Amber lays on Dipper's back, watching the trees pass by.

"We have eight main villages; Frost Village, Canopy Village, Water Village- luckily there is a lot of rivers big enough for even the whales to get through, so it's pretty easy for them to get around. Desert Village, Mountain Village, Flatland Village, Forest Village and Burrow Village. They are all pretty self explanatory." Queen Sterling laughs.

"Where do the foxes and bears live?" Dipper asks.

"Usually in the Forest Village, but sometimes in the Frost Village. A few of them live in the Mountain and Flatland Villages as well. Some foxes like to live in the Burrow Village." She replies.

"You talk a lot." Amber says before realizing her mistake. "I'm sorry I didn't mean it in a mean way- you have a very lovely voice, don't get me wrong- I was just pointing out that you talk a lot and that- ugh that's just as bad as before!" Amber whimpers, desperately trying to apologize.

"Oh no problem Amber, I hear it a lot. If you think I talk a lot, you should meet Flurry, she's the most talkative person you'll ever meet."

"Can we go meet her after the tour?" Asks Dipper.

"Of course! Ooh look! It's the forges; that's where most of the apes work, they make all of the armor and weapons for the Hunts using whatever the underground animals can find while digging underground. Speaking of which, most of the underground animals have tunnels across most the Earth, and since most of the water on Earth has been drained, it's easier for them to make tunnels. They are also what humans call 'spies'. Some of them are what humans call 'miners'. Anyways, I bet you don't know that since most of Earth had been destroyed, most of it is now a deserted wasteland. But some parts are regrowing trees, which actually helps us keep hidden. We will send teams of Hunters to follow and protect some of the animals working to plant more trees so that we can try to make more forests- oh my goodness I went off ranting again, didn't I?" Queen Sterling sighs. "I'm very sorry but it looks like we are almost out of time. I have to get to a meeting. If you need any help, just ask the main desk at the village you want to stay at; they'll help you out." Queen Sterling quickly turns and leaves.

"I think my brain is going to explode from all of that information." Dipper complains, letting Amber off of his back.

"Oh come on, it's not that bad, I like learning about this stuff! I find it quite interesting." Amber smiles.

"Well I'm a bear! I like to be lazy..."

Amber laughs. "Anyways, which Village are we going to first?"

"I want to go see the Mountain Village."

"Mountain village it is then."

1 Week Later...

"Dipper."

"That's my name, don't wear it out."

"Do you hear that?"

"Hear what?"

"That buzzing noise."

"It's probably just another bee."

"No, it's not a bee."

"Then what does it sound like."

"Um...I don't know I guess it could-"

Howls suddenly ring through the trees, and a few animals in the distance can be heard crying out.

Soon a large group of animals are running towards Amber and Dipper, clearly fleeing in terror.

"Run!" "They found us!" "How can it be?!" "I knew this place was too good to be true!" The sound of many overlapping questions and cries can barely be made out as Dipper and Amber are soon swept off with the rest.

Being smaller than most of the fleeing animals, Amber is soon trampled and left in the back of the group.

She quickly shakes herself off and bolts after them, but not before looking over her shoulder.

Grey-skinned, four-armed creatures with eyes blacker than black itself are in hot pursuit after the animals.

Amber's body runs cold with fear, and she runs faster, trying to catch up to the group.

But they are nowhere to be found.

Something grabs her by the scruff of her neck and drags her backwards, into a hidden underground cave.

Panicking, she yelps and turns around to bite her attacker, but is dropped onto the ice-cold floor instead.

"Amber calm down it's me." Queen Starr's voice says through the darkness.

"O-Oh...you scared the living daylights out of me." Amber stutters, her eyes adjusting to the darkness.

"Sorry. I had to get you into the cave before the Six-Leg got to you."

"No no, I understand. H-Hey...where's Dipper?" Amber asks, looking around.

"He must still be on the surface." Amber's face is that of horror. "But King Firestorm or King Pine most likely have him; he was headed their direction when I saw him. He looked like he was looking for you."

"I got thrown backwards, that's why. Anyways, how long are we going to stay down here?"

"Until the Six-Legs are gone." Queen Starr says before poking her nose back outside, looking for any more survivors.

Amber sighs and curls up, her nose covered up by her fluffy red tail.

"Hey! Wake up!"

Dipper growls under his breath.

"Bear!"

Dipper opens his eyes reluctantly.

"Wow. They weren't lying when they said that bears like to sleep." Chuckles a raccoon, who is sitting on Dipper's head and staring down at him.

Dipper shakes his head gently, but just enough to make the raccoon move. "Who are you?" He asks.

"I'm Bandit. Or at least that's what I'm called. I do like the name Vixon better though, so you can call me that." Says the raccoon. "And you are you?"

"Dipper." He looks around. "Where are we? Where's the Keeper's Isle?"

"The Keeper's Isle?! I thought that place was a myth! Is it really real?" Vixon lights up.

"Yup. But if we aren't in the Keeper's Isle, then where are we?"

"We are in a monster camp."

"Wait- what?! Monster camp? Do you mean Six-Leg camp?Where's Amber!?"

"Amber? Who's that?"

"A tiny little fox."

"Oh. Nope, I didn't see one."

Dipper goes silent. Vixon stares at him. "Are you okay?"

Dipper just sighs.

"I can help you escape if you'd like. It'll be a bit trickier with a huge bear like you, but we could probably pull it off. I mean, I'm the master of stealing and escaping and picking locks. And if you joined me, we could probably take down a couple monsters- Six-Legs- and free the others here!" Vixon laughs mischievously.

Dipper nods, standing up. "Okay."

Vixon smiles. "Awesome! Okay, here's the plan..."
