked down at my feet and felt tears streaming down my cheeks. I looked up at him and he took a step back.

"Baby sis...." He said in a shaky voice.

" Ever since I woke up, everyone refused to tell me what happened... Or what even happened at their vacation. It's like I'm the root of the problem!"

~Vylad's POV~

I stared at her crying and looking helpless. She was right. Ever since she did wake up from her coma, it wasn't the same. Everyone had gone through some sort of trauma and she had it the worst.

~Flashback~

"Zane! Garroth!"

I ran into the hallway towards them. Garroth was talking to a doctor with mom and dad while Zane was being patched up.

"Pea!" Mom runs towards me and hugs me.

She lets go and gives me a forehead kiss while caressing my face.

"Oh my sweet angel. I'm so glad you're okay. Did one of the guards bring you here?" Mom asked as she smiled at me.

Her blue green eyes always calmed me and I nodded in response. We were at an underground health facility exclusively for the Ro'meaves and Lycans. Somehow they built this if anything happened and it did came very useful.

"How is Y/n?" I asked, looking at her room.

"She's...in a coma.." 

Those words made me tear up quickly. 

~Next flashback~

I was cooking lunch for myself until I heard a thud from upstairs. I wondered what could've made that sound.

"AHHH!" 

I jolted up and the patty flew up and into the floor. 

"Oh no... my lunch..."

I quickly turned off the stove to investigate the sound. I grabbed my spatula and went out the kitchen and looked up the stairs to see a young woman with (hair color) hair and (eye color) eyes, sitting on the floor.

"Ow..."

I rushed up the stairs with tears in my eyes as I knew it was Y/n.

"Sister..." 

She looked up with a scared look on her face.

"N-No... I .. hurt..n-no...I can't...Garroth.. Aaron..AHHH!" 

She started screaming and holding her head tight. I placed her in a hug and raised her head.

"Y/n! I'm here okay? It's okay.." I said, caressing her hair.

She stopped screaming and began crying. She looked up at me and I swear I saw a hint of green flash and then she stopped crying and suddenly pulled me in a hug. She lets go and wipes her tears.

"I'm sorry.. I'm just so happy to see you..." Y/n said.

I was taken aback. What just happened?  

"Vylad? Is something wrong?" She asked.

She was just screaming about ...something. 

"V-Vylad?" 

I was snapped back to reality and I looked at Y/n, my sister, in front me. It's best if I tell my brothers about this and not worry her that much.

"You.. were in a coma..for a month."  I said slowly and surely.

"W-what?"

~End of flashback~

I told her everything that time. She was...not herself. Ever since she woke up, mother and father told me to not tell her about Garroth and Zane's vacation and that she blew up the house once. We had to tell her that.. she was never with them. I never knew what happened but that was what they wanted me to tell her. For her safety, they said. 

"Vylad?" 

I looked at Y/n who was sniffling and looked tired of everything. 

"Do you think... I'm a -"

I quickly hugged her tight and said, " Don't even think about it. You're enough no matter what anyone says." I whispered to her.

She took a deep breath and started bawling again. We sat down on the curb and I hugged her until she stopped.

"Why won't they tell me?" She asked looking at me.

I froze for a moment and then sighed.

"I don't know." 

I looked up at the sky and thought about what mom and dad asked me to do for a moment.

"Do you ... know why Aaron's not here lately?" She asked, placing her head on my shoulder.

I smiled and nodded.

"Yes." I said while leaning my head towards her.

"Then... can you tell me what you know? Please pea?" She asked sweetly even if she was sniffling.

I hummed in response and sighed. Forgive me for giving her a little detail, father.

"Well, I overheard Garroth and Zane talk about Aaron once down at the hidden clinic we had before you were transferred back into the house. They said that Aaron got injured climbing up the mountain with Garroth, Zane, Aphmau, Lucinda and Kim. Aaron slipped and...he fell unconcious and was bleeding heavily from the impact..." I said as I looked at Y/n.

She was now looking more worried with dried tears on her face. 

"But that was a month ago... shouldn't he be here by now? He wouldn't leave Aphmau right?" She asked more worried about her friends than herself.

I smiled and nodded, "Of course not sister. He will be back but.. just like you, it takes time to heal." 

"Oh.. I get it now. I guess I was pushy about it huh?" She said standing up.

I stood up as well and walked beside her, matching her pace.

"Yes you were. But.. you were rightfully so. You care about them but no one would tell you because they were in distraught of what happened." I said, looking at my sister.

"I guess... I'll leave them alone to heal as well." She said smiling at me.

I smiled and nodded.

"Don't worry baby sister. Everything will be okay."

"I promise..."
